Horrible condition and bad hospitality. Pictures are deceiving!”
This place is horrible, it is not easily accessible (very small road leading to the property). The worst case scenario ever is the fact that they were not even able to serve us glasses, and not even a tissue roll for the bathroom. When asked whether we can get a tissue roll the staff bluntly said that we don’t have tissue. The linens smell horrible. The condition of the room is not clean, you’ll find dusts and spider webs hanging from the ceiling. You are not able to even go out from the house at midnight because the house and access to the pool will be locked. If you are a smoker that means you won’t be able to smoke outside. There were notice that drinking and smoking is not allowed, hence i woke one of the staff up because i’d like to smoke outside at night and his response was to smoke in the room with the windows open (i got a room with no windows). There are so much to complaint about this place honestly, i booked the place for 5 nights but ended up checking out after spending the first night here. I booked 3 rooms and agoda helped me with my amendments as i had given prove of the hotel conditions in my complaints. Definitely not recommended!

The pool was great. The room's size was great. But the owner of the house who lives there (not the staff) was soo unfriendly; this makes the two plusses become nothing. In addition to that, the Aircon was not good, we couldn't sleep at night. We went home feeling awful. But if you are in for the room and pool only, it's a nice place.

Pertama kali menuju lokasi jalan sangat kecil dan sempit sangat tidak nyaman bagi kendaraan roda empat yang mengantar kami, dan saat tiba pelayan sudah sangat tidak welcome, dia menganggap ada kesalahan harga di agoda, dan sempat di minta uang tambahan menyesuaikan harga walk in, mestinya bukan urusan kami sebagai pelanggan. Memang semua gambar dan foto sangat menggiurkan namun pemilik lupa kalo properti yang mahal maintenance nya pun mahal, mulai dari air yang tidak lancar, kamar mandi penuh dengan sarang laba-laba dan laba-laba nya yang beranak pinak, semua kondisi di kamar mandi yang mewah tersebut benar-benar tidak di rawat, dan semua peralatan nya yang sudah mulai korosi. Kamar utama yang sangat besar tidak diimbangi dengan AC pendingin ny besar, AC yang sangat kecil tidak memadai, masih pagi tapi sudah terasa panas krn ukuran ac yang sangat kecil. Semua sofa di ruangan yang terlihat bagus tapi semua keadaannya rusak dan tidak nyaman di gunakan. Sangat menyarankan untuk tidak tinggal di tempat ini, jangan tergiur dengan gambar nya yang bagus, dan menganggap kita tidak layak tinggal di tempat mereka yang Sepertinya mewah padahal tidak sama sekali.

Thank you Reddoorz Premium, dengan harga yang sangat-sangat terjangkau untuk dapat fasilitas hampir sama dengan hotel bintang 5, untung fasilitas nya benar-benar outstading, ada kolam renang dan mini gym, di kamar ada bathub juga, untuk air panas nya di nyalakan pas pagi sampe jam checkout sepertinya, malam soalnya air panas nya gak nyala, staff nya friendly and helpful, kebersihan mungkin bisa di tingkatkan, bed cover nya sebaiknya di bungkus supaya bisa di cuci setiap ganti tamu, takutnya bed cover nya gak di cuci setiap kali tamu cek in disitu, lokasi nya agak tersembunyi, tapi overall tempat ini sangat recommended for staycation juga.
