The bathroom has no ventilation except for a window that opens into the hallway. Super awkward. Also, after using the cups provided in the room, housekeeping did not clean them the next day, leaving us with no clean cups. There is also no hand soap in the bathroom and the towels were visibly filthy. The bedroom was spotless, though.

The room had a silly smell that I don’t want to describe. Everything wasn’t really clean.

Pros- was quite tidy, room was secure and had all basic facilities. Cons- We booked our room with breakfast, but when we came down in the morning we were told that they don't do breakfast. Wifi was temperamental. Shower had no hot water. Was quite far away from city centre.

The hotel has cleaness problem. Bugs in bed, don’t clean room every 3 days , not to mention on daily basis

The hotel is not clean enough, I stay here for many times but their cleanliness is getting worse, the bedsheet and blanket are dirty and smelly, saw many hairs dropped on the bed. I do have a big concern for returning here for my business trip.

I stay here so many times, I feel so disappointed for my last return here, cuz the cleanliness is getting worse, the bed was dirty and many hairs dropped on the blanket

Terrible location, there is a dirty long walkway to reception and the staff are unfriendly. The rooms are gross and do not reflect the images at all. I would avoid at all costs. You get what you pay for.

The room was super clean and new, minimal-decorated The location is easy to go out for eating out in Binh Thanh district, it also some steps closer to 3 convinient stores The only downside was that my room was quite far from the wifi router (15m straight away I guest) that I couldn’t connect to the wifi hotspot, when you close the door you are prevented from wifi signal. How bad it was!

Great price, but I personally would not stay here for long term. It fine with the basics. It resides on a big busy streets of Binh Thanh District, so getting Grab or Taxi is not an issue. The staff was ok, not super helpful or friendly. When we checked out, there were 3 staff members more concern with texting & facebooks than attention the the customer. They weren’t bad, just not as professional and attentive as other places I have stayed in. If I needed a quick & basic 2, (maybe) 3 days place to stay, I would consider it again. Otherwise, there are plenty of other options in HCMC.

The staff was amazing and allowed me an early check-in. The location was perfect for where I had to go, and what I was doing. Lots of shops for coffee and food nearby. The room was immaculate! Don't let the low price fool you as this was the best value for your money in all my travels so far.

Great location. Super easy to find the hotel. Plus it's 1min walk to nearby convenience stores. The room is new, clean, AC works nicely. Bathroom is sparkly clean, too.
