Had an exceptional stay with unbeatable value for money, a prime location that made exploring easy, and spotless cleanliness throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring all needs were met. Amenities were top-notch, including consistent hot water, making for a comfortable experience. Pros: It's situated on the busy area for accessability. A so-so Room: it's a motel type. Too small where you will here the people at hallway talking. There are some repairs done, you will hear the hammering. The trash bin was not clean throughly. Internet was also a so-so as well likewise the Television reception. If you were looking for a staycation avoid this one. It's mostly for a short stay (quicky). Authoritative front staff. I just went down to get a cup of hot water and when I passedby she is demandingly asking for the key card so I ignored her then she called me can I have the key card sir, I replied even I'm just going to get a cup of hot water and will go up again? Then she became quite. For as I know the 2 ladies on duties prior to her never asked me to leave the key card even I'm going out for a long day. It's the discretion of the guest weather they will leave it or not besides they have us signed that interms of lost I have to pay it. The not so good encounter. I was thinking of what the best impression of my stay here but nothing I can recall of aside it's a budget friendly.
This place is way better than hotels within its price range. Staff are very friendly and the room I stayed in was comfy. The shower heater though wasnt producing much heat so the water still feels a bit cold especially at night. Tolerable at the very least. Can improve on the following: 1. The hotel foyer and elevator lobby were filled with stocks of appliances. Seens like they used these common areas as storage of their other business. Immaterial to comfort but really ruins the overall relaxing feel of the place. Almost seems like, you're at a warehouse. 2. Wifi at the hotel lobby is very weak. Network coverage (globe and dito) are terrible in this area, and the public wifi struggles too. So if you use these carriers and will book ride-hailing apps after check out, do so before you go to lobby, otherwise you might need to totally step out of fhe building to get better signal. Message your driver to call or sms you upon reaching the place because you wont be able to tell they've arrived when you lose you connection downstairs. Wasnt able to check the pool out as I was just there to literally take a wink. But I would say, for 700 or so pesos, you get to stay at a presentable hotel, it's super sulit.
The location is near Malls, LRT/MRT, and other establishments. Phone signal is a bit weak, the water pressure in the shower is not okay. You can feel that the place is old and worn down. Entrance to the lobby is full of boxes. You can hear the noise from other rooms. TV has limited channels. Okay if you just need a place to stay for the night and take shower.

“Very comfortable for budget minded visitors or local but seems to be old and not for picky people”
The place is 2 blocks behind Hotel99 Cubao and Spring Hotel as landmarks and easily walkable from MRT Cubao Bus Terminal and bus stops coming from South of EDSA. Anyone can find this place in google maps, grab maxim joyride. Very comfortable and very competitively priced and almost everything functionally really works inside, but seems to be visually old out of place, and not romantic. Hot shower and aircon were working extremely well and they do have a nice pool and fitness center. It comes with basic toiletries and TV with some channels. However if you get a basic room you might get a room without toilet seat and a bit weird stains on the toilet. I felt very safe but the environment walking to here was a bit not romantic. Mentionned in previous reviews they stored heavy electron goods and water bottles just sitting in the lobby, In another yard across from the hotel, concrete trash seems to be dumped without a purpose. No elevator hitting Ground Floor so you have to climb stairs to 2nd floor then take elevator. They serve 2 bottled water and hot/cold water dispenser. The agoda reservation has great value especially if you love swimming on a budget, but the short time options were not of value or competitively priced to me compared to other places in Cubao closer to EDSA.
