Location is good Cleanliness is ok (even though we can see cigarettes in some area, and not too clean in our room corner but overall still acceptable) Hot water need around 30 mins to get hot, and the water flow is quite low (if adult that want to take shower is ok, but for showering the kids, better to use bucket) Actually for family with young children (not baby and toddler) it is still ok. Unfortunately, we got neighbours who smoke at their bathroom and we also can smell it in our bathroom from the exhaust ceiling. Even some guests smoke in the livingroom and hallway, while several meters away from that, there is sign for not smoking IN ROOM, HALLWAY and COMMON ROOM. They smoked in front of us while the hotel staff did nothing to stop them and while i asked, the staff said IT IS OK TO SMOKE THERE while several meters away from us, in the wall there is that NON SMOKING SIGN

No Smoking Signs Are Everywhere But The Staff (the one on duty: Monday evening) Smoked Easily Inside The Building. When I reminded him not to smoke as he smokedin the receptionist area that's still inside the building, he shortly replied: "The non-smoking areas are only in the bedrooms, not in the lobby nor in the living room. " Couldn't he read the signs of Rp.100K fine for smoking inside the building?? When I opened my bedroom door, the smokes were easily scattered and inhaled.. even from inside the bedroom!! How could he defend himself from the mistake he made, instead of asking for apologies for the awful inconvenience??? Too bad the staffs are not strict with their own boss' hotel regulations. Four thumbs down!
