Convenient location for peace”
It is situated in a walking distance to the main Kabar Aye Pagoda Road. It is convenient. And nearby is the international meditation center & monastery named Mahasi Meditation Center. It is cozy almost whole day. The day I checked in. I guess the staff should check their room if everything is in place and well-equipped before give the key to guest. As tissue box had only 3 pieces of tissue left, and 2 sachets of 3in1 coffee but no cups and saucers and teaspoons in the room. Only kettle and 2 sachets of coffee mixes. Air-conditioning is quite old. Cannot adjust from remote control. If I felt cold. I had to switch it off and until I felt warm. Then I switch it on. Maybe it's my fault. I should have brought 2 AAA battery with me.

Ok, considering total shortage of hotels in Yangon”
Location, location, location
Young personal and manager kind and helpful, lousy internet, noisy aircon, nearby traffic. The hotel is a playground/motel for rich people for some hours. Still ok for business travelers, as there are extremely few acceptable and affordable hotels for now. Staff is trying to do the best for the guest - as far as possible, but owner is typical arrogant Burmese, parking his fat BMW just in the entrance way, to show, how rich he is.
