Good deal ”
A simple hotel”
Not a bad stay
Pleasant, cozy but nothing spectacular”
Spend one night here on my way back to Bangkok from Sihanoukville. The hotel looks good, room was cozy enough, air conditioning working and no strange sounds during the night, bed and pillows good enough. No other things than shower gel, shampoo, shower cap and 2 glasses in the bathroom. There were no towels when we arrived but we requested and they brought them. The staff were neither too friendly nor bitter but neutral face expressions. There is no buffet breakfast there are 6 options in total (3 Western and 3 Asian sets). The food smell from the restaurant was good but didn`t try it for lunch or dinner
good good good ”
The hotel location is very centrally in the city center. the hotel staff is very nich and they are apeak English very well.
not really impress”
everythings is quiet ok except breakfast as i am quiet disappoint. for this rate of charges atlease there must have puffy , but in this hotel there is none. they will service you by giving 1 dish as per order them. such as fried rice or noodel.
good value for money”
I have stayed at the RP a total of 6 times. I highly recommend the hotel for a pleasant experience. The only drawback was the WIFI internet in the rooms, it is generally poor in certain rooms but excellent on the ground floor.
Poor value for money - no facilities & amenities”
Poor value with no breakfast, no amenities and no facilities. Poor wifi connection and poor location
Clean and comfortable, great staff.”
Our stay was ok as this was a family get together, and an opportunity to show my family some of the history of the city, visit Phnom Chisor temple and see the harsher aspects of the city. Dine in a fine French and Vietnamese restaurants and enjoy fair priced wine and cocktails. The only disappointing thing was the malfunctioning water heater in the shower that the service man didn't fix properly
worth for money ”
good service , good restaurant there , comfortable room with big and clean
worth for money ”
nice room and comfortable to stay for business and good restaurant there
The entire stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. Have already stayed there more than 5 times.
My usually reliable hotel choice failed me”
Regent Park has been my choice for several years but now, as the renovated top floor is fully booked with long-stay guests, only the lower floors are available and these rooms need a serious upgrade. Air-conditioners leaked, made roaring and rattling noises all night and I got little sleep. As this was a business trip, I needed rest at night but on saturday, there was noisy work with drills and jackhammers and this whole trip was 50% of what it used to be. WIFI was impossible!
Friendly staff that really tries”
the staff really tries. the made-to-order breakfasts are a treat after innumerable buffets. the first room with a lovely view on the 5th floor did not have a strong a/c. the second room on the 3rd floor had a much better a/c and no view, but the 3rd floor is being renovated. i did see one possible cockroach, but the staff sprayed the room twice for me. the tuk tuk drivers were very good, helpful and cheap. if they did not know where i wanted to go, they found someone who did, including a catholic church.
Far better options for same money than this place”
The rooms have nothing in them, terrible small windows with no views, the breakfast included you pick one thing of a menu and you get 1 juice or coffee, nothing else, we arranged a car for the morning with the hotel manager who promised 3 times it had been arranged, morning come, no car, they lied and said it was on it's way, then ten minutes later said it had broken Down and to go onto the street and get a tuk tuk, didn't offer ti help. Overall this hotel was the worst by far of the nine we used around Asia. Same money we should have stayed around the corner where a friend was at hotel cambodiana. Never stay here again.
great value for money”
I have stayed at the Regent PArk hotel many years and find that the room, cleanliness, service and quality of food does not diminish and the quality of service is always the same.
Cozy hotel in the city”
Friendly Staff, nice room, good Breakfast.(Western & Asia) Not equipped with hair dryer, room slipper.
Great Location with Old Rooms”
This hotel was adequate. The location is great, right across the street from Hun Sen Park and not far from the Royal Palace and the River Front. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only criticism is that the room I stayed in seemed old, worn and in need of renovation. The price wasn't bad, especially for the location. I would recommend it to somebody who wants to visit Phnom Penh who doesn't want to spend too much money, but doesn't want to stay in a guesthouse either.
Good location and nice lobby decoration.. but it take one day for them to photocopy my passport..
