Stayed here twice. On both occasions we arrived well before the normal check-in time. Each time the staff was great and helped us check into the room early. Getting into the room early, gave us the entire day to visit the sights around Buenos Aires without having to worry about what we were going to do with our luggage. The staff was always friendly and were very good at estimating the price of taxi fares to the various locations we visited. Though a bit of a drive from EZE airport, the location of the hotel made it very easy to get to both the Colon Theatre and the cruise terminal.

Great customer service”
Very nice room, albeit a little tired in places, and a great location. A great choice of welcome drinks was provided on arrival. However we booked this hotel hoping to use the swimming pool as when we were there it was very sunny and in the late 20s. However the pool is ONLY OPEN DECEMBER TO MARCH. This is a detail we missed when reviewing the Agoda description. However on complaining to the manager, we were later surprised to find a bottle of champagne in the room with a written apology. Few hotels would go this far over something like this!

Lovely Hotel and service with a smile”
nice clean small hotel with friendly helpful staff. location within walking distance from many of the attraction and close to the main shopping mall. only problem was the restaurant which was not open at night, however you could order food from the bar if you did not want to go out.

Great location! Basic rooms with not a great view. Staff were extremely helpful. Buffet breakfast was under renovation when we went so the replacement breakfast was sub par.

Es un buen hotel, muy mantenido, habitación y baño impecable, buen desayuno. El lugar aunque esta a dos cuadras de Florida y Cordoba, y a una de una peatonal en formación (REconquista), es complicado y arido de caminar, diría inseguro., Mas cerca o al lado no hay nada de bares negocios restaurantes.

L'hotel si trova in ottima posizione (vicinissimo sia a Puerto Madero che alle zone turistiche che all'imbarco del traghetto per Montevideo) ed offre molti servizi (tra cui piscina e palestra). Lo staff è molto disponibile e le camere sono belle e pulite. Lo consiglio vivamente.

ロケーションは良い。主要な所には徒歩で行けるし、周囲の治安も悪くない。 清潔さも十分なレベル。 スタッフは普通。 設備・サービスも悪くない。 問題はＷＩＦＩを部屋で使うのにはベット１日５ドルが取られること。これ注意！ 総合すると、値段もそこそこするので及第点、というところかな。 泊まるのは悪くないと思います。
