Absolutely great”
We stayed in the hotel for 14 days. The price-performance ratio is absolutely great. The hotel is located just a few meters from the MRT station. Shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The room was spacious and extremely clean. We had lots of storage space and a fridge. We would particularly like to highlight the incredibly friendly, reliable and competent staff that was there for us in all situations. We thank you very much for everything and would come back anytime

Hotel air con is very cold, guests are no noisy, Lift is near to all rooms, rooms are very clean. Public transportation is very convenient, 24 hours supermarket at walking distance, food delivery service choices are easy and fast. Staffs are very friendly and polite, strict on guests to take temperature and their details.

Location: 5/5 It is in Geylang District but a bit far from the center therefore neighborhood is peaceful. Cleanlines: 5/5 They clean the room daily, change the towels, and provide coffee even if we did not request for room service Amenities: 5/5 Fast wifi, working elevator, CONSISTENT hot shower I recommend this place for couples and families (since they have family rooms). Place is near th Aft 1 Lorong Bus station and Kallang train station. It really is value for money.

We had a Great Time”
All I can say for our stay at their stay is WOW. We had a great time at Singapore and staying at Zen room Oasis contributed a lot on this. The location was most especially great as it was near to everything Mrt, grocery, bus station ,our church (Iglesia ni Cristo) and Food centres. Rooms is newly renovated. we even had universal plugs in our rooms which is so helpful. Staff are so accommodating helpful in everyway they can. Everyday they gave us bottled water, and on our flight day they gave us a great deal for 2 rooms where we can change before our flight. Thanks again and till our next vacay..

Comfortable ”
The stay was pleasent would recommend if you are staying for short time. But as i have a really sensitive nose. So i get i sinus and fever on the next day i stay at the hotel. Apparently on my bed bulk head got some dust. I wipe the dust. Then everything turn out good. Overall all is really okay. Just need some detailing when cleaning.

Great hotel”
Hotel is in a great location, just 450metres from Kallang MRT Station. The National Stadium and the Kallang Wave Shopping Mall are within walking distance. Nearby there are many eateries, 7-eleven, and a 24hr laundrette. My room, a superior double was compact but very comfortable. The shower room was larger than I expected, although badly laid out. There was enough space to put the shower in a more convenient spot but instead it hung between the toilet and the sink. It was nice and powerful though. The reception staff were very friendly and polite. My only negatives, and they were minor, were that my floor towel was changed on my 2nd day there, but not again for another 2 weeks. Even though it was dirty and had bits on it during that time it was simply folded in half to hide the dirt and bits. Secondly, there was a thick layer of dust on the floor near the door which never got cleaned during my 19 day stay. However, I still enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend the hotel

Good choice for SHN stay”
Loved that the staff are friendly and helpful in my requests. Made my whole stay enjoyable. I see some small ants at table area but that’s no big deal there’s only a few, overall room is well equipped and clean. All in all nice room nice staff nice stay 👍

The staffs there very polite and friendly. I have some issue with the booking when I reach the hotel. He very patient wait for me to call Agoda and settle. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and stay. The price also not expensive

Morning and afternoon shift malay girl has great customer service and is friendly. Night shift guy with glasses is also helpful. Other staff allowed me to have a one hour late check out. Customer service 10/10. Aircon is not strong and fridge was leaking, but other than that the room waa perfect. Location is a tad far from the centre of geylang but its good exercise. Would recommend this hotel. Value for money.

Satisfying and Comfy Stay”
The surrounding was peaceful, cleanliness was maintained at all times, the staff was accommodating and nice, the room was big enough as well. I was only confused with one detail since I've read on the reviews that they give out free bottle of water everyday which they did give me every time I asked for three consecutive days. Then comes our 4th day, when we asked, we were told we need to buy it for 1SGD. Since I was confused, I showed them the review and the man reasoned out that under Regin Hotel, they do give out free bottle of water daily but since it's already under Zen Rooms, they only give out upon check-in. I mean, it's really no problem, it was just inconsistent on that part. But overall, it was a very good stay. I have no complaints. The location is just a few steps away from the bus stop & convenience store and a few minute walk from the MRT station.
