Second room was upgraded and improved, I was able to sleep in so that was great.”
Issues were discussed with management and fixed. The number on Google for emergencies was a previous worker so it needs to be changed.

Dirty and no toilet paper, no milk no soap not enough power points.So if more cheaper would be OK. Because we have to pay car parking too.

Spotlessly clean; quiet in CBD”
Excellent value for money with a couple of conditions. Reception is 8.30 - 5.30 only, though you can arrange to collect keys after hours. $80 charge if you lock your key in your room after hours and staff are called out. Room was one of 5 each with en suite in an apartment. Very quiet despite main street location. Friendly and very helpful reception staff. Couple of small things - no hangers in the wardrobe; soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. Enough power points, in convenient locations. Would stay here again

what a waste of time”
My mum and I had booked there through a booking agent. The day before we were due I had a message saying to contact the manager which I immediately did. I tried the number given from 11am local time all day. I finally got through to someone on a number on the website around 4pm. I was told there would be a key left somewhere as I was checking in outside of business hours (it was 1pm on a Saturday). I asked for the information to be sent in an email. He said he couldn't do that but would send it via text message to the number I had called him on. I never received anything. Saturday morning before flu Going to Adelaide I again sent a text asking for information and received no reply. We arrived in Adelaide and drove our car to the address. As there was nowhere to park we drove around to the back of the building. I tried calling the number on the website. I received no answer. There is an emergency number on the website which I then called and it was answered by a lady who asked how I got her number as she hadn't worked there for some time. She then passed on the new managers number. I finally got through to the new manager and asked where I should park my car. He rudely stated that I hadn't requested a car spot and would have to park on the road. When I made the booking I had specially read there was parking so never thought anything of it. I wasn't going to risk a hire car out on the street and the whole place looked dark and dingy anyhow so I told him I was cancelling the booking. I don't even care that it wasted $80 odd dollars as it looked disgusting anyhow. We ended up booking a gorgeous little motel room 10 mins away in Glenelg!

Disappointing”
The first thing that struck me was smell of the bin when I walked into the apartment and that the door was just wide open. The room was a a good size and had a balcony but there was a building site next door and that meant that men were working from very early and could see directly in. The bathroom also smelled very bad so I had to shower very fast because it made me want to throw up. The only saving grace was that the location was great and I didn't have to be there apart from to sleep. Disappointing considering the price!

Poor Accommodation”
Somewhere to sleep, shower and put luggage
I was really disappointed with this hotel. The main areas smelt quite bad, my room was also not aired out and was full of mosquitoes. The shower leaked into the main bathroom making the floor soaked. Worst of all the location is right beside a MAJOR building development with noise starting with workers arriving at 5:30am and work starting at 6am. It is also located on a street that has a surprisingly large amount of road traffic all night. The room was also located off a shared lounge room, rather then being a separate apartment there was a second room that also shared my main entrance (although my room was separate). This meant that the other occupants movements could readily be heard as was their activities in the room Overall I really regret staying there. It was a place to stay, but I would not stay there again.

Quick stopover on New Years Eve”
Good value, large room, relatively quiet
We stayed here on NYE before continuing on to Port Lincoln. No complaints. Room was clean and spacious and wasn't too noisy considering it was NYE. I imagine it would be much quieter on a normal evening. Would stay there again.

Very minimalistic”

Disappointing. No hangers in wardrobe to hang your stuff, ac sockets badly accessible, access to the rooms ugly, turning on lights in toilet turns on vent which is so noisy you dont turn the lights at all. Rooms smell bad had to light candles to beat the odor. Wont get there again.

Disappointing Hotel”
Location
The hotel is unstaffed on a Sunday which was the day of our check in, making it difficult. The double bed was 2 single beds pushed together and all of the blankets were heavily stained. After the first night new bedding was requested, we were informed that this would happen but it did not. I would not recommend staying at this hotel
