Clean and Modern”
Clean and modern! There were probably 20 books on the bookshelf in the room (so cute!), a flat screen tv, free wifi, modern bathroom design/ tiles/ fixtures/ shower. Location is in the heart of Gen. Luna. There’s a gym on site that’s open from 7A-10P, and pool tables at the restaurant.. Absolutely loved staying there!

We had a great stay! All staff were friendly and welcoming especially Magie the main host! The rooms were modern, new and clean. The 3 hotel dogs (Fin, Twilight and Max) made it even better, like a home away from home. Thank you for the comfortable stay! Will definitely be back again!

Stayed for 3 nights in one of their 2 bedroom ocean view rooms. My boyfriend’s brother took the main bedroom with gorgeous ocean view and we took the other room with roadside view. The nightly rate was higher than other places I considered booking but it came with a full kitchen where I cooked delicious and cheap seafood fresh from the local market. It’s so close to General Luna and Cloud 9 where we spent most of our time there. Staff was so accommodating. Some tourists from MidEast gave the restaurant staff a hard time over missed breakfast and they handled it well. I saw one of them taking a leak at the beach! Visitors, please be civilized and don’t bring your entitlement attitudes in Siargao. This is a wonderful place full of very friendly locals. Make your stay a good experience for everybody. Thank you awesome staff! We know you’re not paid well enough so we wanted to make sure we didn’t give you trouble during our stay! We will be back!🏄🏾🌊🏝💓

The perfect staycation”
The place is modern looking and tranquil. We were satisfied with the service as well. Everyone was very hospitable and accommodating. The beach? Very astounding. The location is also convenient as it is in General Luna where the restaurants and coffee shops are. I would really recommend this place! Definitely going back soon!

Pleasant stay”
Location is great. Very nice staff. There is complimentary breakfast. Beach is not recommended for swimming, but there’s a swimming pool. We had the Beach Front Suite, it’s okay. Had balcony. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

Beach is right up front. We loved the mornings during the breakfast time as the amazing view combined with the great food is unforgettable. Staff was always helpful and rooms were very tidy.

Grateful we chose Reef for our Siargao trip! Got the 2-bedroom villa which looked exactly (if not better) than online photos. The sheets and towels are nice and warm, the pool was the perfect hang out spot, and the people were all accommodating.

Hotel was in a good location , staff were all very friendly , breakfast and breakfast staff was brilliant, room was good . WIFI is terrible some days never got it and when cleaning rooms it was good but had to go ask for water or coffee as they wouldn’t replace .... next day the same still won’t give you any even after asking just small Overall I liked the hotel if WIFI stronger I would definitely go back

Pricey but great place and staff!”
First, if the price is not within your range, allow enough time (I booked only 2 months away) when other options are not yet fully booked. To me, LOCATION was perfect. Places of interest in our trip (surf spots, jump off points for excursions, food places, and convenience stores) were only few minutes away by motorbike. The studio room was SPACIOUS and CLEAN (my partner is very particular on this especially the comfort/bathing room). The STAFF were very courteous and attentive to our needs and helping us arrange our activities. Areas of improvements. (1) Not sure with other rooms, but we didn't have drying racks by the balcony. We ended up hanging wet clothes on the chairs in the balcony. (2) Tap water is not recommended even for brushing teeth. Maybe having those 5-gallon water in a simple dispenser for guests to refill will help address this. (3) The working wi-fi didn't reach our room. Not much issue because we also refrained from using internet but could be an issue for others.

In the center of General Luna, very convenient. Staff were great and welcoming. Our accommodation was bigger than expected, very spacious and comfortable. Downside was the toilet and bathroom. It doesn't have an exhaust fan; the toilet's windows opens to the stairway going to the 2nd floor. :( . Other than that, we had a great stay!

They are also flexible, we asked if we can pack our breakfast because our tour starts early and they did. The rooms are spacious and clean and has all you need - extension wire included.its nice to just sit outside and hear the sound of waves after a long day activity. I sure would recommend this hotel to my friends. Thank you for the great service guys!! I rated 4 on value for money because i was able to stay in different hotels in other islands (boracay) with a bit cheaper rate but has equal or a little better Amenities.

Love the resort. It is simple but it will provide you with the basics - clean room, nice bed, hot shower, etc. The plus factors are the swimming pool and the staff. They were very helpful and pleasant. They will address your concerns immediately or answer your questions about anything. They speak fluent Tagalog and English so there is no communication barrier.

Good hotel but.....”
It is a good hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. The food at there restaurant is very good. But the wifi did not work for 5 days. Which is the reason I chose this hotel. So I had no phone service those days. But overall it was a good experience. Also there is no beach there. Just a lot of rocks in the water. But it is just a quick ride to many other restaurants and cloud 9 beach. 4 stars. I would have given 5 stars if the wifi was better
