The breakfast was pretty gods. However it's not included so you have to sneak in. The staff was supper friendly. Location was alright.
It was ok. You pay for your money. Get a room in the first floor. Ground floor is ackward.

Walking distance to Bayswater tube st.
breakfast, nearby tube st., food around hotel
Good breakfast. First day was told by the hotel staff that they provided two single bed room however the room condition is bad: old and smelly furniture, stain in toilet, heater not working, I can hear the noise from the street even though I stayed in 2nd floor. The next day they changed to a newly renovated twin room. Breakfast is good. WiFi signal is bad. WiFi only works in the lobby, old room block and breakfast room. I need to sit on the lobby sofa and use lobby LAN cable to login for my works for 8 hours. This is ridiculous. I booked a room but I couldn't work in the room. Do not stay here. The money you pay deserve a better hotel.

quiete-best area-cosy
breakfast, great area close to Hydepark, shops nearby
I found the Hotel very easily round the Corner of Bayswater Station. Very quiet area, but bad heating. The single room was really tidy. Bed and table 2m x 5m. I liked facilities like coffee and water in the room.Breakfast was really great deal. Staff was okay. could stay half hour longer in the room by check out 11.30am.

location, staff, breakfast
Stay was nice after traveling for so long on our flight, by the thrid night the room was starting to feel real small, mainly after the great shopping in London it gets worse. Breakfast was good, staff seemed nice.
