We chose this hotel because it was close to our bus stops. We just stayed overnight. It was cheap. But we paid a discounted price from Agoda. If it was full price, it would've been a worst experience. The fridge did not work and smelled. The floor looked dirty, the tub looked dirty. There was some heavy rainfall. The floor in the bathroom was leaking through the walls. Was impossible to use the restroom without your clothes getting wet when you say down at the toilet.

The staffs were amazing, they was so nice with me (pregnant lady) and my husband. They chose very nice, quiet and spacious room for me and get a grab taxi for me to the hospital next day willingly. I do really appreciate the whole team for that. Thank you so much!

AC was not good”
My room was east-facing, so it was extremely hot even after we checked in, turned on the AC at about 19 Celsius degrees for 1 hour, it was still hot. Reported to the staffs but got no help.

The service not good , That day I had checked in , but very late back to hotel ,the hotel close and phone number didn't answer, serviser sleep in hall , and I booking another hotel tomorrow go back this hotel check out and request return money ,the servicer do not return money , and the hotel not recognize their fault.

Un très bon endroit”
La chambre en elle même n'a rien de particulier. Elle est propre et cosy. L'eau de la douche est chaude. Aux futurs voyageurs, je recommande l'endroit surtout pour la sympathie de son personnel. La dame du soir a l'accueil est une très belle personne. Elle a passé un peu de temps avec notre fille. On était déçu de devoir partir à 12h et de ne pas la voir une dernière fois. Encore merci à cette dame qui était sincère et aimable. On ne retrouve pas ce genre de personne dans tous les établissement de Saigon.

适合清新寡欲的旅客，就是房间小蚂蚁较多，前台有杀虫剂，但是喷了又从别的地方爬出来的。得备好翻译软件，服务人员基本都不会英语
