Bunker room with hot water”
Wifi in the room is not stabil. There are free snacks with hot coffee or tea between 4-6 pm. Frequent, cheap public transportation to city center/port right in the front of the hotel, cost only Rp. 5000/one-way. Air-conditioning works, hot water sometime takes a while to be hot. Staff quite lazy.

I wish I have something good to say about my stay here, but I just don't. I feel that the management or owner of this hotel just gave up and stopped taking care of the property a long time ago. Nothing works (the AC remote, the door, the bathroom door), the rooms are moldy, there is water leaking from who knows where, and the staff... the staff were just... unhelpful. They're not rude or anything... they're just indifferent to the situation and somehow suggesting that in order for our problems to go away is to just pay more and upgrade (which we did but it hardly made any difference). It might have been that we're just unlucky to get the worst rooms because Kendari was fully booked the time we were there, but given my experience, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone else.

Worst hotel I have ever been at ”
It’s crazy that this is a Agoda recommended hotel. Filthy, moldy, broken sharp tiles, a unlocked door to the outside. Bugs in the rooms, no shampoo, yellow stained towels, dirty bath mat, burn holes in the sheets. This room is not to any standard. Agoda should remove its recommendation and remove this property from Agoda.

The rooms are fairly spacious. No elevator. The wifi is a bit clunky. Hot water is only a trickle most of the time. But in terms of proximity to the harbor and general comfort, the promotional room is well-worth the price. (I also stayed in a Deluxe room one night. Hot water was great and the staff attached my devices to the lobby wifi, which was much less cumbersome than the login system on the upper floors.)

Staff Ramah, Kebersihan Kamar No Bad lah. Saran Room Service paling gak Indomie Rebus/Goreng. Kopi2an dan Teh2an adain dong. mager banget keluar apalagi klo stay dilantai 4. Ngos2an Naik Turun Tangganya. for next stay, kasi lantai 1 ajah dong:) biar gak cape naiknya. Thanks

The worst place ever”
Never seen anything like this. This was the most dirtiest, smelly and disgusting hotel and room I’ve been to in my 25 years travel life. Mold on the walls, cigarette ashes on the carpet, dirty bed linens, cigarette smoke all around the hotel. The room wasn’t in reality as described whatsoever. Must walked away right away. If you don’t want to get bite by some insects or catch some decease don’t even think of going there. If there was possible to give minus 5 star review, this one would win it.

Saya sdh berXX nginep dihtl ini, tdk ada perubahan yg signifikan dr tahun ke tahun. Parkiran dibawah HARUSnya di bersihkan dr debu yg sangat tebal sekali, larangan yg ketat buat pengunjung yg merokok dalam lobby, penataan/renovasi ulang kamar mandinya. Ayo management/owner hotel ini, jadikan hotel ini lebih baik dr yg skrg.

Saya merekomendasikan hotel ini. 3x saya perpanjang krn pekerjaan belum selesai. Pertama masuk minta ganti seprei, selanjutnya saya minta disimpan dulu kamarnya kalau malam saya tdk cek in lagi baru lepas 2 kamar yg saya book ke org lain... dan itu dilakukan. Kopi bisa minta air panas kapan aja. Cukup bersih dan sgt strategis. Pokoknya saya puas deh... terimakasih Agoda harganya sangat membantu dgn hotel yg memuaskan.
