The hotel and its hotel room are so smelly (full of smoke smell, there must be people smoking inside!). The bed sheet has stint! Hotel staff aren’t helpful at all. It isn’t deserved to be a 5-star hotel.

Hotel location is near to the airport and accessible via shuttle service. Facilities are fairly new and well maintained. There are no shops nearby and would recommend you to have your meal or stock up your things before arriving at the hotel.

Good place to sleep for an early flight”
I only stayed here one night in order to make an early flight. The room was tiny but had a nice view of the bay. Super clean. Shuttle to the airport runs every 30-60 minutes, which is convenient. The way the shuttle driver was taking those turns, I think he missed his true calling as a Formula 1 driver. But I'm not complaining, because he got us there in less than five minutes.

A four star-luxury design. The room is really small and I only have a carry-on and small bags. The interior lighting was too pale IMHO given that the entire interior is all white already. So, it'd be nice to use warm light instead. Food was quite good overall. The staff was accommodating. The Chinese restaurant is a must to visit. Beautiful setting and be able to see planes flying by. Overall, not bad. Just have to book a bigger room next time.

i was given a room with appliance boxes blocking the entry. When this was pointed out reply wss move them.i was givev the room farthest from elevator and the little plick responsible for this didn't even have the balls to ask why i was so displeased A Ferguson

Better than expected!”
It was perfect for over night stay in Hong Kong. Comfy and clean bed, strong water pressure and warm shower were so good. Just from the airport train, the location of the check-in counter was confusing. It was downstairs. Free shuttle bus in the morning was handy too.

Ok for a solo traveler ”
It’s near the airport and they have a regular shuttle. They have friendly staffs and the concierge helped me to find a find a public bus to go to Hang Hau. The only thing is, it’s kind of a tour group hotel. It’s quite noisy and the walls are pretty thin so the noise goes through the apartment. View was amazing especially on the high floor. Didn’t get a chance to use their facilities because I was only there for a night. It’s also a good place if you have an early flight or just picking up somebody from the airport.
