Mice and cleanlines”
We choose this Reddoorz based on good reviews about cleanliness, but in reality it's totally different. From the 3 bedrooms we booked, there was a mice in 2 of them. 1st one was on my room, when we opened the door suddenly we (me & hotel staff) heard mice inside, and the staff hotel chased thats mice out. Because we are very tired so we still stay in that room,they just say simply sorry and explained that the mice might be trapped when they were preparing the room. 2nd one is in my mom's room, the mice climb on her head while she was just laying down to slèep, so we asked to change her room. Because there were no other rooms, they gave us a down graded room. That was very disappointing

The Best Budget Hotel”
Saya menginap di sini dengan istri hanya untuk tidur sebentar karena late check-in sekitar jam 8 malam dan harus ikut travel bromo dijemput jam 12 malamnya. Jadi tidak sempat unpack barang, hanya mandi dan langsung tidur, ternyata tempatnya sangat nyaman, bersih, dengan kamar mandi dalam ada shower air panas tidak menyangka dengan harga hotel semurah ini. Staff 24 jam dengan shift, sangat ramah dan membantu sekali karena ternyata mereka memang terbiasa menerima tamu yang sering travel ke Bromo. Kami dapat kamar di lantai 2, seluruh kamar di tengahnya ada semacam taman terbuka dengan kolam kecil & air mancur, kalau pagi pasti sangat memanjakan mata yang baru bangun. Kalau ke Malang pasti ke sini lagi dan menginap lebih lama.

It's a highly recommended budget hotel. Located by the main road with many food stalls. The room is big, clean and equipped with comfy bed n clean bathroom. Hot water is very good and the pressure is excellent. In the middle, there's a small garden with little fountain that gives you the therapeutic effect of peace when you want to sleep. Breakfast is in a box and it's quite OK. If I go to Malang again, I'll definitely stay in here. It may look modest but it's very comfortable and homy. The staffs are also friendly. Thank you so much for making our stay pleasant.

Inn Type of Accommodation with Inadequate Facilities with the Rate of 4 Stars Hotel”
This place is now marketed By AGODA and REDDOORZ under new name of REDDOORZ PLUS NEAR BRAWIJAYA UNIVERSITY MALANG. The premise was sold by AGODA with Rp. 600 K more per night (for twin beds) with very convincing and nice photo. The reality is totally different than the discription and photos as the room is very old room that has been not appropriately upgraded and still have bad smell, dirty spots on bed, bed cover, wall, curtain and ceiling. Later AGODA has help to get the refund for number of nights that I have not stayed in this premise due to the room condition.

The staff was quite nice, arrived on the evening, and was helped to get my medium suitcase to the second floor without even asking, the room was okay, with tv, air-con (only use it sometimes because the wheather is mostly chilly; coffee, tea, and water are available at dining area (for free) I only find out about this on the third day of my stay! The tv channel supports cable tv, so you can watch hollywood, chinese, or even korean tv shows! The bathroom has hot water 24 h. Get a nice sleep, best point of staying. Thank you, nice place.

This place is so ethnic. It's full with the antiques thing. This property has a garden in the middle of all so every room has a garden view. This place is so comfortable, peace and calm. Very recommended if you want to stay a night or even a month.
