I highly recommend this RedDoorz location. Thank you so much to all the staff and of course to Kuya Alex the owner for making our stay Comfortable and happy. We have 2 senior citizen with us and one cannot walk...they are very happy with the room you give to them on the first floor. 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We will be back soon. Thank you for letting us use your dining table any time we wanna use it. Thank you for being respectful Thank you for being so helpful Thank you for letting us borrow extra blankets no extra charge. Decent Place to Stay ”
Great value for money. I had a comfortable stay except there was an old man shouting last night. There's a 711 near by. Also, there's a food house which is 2 minutes walk away called Marina's Variety Store. Foods are delicious and the staff is friendly!

The staff is quite accommodating and strict when it comes to their documentary requirements as part of COVID-19 protocols. The room I got is quite spacious with a lot closet spaces. Water heater is in place and working well. The place has good access to a number of key establishments. The only drawback is the weak WIFI signal. I had to more places from time to time in my room just to get a more stable connection. Access to the internet at the hotel lobby is quite stable. If you can rely on data signal from your mobile networks, this shouldn't be much of an issue as the mobile signal in the area is good.

We arrived a couple days after the Christmas 2019 typhoon came through and their generator was out, but electricity had finally come back. Sadly during our stay the internet never did work. Small but functional room, clean and great staff. I would definitely stay there again, but make SURE the backup generator works - and they need a better internet provider since two other hotels we dropped by to see friends ALL had internet!!!

Pros: It is of walking distance to Sto. Niño Shrine and People's Center The room size is acceptable There are lots of cabinets and storage area (as far as the room where I was assigned is concerned) Very accessible, located along the main road. The bathroom has bidet! Yehey! Cons: The curtains are not blackout curtains, so can be a problem if you can't sleep when it's too bright. The cabinets look old. There are no hangers available in the cabinets The main switch is located inside the cabinet. You have to look for it first. Lol You can hear the noise from outside like vehicles passing by and other guests passing by and talking on the hallway. They have a very small cafeteria with not much to offer. You'd prefer going somewhere else. The pathway going to the hotel is too narrow it can only fit one or two persons. There was no wifi when I checked in because Ursula just swept through so I cannot make a comment on the internet speed. I believe there is also no parking lot.

The room that was given to us was not recommendable. The bed has bugs and too small for a group of four. Doesnt have Wifi. But accessible to SM, Robisons, Gaisano via Jeep or Tricycle.

Not Recommendable”
Facade of the property is not facing the main street. Hallways are good but the room is very small even the CR. 1m x 1m and the heater is not functioning well. Won't book with this property again.

The room is too small. Lights are deem as u enter as well as the hallways which looks like its creepy. The cr has no trash bins. the sink also clogged. cr also is smallnu can barely move. We had a hard time finding the hotel because the location map is inaccurate. Kindly update the map because we spent 30 mins looking for the hotel. The location is nice though there is no parking lot. Suggestion also, kindly put contact numbers in your advertisement to easily reach out the hotel if there are problems encountered.

Needs improvement”
What I really disliked about the place is the comfort room. It's dirty with spider webs and it's obvious that the floor wasn't scrubbed after the guest before us left. There was no flush and the water ran very slow, good thing that my boyfriend knew how to fix the flush because if not, we were gonna use the shower as our flush. Another is that the owner was scolding a crew first thing when we arrived for our first booking, which is not a "proper" way of welcoming a guest. We were late for our booking because I came from manila and arrived 5 hours later. He kept on telling the crew to not entertain late guests as they came in late. I think it was not very fair because first of all we booked the reservation a week before. If that's the basis of being late. Overall, it was just a place for guests who needs a stay for the night. The only likeable feature of this place is its rooftop. Kudos to one of the crew who was very helpful! You made our stay lighter.

I was charged extra upon check-in without my prior knowledge. They said the price posted in Agoda was not updated, hence charging more than what was posted in the site. Bathroom was not clean. There was a toothbrush left in my room.

Do not throw fit in front of guests because it really ruins the experience. I was expecting more from red doorz since the hotels that I saw here in manila associated to red doorz are all nice. The owner (i think) kept on saying that the reputation of red doorz will be ruined once they don't prioritize guests. You shouldn't be saying that mainly because we equally paid for the booking. Guests should NEVER experience this again. Check room facilities before making the guests check in to avoid problems getting along the way. Other guests should have the same prioritization, we are booking in advance because we don't want things like this to happen.

Worst hotel experience”
I booked this hotel because it was cheap. I ended up spending a lot more as I had to transfer to another hotel in the middle of the night. The owner is a foul-mouthed old man, with absolutely no decency. The staff are amateurish and obviously have no experience in hospitality. I forgot my key inside the room, and I informed the receptionist immediately. When I returned from an errand outside, it turned out they do not have a duplicate of the key! It was 2 hrs already since I came back so the owner called a carpenter who had no choice but to break the lock just to open the door. After all this, the old man threw a tantrum shouting furiously and threateningly. I decided to check out in the middle of the night and find another hotel. Terrible. A blemish to RedDoorz’ reputation.

SCAM”
I booked using AGODA and I showed them the booking confirmation. They did not give me a room. They said they are fully-booked already and that I should get my refund from AGODA since it is my fault that I booked through them. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. You will just waste your money.
