NO REGRETS ! nag try lang ako as in gusto lang namin mag checkin ng family ko na super lapit lang kasi tondo lang naman kami 😊 sulit naman nakapag swimming mga anak ko at sobrang daming fast food sa paligid since tapat namin ang UST hospital at school 👍🏼 napaka-linis ng hotel ! nataon lang na may ginagawang bagong building sa tabi kaya nung hapon medjo maingay pero over all sobrang okay !

Affordable, Modern Stay at RedDoorz Premium - UST Hosp”
We were surprised and glad that we chose RedDoorz primarily because of its proximity to the places we need to visit in Manila. Check-in and check-out process was smooth and no issues encountered. The unit has refrigerator, microwave, soap gel, shampoo/conditioner, tissues, and clean towels- just everything a modern business traveler needs! For around 800/night, it was indeed a good deal! Just noticed though that the duvet appears old and worned out, perhaps due to the number of users already. Overall, it was a good and affordable stay at the heart of Manila!

This is located just across UST hospital. Very convenient for patients who needs an overnight for out patient procedures. It's affordable at really a value for money. It's modern facilities are also a plus point. Comfy bed and very neat toilet. And lastly, great customer service from all the staff.

I would definitely book here again because it's near the UST Hospital where my doctor's clinic is located. The room has a hotel feel to it but the cleanliness could improve. The pillows smelled like sweat so I had them replaced, there was an old hot dog sandwich in the microwave and the bathroom sink kept clogging. Hope the cleaning staff would take more detailed steps in cleaning each room.

There's one thing im dissapointed of the linen has stains and i even request to replace the pillowcase because of the bad odoor...it seems that they havent replace it after a guest of 1day stay checked out.

Nice room, but...”
The room was much better than I expected, but there were days when I would arrive with the room not yet cleaned. Once, the room was made up at 8 p.m. and only after I threatened to complain to the management. In addition, it advertises itself as having Wi-Fi. True, there is. But the connection is intermittent.

Had a 6days stay at this hotel. Entrance to the hotel and corridor near the room had sewer smell same like my previous stayva year ago. They give one keycard only which is inconvenient for guests.

I would highly suggest to add more towel or rag for the wet bathroom floor. Clothes hanger to be put in the closet may be considered. Lastly, clean window will be appreciated so that guests would be able to view the city landscape properly.

Ok stopover place to sleep”
Booked last minute as we were in the area and needed a near place to sleep. When we got to our room we immediately saw a few cockroaches crawling on the walls. I videotaped the cockroaches on my cell and showed it to the receptionist. The receptionist switched us to a different room on a different floor. The second room that we were placed in didn't have cockroaches but there was a small puddle in the middle of the room. We notified the receptionist about it and she had a maid to come and mop it up. The maid mopped it up but seemed a little rude about mopping up the puddle. Book at your own risk.

Foul smell in bedrooms”
We stayed two nights in two different rooms (separate bookings). On the first night there was a really bad smell in the bathroom (some kind of sewage smell), but if we closed the bathroom door it was bearable in the room. We thought it might improve in the other room but it was actually way worse. The odor was the worst inside the bathroom, but even with the door closed it was barely breathable in the room. We got used to it after a few hours but we were glad to leave on the next day. Too bad, because apart from that the place would be really good value. I guess that’s why they do promotional offers on some rooms. Apart from that there’s a small pool and gym, and the personnel was really nice, so it could be a really nice place.

Elevator Problem with Poor Staff Courtesy”
Elevator malfunctioned and got stuck for around an hour, dripping with sweat (I had an event to go to) and all the staff seemed unmindful of their guests’ situation. After the incident it was as if nothing happened. It would be good if the management provided complimentary stays or discounts, or (whatever they could think of) to as professional courtesy. I have stayed here for more than 10 times on multiple occasions, and this has been my worst experience to date, thus this review (i dont think ill coming back).
