Superb and best experience”
Me and my fiancee had been to Regent a few times and the staffs from door to concierge to reception are always smiley and greeting us warmly (u know sometimes u can sense a fake smile and a genuine smile, but Regent staffs are consistently providing everyone a very sincerely welcome smile) We had a fur kid with us, and the receptionist Qing Hui is super attentive and considerate (greeting my fiancee birthday almost immediately after collecting her IC) and giving us a dine in option with our pet instead of breakfast at the buffet hall. In room we had a super big surprise! A hand written post card with a Golden retriever picture (as our furkid is a golden retriever) and a box of gifts that consist of toy, towels, food, goodies, shampoo etc for our friendly furry friend! The room was very clean, well maintained, bathroom toilets were are in great condition, bed was spacious high and very comfy. definitely It definitely was our BEST staycation experience so far. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Anniversary Experience”
My husband and I celebrated our 14-year anniversary with a 2-night staycation at the Regent. The entire experience was wonderful right from the moment the booking was done on agoda all the way to check-out and even to our Sunday brunch at Basilico. The concierge staff congratulated us on our milestone and we were welcomed by a cake and a greeting card in the room, personally signed off by many of the Regent staff. The room was cosy and clean. This is the only hotel i've ever encountered so far who actually made a second round in the evening to provide us with more complimentary water. We went to the pool on our second day there and was offered complimentary poolside beverage, clean towels and ice-cold water. Every step of the way, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and important. We ended off our celebration with a Sunday Italian Buffet Brunch at Basilico and continued to enjoy the fantastic Regent experience.

Excellent Service”
I was celebrating my husband's surprise birthday party with friends.. And once I came to the room, I was shocked.. Firstly, the size of the room. It is amazingly big and just nice for my private event. Secondly, the initiative of them to give my hubby a complimentary cake for his birthday. I am not too concern that they did not like decorate the room abit for his birthday because I already have people do that for me... Thirdly, our bedroom is spacious. There is a walk in wardrobe. Our toilet is clean and have a bath tub for me to soak in. So in general, I am exceptionally happy with their room. For service expect, when i check in, they really took extra care knowing it is a surprise party for hubby.. They are very polite and understanding in all of my requests. So I am very very happy in all areas.. Will book again in any of my planned events... Muahahahahaha!!

Superb! ”
We experienced a swift check in upon arrival at the front desk and was brought to our room immediately after. Meticulously clean, everything was perfect. The bathroom was stocked well and provided top quality L'occitane amenities. Rachel, the Hskp Assist. Manager even took note of our anniversary and arranged complimentary cake and champagne and even took the time from her busy schedule to meet us personally. During our stay, we were curious about the Club Lounge and we were brought there to take a look. We met Adam at the lounge, who was gracious enough to show us around. We had a fabulous stay, and we look forward to returning to celebrate future special occasions.

We received excellent services from the hotel personnel. They checked us in earlier as there were available rooms. The facilities in the hotel is excellent. I have no complaints whatsoever regarding the condition of the room. It was excellent! I read in the earlier reviews that the hotel provided shuttle bus to the town and airport. However this is incorrect. No shuttle bus services were provided. This hotel is situated at the end of Orchard Road as such it is not convenient to walk to Orchard Road. However, just outside the hotel there is a bus stop where there is a bus that goes straight to Orchard Road. This bus also goes to the airport. So that made up for the lack of shuttle bus. As to other places not covered by this bus, you just have to walk about 5 minutes to the bus stop in from of St Regis hotel where there are many other buses. Moving around in Singapore is not an issue at all as the bus goes to MRT stations as well. Also right next to the hotel is Tanglin Mall.

I've been staying at the Regent for over 20 years and it is my favourite Singapore hotel. Fabulous location to walk in the divine botanical gardens every morning, and for shopping and dining. Despite the recent change of ownership it is as elegant, well maintained and gracious as ever. The staff and service are outstanding, the food is great and the rooms are spacious, well appointed and very clean. I can't fault it and I recommend the Regent Club for leisure and business meetings. It is definitely the BEST hotel in Singapore we had ever encounter. We do frequent staycation and had stayed in almost all 4 - 5 stars hotel in Singapore, however REGENT Hotel provides the best service and staying experience from all areas, from Recept, Door, Restaurant Staffs, to managers, they provide detailed and very considerate services with a very sincere touch. Just an example, the wedding in charge manager Alison saw that i was having cough and when i was back in room after dinner, there was a honey lemon and hot water prepared for me in the room for me to make honey lemon drink. This is just one of the numerous awesome experience my wife and me had enjoyed in our stay. Definitely the BEST and most recommended hotel everyone must go to!

My wife and I continue to be delighted by the service and quality of staff at the Regent, a hotel that we have been staying since the 1980s whenever we go to Singapore. Kudos to the Front Desk with particular attention to Stella for the warm welcome and attentive service. A big thank you to Andy Sutiono, Restaurant Manager, and Mauro Serrajotto, General Manager of Basilico Italian Restaurant, for their personal attention and extraordinary hospitality as well as serving superb Italian food. Amazing Experience ”
I love the staff for very accommodating and helpful. The cocktail at Regent club is amazing . Breakfast was a little setback due to many people on Christmas day but overall still ok. My niece forgotten her pouch , realised it after 2 days after we checkout from the hotel, but then they still managed to find it and return to us. Kudos to the team for helping us out. The staff is super friendly qnd attend to all our needs. Definitely we will be back for more staycation at Regent Singapore.

It will be good if guests were informed earlier about the ongoing carpet restoration works at the same floor. And even better if guests were allocated to floors which are not impacted by the restoration works. We requested for late check-out one day before actual check-out day, however our access cards still being blocked at 12pm sharp on the check-out day. It is also unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel like Regent Hotel to reply to our email only after 8 hours.
