Mosquitoes. No wifi broken ac”

A lot of Mosquitoes in the room. Ordered a double bed got two singles, air con didnt work properly and the wifi was broken

Good hotel. But Red Doorz is a useless company”

The place is awesome for the price and the service. I made an error in booking and realized only after i ve paid that the month was different than what I intended it to be. Agoda was helpful in trying to contact Red Doorz, but the company refused to budge even a little bit. RED DOORZ does not have a number to call, customer service email bounced back 12 emails to me. It is a company based off Singapore, not local. Which means, any booking on Red doorz will NOT be entertained and cannot be rectified unlike other companies. Be warned

Cheap price, Good access, Clean!”

This is an old hotel but it is clean! but the light is too dim, but everything is complete, I got toothbrush and etc, towel, they have water heater, lift, even bottled mineral water! there is also a TV that is connected to global channel, great access near MCD, cool for cheap prices!

Nice Budget Hotel”

I always like to stay here. A budget hotel that has good location near GBK, near any of food restaurant especially Mc Donald ! It is just infront of the hotel! Room is big with a big double bed. I think I will stay here again later! Thank you.

Good hotel for business”

The hotel located in central city of Jakarta. There are many shop around it and also restaurant. The room is large but little bit old looking. The staff hospitality is good but not many staff available. Anyway, I'm happy stay there during one week. The price is also cheap compared to location and room size. This hotel just near Mc. Donald and alfamart.

the room looks like a very old room not been used and not cleaned. I have to wait 20 minutes for the employee to re-sweep the whole room and change the whole bedsheet. shower conditions are very unsatisfactory. room size is very spacious but facilities are lacking.

Very2 spacious room, tv had a view cable channels, hot water runs good, shampoo&soap on dispenser, clean sheets&linen..theres 24hour McDonald's just in the corner

Convenient”

The hotel is situated in a good location and there is a 24/7 Mcd like a stone throw away. The hotel itself is mediocre. I only spent a total of 4 hours in the room. The toilet had some smell which got worse when we tried to hose it down. The aircond takes forever to get cold, so you can just leave your card there for few hours then you'd get good air. An OK place if all you need is a place to crash on a budget. But if you're too into hygiene and care about all the amenities, not the place for you.

I went to Jakarta for business matter and location for this hotel was close to several landmark in Jakarta. This hotel has a good facilities, clean, and comfortable. The staff was helpful. Easy to find food and transportation. Will come back here when I have business trip in the future.
