Value for money”
Near to different establishments, clean, staff is okay. I just want to suggest to the receptionist to eat the lunch earlier or before 12pm. People will check out at 12pm but we still need to wait for her for 20mins because she is eating and having her lunch break from 12pm to 12:20pm.

This is the best budget friendly hotel I've been in Davao. The room is very spacious. It can be considered as a studio unit if it were to be rented as one. They also offer free toiletries and welcome bottled water for guests which is highly appreciated. The location is very favorable, it is really near to SM Lanang. Their are also a lot of carenderia outside if you're on budget meals. Transportation is also favorable as it is near jeepney stops of you want to go around Davao by yourself.

Best price for an overnight stay”
The best thing I liked is it's walking distance to the mall, SM Lanang. It was well planned since my family had a buffet and we can just rest right after. This is also recommendable for someone that enjoys both mall and a nearby affordable with a quality hotel.

I love the place big and cozy. I just dont like the deposit 500 when u check in at the hotel. What if u dont bring any extra. U cant check in.. i was lucky i got extra that time. I dont usually bring big money coz i use cashless way.

I stayed here for 3 nights and i didnt want to go out because of the WIFI and strong aircondition… Thats what I love most about this place.. Also, the people here are very friendly and easy to negotiate.. Im very satisfied and wanted to come back any time soooooonnnn ❤️❤️❤️❤️

It's just within Ubalde or behind SM Lanang Premiere, so it's a walkable distance from the mall. There's also several food choices around to choose from. I appreciated this stay since they also provide complimentary water bottles and a refilling station near the lobby. The room was quite nice. Just that the supposed king bed was actually two single beds in one king bed frame. The electrical sockets were also placed inconveniently near the pillows and far from the bed. One of the sockets near the pillows was not functioning, and the other kept fluctuating. Best to have an extension wire for this.
