It’s difficult to get in touch with the property. Nobody answers the phone call. Property needs some repairs but good this is there’s running water and airconditioner in the room.

Very expensive not worth it. Address in Agoda was different from the actual address. During our check in the staff was not that accommodating. Booked a standard room and was given a drive in room which was not clean. Bathroom was also very dirty. Overall experience was unsatisfactory. Water was dirty. And there were cockroaches coming out from the bathroom. It was a horrible experience and I paid 2,590 for it. Not recommended

Located at the outskirts of the city. The worst part is the A/C is broken and there was no water in the entire hotel the night our family stayed over. No shower and no flush in toilet. We wanted to leave but we got in 11pm after attending a relative's wake. If you can, find a hotel in Naga area. Nabua and Iriga have no reliable hotels. Only good thing, owner was apologetic and gave free breakfast outside of the 2 meals inclusive of the paid executuve/premium suite room.

Our 2 night stay was a nightmare, we paid through agoda, no problems there, , We then had no shower working, the water in the bathroom was foul smelling, the sink water was none existing, we had to ask for towel changes, no one cleaned the room, then on Xmas day, we were going to stay an extra night, we were the only guest in the whole hotel, on Xmas day the owner arrived, so I asked how much it would be for the day, she promptly replied wiith an expensive price, I said it cost cheaper per night with agoda, and she said there is no rooms ever let out for that price, and she carried on eating her lunch as if we were not even in the place, that pissed me off, and I told she should maybe take a trip to Tacloban where we came from, (and we were there when the typhoon arrived) and take a look at the people there and see how they are living, and life is not all about trying to over charge we then dropped the keys on the counter and left that bloody dump as quickly as possibe.
