I made this booking by mistake. I booked in this hotel from 22-24/01 ( instead the correct period is 22-24/02). When I found the mistake, I contact to hotel (Ms. Nyan Huynh - Customer Service Department, email is nyan.huynh@reddoorz.com) immediately to ask them amend this booking to 22-24/02 for me, hotel agree to support without charge and ask me inform Agoda to amend booking because they only can amend this booking when receive email from Agoda. Then I inform Agoda, Agoda tell me that hotel will apply 1 night charge. I ask Agoda check again due to this info is not the info I get from hotel. After check again, Agoda inform me that hotel will apply full charge for this booking :))) Finally this booking is apply full charge althought I contacted hotel to amend the period immediately I made this mistake booking. I don't know this hotel is OK or not due to I still not stay in this hotel but the customer service of hotel is very terrible.

The room is not large but warm and clean with full furniture (which is rare for some hotels that have the same price). I really enjoy when it's located in a quite place of center of HCMC. Will comeback when needed.

The staffs were very friendly and greeted me with a warm smile. Small hotel but everything was kept in order and clean. This hotel is near by the airport (about 10 minutes by car), and it is convenient for some people, but it takes about 20 minutes by car from the middle of the city. I spent a half day at this hotel before going to the airport after checked out the previous hotel. I could have a relax and comfort time at this hotel, thanks for the kindness and gratefulness of the young staffs. The only thing is that this room doesn't have a hair dryer. I would like to stay for some days if a hair dryer was in this room.

the bathroom floor was wet when we checked in, and the towels had stains on them. there is no hairdryer in the room, you have to borrow one from the reception. it seems that they only have one hairdryer so if someone else is using it you have to wait. there is no phone in the room so you need to physically go down to the reception to ask for something. the only good thing is the cheap price. probably won’t return.
