I booked the hotel with free cancellation policy. Had permission to check in early at 8am via Agoda email. However, I arrived earlier and they allowed me to check in at 5.30 am! Room was good, spacious enough for 3 star hotel in Madinah. They provide heater, towel, soap and shampoo. Housekeeping offer to clean the room but we refused. :D I made 3 reservations (th...

We booked a two night stay through Agoda in a family room with four beds at the Anwar Al Madinah Moevenpick Hotel in August this year. Check in was quick, efficient and friendly. Room was lovely and clean and beds were comfortable. AC was cool, thankfully. Loved the colour tones of brown and grey decor – calming. From our room, we could catch a side view of the entran...

This was the first stay in Shaza Al Madinah and I must say it was superb. the location, staff and the cleanliness had been accomodative and prompt. The staff was very courteous right from the receptionist Mr. Hatim to the house keeping Mr. Dawood and Mr. . The entire staff in the restaurant especially Mr. Asif and Mr. Fayyam had been very courteous and attentive and ...

After staying for six years as a child during the 1980s, I once again had the opportunity to come to Madinah this year with my mother and sister. I was particularly happy after I saw the rooms I booked in Millennium Taiba Hotel; neat and clean, and very pleasing colors. The front desk people were very helpful and kind; they guided in every matter. I recall one of the...

Good room with excellent toiletries. Good parking space for cars. Very near to Al Haram. Plenty of fast foods and shops nearby. New Digital Elevators for Tower 2 are state of the art and easy and quick to handle. Coffee shop and hotel ambience is classy. Poor reception attitude. Had to wait for 35 mins even booked earlier. Should improve breakfast, as items were little...

Pros: Good customer service Helpful staff Clean 10 minutes walk to Haram Shareef Has Al Jajeerah shopping centre right behind it Cons: Poor sound insulation between rooms Children left unsupervised to play with lifts No restaurant, just a tiny cafe on ground floor Mezzanine floor used solely for a particular sect’s religious rituals

-Very clean -Friendly staff especially (Alsaedi at the recipient) -Almost 7 min walk to alharam (ladies side) Cons: - no parking at the hotel except the paid one . - some amenities can be improved such as the TV has no remote control , some lamps are not working, toilet Landry handle has to be fixed BUT IN TOTAL IT WAS A VERY GOOD HOTEL AND I AM COMMING BACK NEXT...

One of the best stay in Madinah. The hotel is not far from Gate 15 of Masjid Nabawi. I travelled with 2 elderly who need to use wheelchair and the hotel has ample wheelchair to cater for their guests. The room is spacious, clean comfortable bed and good working air-conditioning. The staffs are polite, can speak decent English, and quick to respond. The cafe pro...

I spent 2 nights in Crowne Plaza Madinah Hotel in Eid-Alfitr after month of Ramadan and generally was 10 out 10 experience. From beginning, Check-in was fast and the room was nicely organized and decorated. The air condition worked perfect and cold although outside temperature reached 45C.The (Central - Operator) service was 24 hr working - No delay in any order or hou...

See I had very bad experience with Makkah movinpick but madinah management and hotel stuff are amazing; I was shocked the amount of customer care; it feels like in the states manager day one I asked laundry he took care as in house; then gentlemen m by the name of Suheyb was so caring and always checking on you! I would recommend as business traveler who travel around...

This was our second trip to madinah after staying at shaza the year before which is adjacent to the hilton. We went not expecting much in terms of service as this is virtually impossible to find in saudia arabia. However immediately we were plaesantly surprised by the hospitality and friendly nature of the staff. we were allowed to check-in early at no extra charge at ...

I have stayed in many hotels in Madinah. This hotel was good but stayed in better. Service was really good and fast. Fast check-in even during Ramadan. Room service by cleaner was excellent, on-time, very helpful and was happy to help. Breakfast area was overcrowded and no place to even walk with so many people. They need to get more than 1 egg station because the que...

The staff is excellent because they are friendly and helpful. Their English is not so good but they still try to help. One guy by the name of Saleh can speak excellent English. He help me a lot. The hotel is very clean which I liked. Also, the staff are great and NOT miserable as most other hotels on Madinah. It is also VERY close to the Haram. I would love to stay th...

Stayed 5 nights in Madinah. Hotel location is great. First obstacle after reaching here by own car is car parking. Now its 5 SR per hour. Means for 5 nights one will pay approx 600SR for Car parking only. The 2nd obstacle faced are lifts. Its a big hotel with only 4 small lifts. Overcrowded during prayer times. The 3rd one is wifi. Wifi service is extremely poor....

