Staff are friendly and you are welcome at all time. Fast Check-in and check-out. Early check-in and late check-out is a plus for this 5* hotel. Front office staff will call you when your room is available. 12:30 in my case. Tks for that. Check out just before 12:00 is also a plus for guests with late flights who need to have more rest time (Some 5* hotels ask guests to check-out at 11:00) Hotel Location is also convenience for us as it is full of restaurants and local eateries in walking distance around, 450m to Nha Trang beach, not too far. It took us less than 10mins to walk to. Big like. Rooms and facilities are well equiped and maintained. Horizontal swimming pool at rooftop is clean and clear. I like it very much though it is a little cold and rain in these days. Weather is changed as it is not rained in this season some years ago. Or i am not lucky guy this time. Haha Breakfast also good value with many dishes, inter and local and i can see hotel managers would try their best to balance the cost and the quality. Acceptable at this price. Good promotion at this low time, so the hotel is full. Most Korean guests and they are nice and polite. I satisfied with the trip and the hotel. Defenitely come back Nha Trang and choose to stay at this hotel. Tks Regalia Gold Hotel!

레갈리아골드 호텔 12시30?쯤 도착했는데 바로 체크인 해 주시고 방도 업그레이드 해 주셔서 39층으로 갔어요. 앞에 정장 입으신, 책임자 같으셨는데 표정도 계속 웃으시면서 넘 친절하셨어요. 공항가는 택시 필요하냐고 물어보셨는데 괜찮다고 했어요. 짐 풀고 풀바 40층에 수영장 가서 있다가 휴식 취하고 공항으로 갔어요. 먼저 복잡하지 않아서 좋았고, 풀바 망고스무디도 맛있었고,수영장 깨끗! 뷰 좋음, 얼리체크인, 룸 업그레이드, 방도 깨끗하고 괜찮았어요. 근처에 콩카페, cccp, 엇히엠, 곡하노이등등 한국분들 많이 가시는 식당 많아요. 레갈리아골드 가성비로는 진짜 최고 같아요. 적극 추천해요!! I arrived at Regalia Gold Hotel around 12:30? They checked in immediately and upgraded my room, so I went to the 39th floor. He was wearing a suit in front of him, and he looked like a manager, but he was very kind with a smile on his face. I asked if I needed a taxi to the airport and they said okay. After unpacking and going to the pool on the 40th floor of the pool bar, I took a break and went to the airport. First of all, it was good that it was not complicated, the full bar mango smoothie was delicious, and the pool was clean! Good view, early check-in, room upgrade, room was clean and ok. Nearby, there are many restaurants that Koreans go to, such as Kong Cafe, cccp, Ot Heem, Gok Ha Noi, etc. I highly recommend Regalia Gold!!

Warm and kind staff!”
I'm so impressed with warm and kind staff. I checked out at the midnight to go to Mui Ne, so I couldn't have my breakfast. But they made a breakfast box for me. So touched. The room is very cozy and clean. The location is very easy to access to popular attractions, too. 직원들 너무 친절하구요 제가 무이네 가느라 밤 12시 체크아웃해야해서 아침을 못먹을뻔했는데 도시락을 싸주셨어요 완전 감동! 방도 진짜 편하고 깨끗했구요 장소도 관광지 가기 넘 편했어요 :)

First of all, I asked you to change the check-in date because I misunderstood the flight date, but thank you very much for your generous understanding, and the reception staff was kind even though it was late at night, the balcony of the city view, the location of the hotel on the main street, and the check-out staff were also very friendly and the accommodation was clean Why isn't everyone going at this price? Awesome 5 star hotel for the price you pay. Got bumped up to a better room and enjoyed our stay very much. Pool and rooftop bar are really nice and the breakfast buffet was better than most. The gym was closed for maintenance or cleaning one day which was a little bummer but we found a gym not far away for a good price. Would recommend this hotel!

Comfort in Nha Trang”
A pleasant stay. The room was clean and attended to well. The staff was quite accomadating and polite. The breakfast buffet, fitness center, pool, and rooftop bar were decent facilities. You can get a great view of the city on the 40th floor. Unfortunately, the spa was closed. I never got to try the two restuarants either because I did not know their open hours. My recommendations to the hotel are to have brighter lights in front of the bathroom mirror (for easier shaving) and to have a sturdier bath tissue holder.

Stayed here after a horrible experience trying to check in at a local apartment. They were generous, helpful and very kind. Rooftop pool on the 40th floor, a fitness centre and kids club. Free buffet breakfast. The room was super super clean, had all the products you could ever need as well as slippers, sandals, robes.. a safety deposit box, and a beautiful view. Very reasonably priced for the value. Thank you!

We loved this place! Amazing value for money, I think because of post covid low footfall. Amazing breakfast choices, pool area, views, and service. The rooms were huge,we stayed on the 23rd floor. Floors 5 to 22 were closed due to low capacity. One tiny little thing is that we wanted access to an iron as were back packing and the hotel said no,we had to pay to use as part of the service which was very expensive,so we didn't bother. Other than that, all great!

Everything is good. The room is nice, very clean, the bed super comfortable and have al the amenities. We paid only SGD36 per night. The rooftop pool is plus point. Fantastic night view of Nha Trang city. Hotel location is not bad. Nearby have alot of massage centres and restaurants.

I will recommend this hotel. I like all the amenities starting from pool, room, gym. I really enjoyed breakfast which was included in the reservation. I think it was the best deal hotel provided. The gym is awesome. The top floor bar and pool are amazing with very nice view of the city and sea. The staff of the hotel is very nice and good in communication. I interacted with nice lady "Kim" from the hotel staff and she provided me all the information and also helped me out with all the issues during my stay. Thanks so much much!
