It's a commercial dorm. The building is new. There's a big parking lot on the ground floor. Located near the university. You can find several local restaurants nearby. The problems are : noisy environment and there is a cemetery beside the building.

Everything was as I had expected until I found two things. Bad wifi and the service. They didn’t clean up the room eventhough I already put the sign, on the front door. They said I should have left the key wich was I didnt get told before. Anyway, these could be changed, so I would may come back again when I have chance to visit Palembang again in the future. they won't allowed any early check in. it's hotel and 'kos-kosan' kinda type. next to hotel is a muslim cemetery. very hard to find. it's located near the residential area. room is not as per the picture. the receptionist rude. will never come back to this hotel.

they won't allowed you early check in. this is hotel is haunted next to the graveyard. reception staff very rude. the place is hard to find but easy to get food nearby. picture shown in Agoda are totally different from the real room. think twice before you book this hotel.
