Stayed at this hotel in February 2017 as I had to complete my partner visa process in Ajman this hotel has a good location. Easy to find as it’s on a main road . Checkin fast and easy with a welcoming smile behind the counter was offered a 1 bedroom apartment on the 6th floor . I like it, good apartment but not 3 star, must be below 2 stars, value for money. Not suitable for who likes night activities or bars, about 400 meters to beach, good for small families, who has car.

I felt very comfortable in this hotel. The breakfast (booked in hotel) was very good. The rooms are big, also the bathroom. The luggage service at check in was perfect. At check out the reception asked if I need help - very attentive service! I was sick for 3 days and asked for a pharmacy nearby. The apartment was clean and smelled fresh. Bed comfy and kitchen had all that we needed. Location was great, I and my husband walked around checked small restaurants and picked up snacks from Safeer Mall. There is even a bus stop nearby. We will come back again for sure.

Clean rooms and good service

We enjoyed our brief stay at this hotel, rooms were spacious and comfortable and very clean. However we would suggest for little more lighting in the hall and bedroom. The rooms get pretty shadowed during evening hours.

The restaurant staff was lousy and rude, can't even give me hot water or sugar, they don't smile and they act like they are better than you, the hotel staff were not diverse, didn't provide electric kettle saying they only have a few and all were taken. No room safe and the shampoo stinks. Not staying there again.

if i travel to ajman i always choose Reef hotel apartment to stay they have improved quality of service well trained staff equipped with modern facilities i recommend all my colleagues to choose this hotel and have peace of mind enjoy

The stay was ok. Just wished they had whiter looking towels and sheets for the bedroom.

It's very basic but fridge worked and it had a large balcony overlooking a shisha area. Unusual and quaint, nearby restaurants and supermarkets make it a reasonable location. Price wise, it's probably a bit too much given the competition. Late check out was available, so overall its worth a stay but it's bacic (and a 1 star)

Had a pleasant 9 day stay here at the Belfort, A little tricky to find, but once there it was a nice warm welcome, a little bit out of the way, but if you have your own car, then it is perfect! I Would stay here again, but I would also rent a car for convenience!!

Good place to stay with value for money in Ajman, specially for beach lovers I feel hotels like Sara should also have common facilties like a water dispenser, coffee machine, ice machine, shoe polishing machine, snack dispenser, fixed / buffet breakfast options.. will add a lot of value to the stay.

Had a gratifying stay at Ajman Saray. Lovely location, clean & peaceful rooms, friendly & helpful staff, great choice of food. Also had a little birthday surprise in our room for her birthday. Thanks again and looking forward for another stay in the future.
