This is my second time staying in this property. Spotless linen, friendly staff, clean room, strategically located near Suhat where you can find culinary and hangout spots. AC is working well, hot water is running well, and spacious parking lot. Highly recommended.

I like this room a lot when stepping in this place and in the room. The private room with a small space in front of the room, with chairs, table and place to put shoes outside. Room has enough basic facilities and have more chair, table, tooth kits. Everything is good. Good air conditioner, have hot water but sometimes it’s just hot is 5 minutes. Anyway, everything is okay. But: - no lavabo => careful when you only need brush your teeth. - the curtains has a small space and if you stand outside, you can look in the room by the mirror near the curtain space => not feel private/safety enough - too much mosquitoes in the room. But I go out early and go back late so don’t have enough time to ask the receptionist. The mosquitoes bite me a lot. - Wi-Fi is lost easily and has to reconnect many times. I think this hotel is not bad, hope you can fix the issues to be better. Thanks for everything. By the way, late check out will pay 50k/1 hour 😞 hope the others do not check out late as me 😞

The worst stay of all in Indonesia”
Great score so we thought it will be amazing. To say it was a terrible experience is an understatement. We got to the room, it was so dirty. The bed had so many stains that it was ridiculous, we couldn’t open the door to the bathroom. There was hair on the shelves and the table was covered in some sticky substance and dirt mixed. We asked to be transferred, they didn’t have available rooms, the receptionist didn’t want to call the manager because he was sleeping but his only solution was for us to book something else. All of this started at 3am. After 6 hours of back and forth with customer service they moved us to a different red doorz telling us it was better. They sent us to a dump, even more dirty where the receptionists didn’t even speak a bit of English. No refund so far, really bad management and quality.
