this would be my 3rd visit to reggae mansion, both previous times it has been the life and soul of the party in KL... not this time. it was dead, and not because of the time of year... the other hostels were busy!! i think this hostel has had its day of been at the top of its game in KL. the staff are friendly and the place is amazing inside.

Really good stay!”
I really enjoyed my stay. The location is very central, so I was able to walk everywhere, it was really good. The beds are big but the 24-beds dormitory felt a little too packed for me. Despite that, the facilities of the mansion are pretty good also, clean, useful, etc. I would definitely stay again.

Decent facilities, lacked a social aspect ”
I was able to meet people at this hostel but wasn’t as easy to meet people as other hostels (I met more people visiting a friend at another hostel down the street). Other than that it was a good hostel, good facilities, bed was comfy.

Best Hostel”
This was probably the best hostel I've stayed in during my trip around Malaysia. Comfortable and big beds in the dormitory with enough privacy, awesome rooftop for meeting people, stable WiFi, free drinking water, and generally good facilities and location. Would definitely stay here again when I come back.

Comfortable & affordable”
Perfect location - 1 minute walking to Mydin bus station going to Putrajaya, 2 minutes walking to LRT Masjid Jamek, got mamak 24 hours restaurant around the corner. 5 minutes walking to UTC Pudu (Have direct bus to the airport only RM12) Smooth check in - no deposit needed, can pay by card. Good simple breakfast - toast, jem spread and cereal Comfortable bed - big size, aircond working well and also have wall fan in the room, got own mirror, light and socket at every bed, have locker under the bed Good facilities - water dispenser, clean toilet (no bidet) and shower room (shower room and toilet are together, so expect the wet since people shower in it) but still they're clean. Good water pressure in the shower, hot water working well Overall - recommended! Worth to pay and no hesitate to book again

Hostel was clean and smells good when you first come in. Great place if you want to meet other travellers. Only downside is the restroom since it has no bidet.

Bad service”
The staff aren’t helpful nor friendly. I arrived early morning after a night flight and was very tired and I asked them if it is possible to check in, they didn’t let me and I fall asleep in the lobby, only at 10 am they let me in the room, which was ABSOLUTELY EMPTY and I was the only person to stay there for the whole night... breakfast is shit. They don’t value customers so better go to another hostel. Besides they party every day till 3 am so not easy to sleep.

Clean and comfortable to stay ”
It’s clean and bed is big and comfortable. The rooftop bar is nice. But the staff in reception they r not helpful at all. First day to check in the women in reception show with zombie face and no patience. And she didn’t tell me any information and haven’t even tell me my booking is included breakfast. And also there have a tag near the socket say “free of charge ask at reception”,but when I ask for the plug in reception they just don’t give a f**k until I mention the tag they answer me all the plugs are out. No more left for me. So I only can go to buy one in 7-11. And also so many details makes me feel like they r not so helpful and friendly. Maybe this is the culture. But I hope they could be do better. If they try to make more smiles. This hostel will be perfect

The bed space is really big! The place is near the train station & just walking distance from other notable places. Party life during night is a thumbs up if you are sociable traveler.

Never stay again”
Was my favorite place in KL and stayed 2 times before. This was 3rd and last time. All property need renovations. Toilet s door was broken and old. Stayed 3 n8ghts and nevee cleaned the room and beds. No more open buffet breakfast. Provide only basic one that jam, toast, coffee. Staff are same good and always ready for help.

整體狀況還不錯，只是不服早餐，所以要自己張羅～有在賣旅遊行程，但是稍貴，不過市區旅行社好像也是這價錢，用網路旅行社訂便宜許多。

이층침대 완전 불편해요”
엘레베이터가 없고 이층침대가 엄청 높아서 올라갈때마다 운동하는거 같이 힘들어요. 샤워시설은 공동인데 좁고 엄청 깨끗하진 않습니다. 수건은 한장 줬었던것 같고 안주면 디파짓내면 받을수 있음. 드라이기도 디파짓 내면 되고 처음 투숙할때도 디파짓 냅니다. 현금 필요!