My booking was shifted to this company's other hotel- Al Madina Harmony hotel (diagonally opposite) due to problem in two hotel floors, as told by reception & all other rooms were sold out. So my review is about Al Madinah Harmony. Room size was ok, stayed in twin room. Washrooms are ok, low water pressure in wash basin. Though it's a petty thing, but when you perfor...
Cheapest hotels in Al Madinah Region

There was not a single taxi driver who could know location of this appartment. Upon calling they refuse to guide to taxi drivers and advised yo share booking number 1st. Further upon assisting they say that they only can share location on WhatsApp nothing more. What kind of attitude this is? Service? Their staff behaviour was stupid as upon asking wifi they begin to an...

My booking was with Breakfast, but upon arrival it was found out the Hotel restaurant has closed and breakfast was not possible. However upon insisting the receptionist said to arrange in the morning. In the morning to our surprise we were served the leftovers of the staff's breakfast. This was very unprofessional.

I booked "Standard Double Room" in Al Eairy Apartments Madinah 2 but in the hotel they provided very small room. Reception staff cannot speak any language other than Arabic. I paid bill by credit card during the time of booking but he asked me again for payment. When I informed to check in their system that hotel bill is already paid but he said our system is not wo...

The stay was fantastic. The staff was nice and the room was clean. I arrived early and the staff was kind enough to let me keep my bags at the hotel until i prayed fajr and dhur. They have a nice lounge on the 9th floor where I rested until my room was ready. I stayed here for 4 days and although they did not clean the room it was fine because i was at the masjid most ...

When I arrived, the receptionists was visibly stressed as I was the second person arriving with a booking but no availability. Apparently the current occupants decided to extend their stay! After some conversation, the receptionist solved the issue. It was poor on the management side, excellent performance from the employee side

It was a good stay, the first time I visited the al-salam area and got this booking. However, they have a little problem verifying my Agoda booking as Agoda was not in their system. They suggest me to use booking.com for next booking, although I have used Agoda for the same hotel in the past. I think it's best that both the hotel and Agoda can solve this issue. Outside this problem, the hotel was good and the staffs were very professional.

I wouldn't complain about anything anyway in Madinah as the guest of our beloved prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), it was great in any sense, staff were very competent, very good location for the prophets mosque, to shops and food outlets. A big thanks to everyone at Sofaraa Al Huda.

Location you are provided is not matching with actual location. We preferred this hotel as the location provided in the system for our convenience. It was hard to find real location in the crowded city, where hundreds of hotels are there in between the given location and actual location. Highly regrettable !!

The stay was Good, it was close to our great religious Masjid of Profit Muhammad pbuh. If I get another chance & if the price is competative I will try to book again. The quality of breakfast need improvement, same items same day with egg omilate was bad. Need to put different variety on the table

The hotel is of very very poor quality. Me & my wife booked this hotel for our stay in madinah through reviews but we were deceived from the very moment we stepped in. Smelly room, bed bugs, no sound proof, you can hear Everthing from the street and in the hotel corridors, very noisy, poor housekeeping. The food: we preferred to buy outside as it's of very bad quality....

Al Ula Arac Resort is the only decent accommodation you will find when searching in the AGODA and Booking.com websites. True enough, there are very limited properties catering to visitors and tourists and although there are some furnished apartments everywhere in Al Ula Town information may not be available online. Being a monopoly, the room rates at Al Ula Arac Resort...

I booked 2 nights at this hotel, it was my first stay in this hotel at medina. Normally stay with intercontinental group and this did not disappoint. The hotel is quite chic and definetly classy. We booked a king bed in a basic room, and it was great, immaculately clean and of a good size room. The bed was incredible as were the pillows and bedding. If you stay here be...

Pros: it is not the first time they stayed here. Our big family used to stay there when it was named Royal Dyar. Near to Nabawi.Everything is within reach.Cons: breakfast has always been so-so. Toilet, wasn’t properly cleaned this time. My dad had to get the cleaner in to clean the toilet again but the gunk couldn’t be removed. Maybe it is accumulated dirt that wasn’t...

Well, i had a nice stay in this hotel. It is quiet and clean.. However, the lhotel keepers need to be trained. It seemed that we were the only couple who bought the booking via agoda or any other website. The reason is that when we arrived at the hotel, they asked us to pay but we told them that we already paid. Then, when we wanted to check out they told us to pay on...

During check-in we were given a room that already has 3 occupants. We were shocked when we opened the door we heard voices & saw clothes hanging around the room. We didn't stop to look further but quickly closed the door. Alhamdulillah (thank God) the occupants didn't realise what happened. We went downstairs & the staff at the reception cordially gave us another key. ...

As a five star hotel, I was surprised that there was no safety deposit box in the room, also I was surprised that the breakfast was not included and I have to pay for breakfast as they told me, after discussing these things with the hotel GM seiner Abdulkareem, he solved these two problems for me and he was very helpful with me. The hotel is nice and clean and it is ne...

Hotel is having nice decoration in the rooms, the suite is spacious and has three TVs in the rooms and the lounge area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. However, Hotel is a bit far from Haram, i.e. 12-15 minutes walking. Bathroom is not at same level as the rooms. Breakfast Buffet does not have many varieties.
