Decided to stay in Mazagon and found the place full of character and authentically Spanish. The hotel was very nice, clean and everyone was friendly although, as non-Spanish speakers communication could have been problematic. Our only gripe was that the room came equipped with a kitchenette but had no cups, plates pans etc which we found very strange? The was also no kettle and when we requested one to heat up our baby bottles they did not have one and provided us with a saucepan? Overall though a very pleasant stay!

When you go to a City like Granada you want to be in the thick of it and you cannot get a hotel in a better position than this one, Its on one of the main squares in town with a balcony from which you can view all the action. We even had a big screen Opera concert going on in the square on the Saturday night which we watched from our balcony the best seats in the house. Every thing is in walking distance or there are small buses just out side the hotel if you don't like to much walking. Rooms are spotlessly clean and staff could not be more helpful. Value for money this Hotel is excellent we where not sure what we where going to get before we arrived as it was such a reasonable price we paid but we where delighted with what we got. One word of advice before you go to Granada book your tickets to the Alhambra and more importantly the Alhambra palace on the internet they can be booked up three mounts in advance. we saw the Alhambra area but could not get into the palace.

Our main purpose in booking here was access to Malaga train station and this fit the bill perfectly. Easy check in. Staff spoke English. Staff were kind enough to provide us with a meal in the bar/cafe although it was almost closing time on our first night. This was much appreciated and they did it without making us feel like we were rushed. Room tidy and clean. Bathroom very appealing with nice touches such as a tooth cleaning kit. Only complaints would be that the room was too warm and the walls a bit thin between rooms. Heard noise from other rooms. Overall we would return. Hotel was also convenient for shopping, the port and was even walkable to tourist sites such as the Alcazaba. Very pleased withour choice.

We loved this property. It was the second Iberostar we have stayed in and we were again very impressed. This chain of hotels has really understood the modern traveler and the rooms were beautifully appointed with sofa seated area, bedroom area and toilet with tub! The beach club is really lovely with views of the ocean around a lovely little pool. We enjoyed every meal and thought the food excellent. The best part of all were the staff - so attentive and thoughtful assisting our every need. 100% recommend.

We booked online having read other reviews of the hotel. When we arrived we were amazed at how close to all the attractions the hotel was. Everything is within walking distance,( if you are able bodied & not adverse to hill climbing). There is a great road train that stops right by the hotel for a tour of the town as well. Taxis are cheap & every where. The hotel is up a small side street & many of the rooms look out onto side streets. You are in town, there is noise. We were in room 203 & the evening noise outside is audible; you are in a city, not the countryside. If you want peace & solitutude, do a different holiday! We loved the choice at breakfast (7 euros each), the cleanliness of the whole hotel, the large rooms with great bathrooms, our little balcony & being able to see the hubbub of city life passing by. Great staff on reception, all very helpful. A perfect city break hotel.

By any criteria one of the finest boutique small hotels in the world. The location and style were first rate. However the star of the show is to a person the staff were remarkable. When I checked in I mentioned it was my birthday later in the week. How surprised that 3 days later the restaurant, house cleaners and front desk all wished me happy birthday. When I returned from a day of touring a small cake and bottle of cava awaited me in my room It is just one example of the small touches that will make me return

Hotel in a great position, 5 mins from the beach and in the middle to Marbella and Puerto Banus. 1st room we had furniture needed replacing as it was damaged and looked tatty, 2nd room was ok but maybe a bit of modernisation needed. Pool area was small compared to others I’ve been to but well kept and plenty of sun beds for the size of the hotel. Breakfast area small but plenty of choice, clean and lovely fresh coffee, outdoor area with removable roof was nice to eat when people weren’t smoking when it clearly states no smoking. The staff on reception were very helpful and polite. Overall the hotel was lovely, did us for a 4 night break but some of the rooms could do with re-furb.

i chose to upgrade to deluxe room at euro 25. room includes a balcony which you can see the streets. hotel room is very spacious and what you expect in a 4 star hotel with all the required needs. however, the wifi connection is not that good. it is quite slow and you have to go thru the hassle of logging into the network every 24hr. you have to collect the wifi password everytime from the counter. i found this is abit of a hassle. rather than renewal of password every 24hr, i think it is best to log in using the room no with last name of the customer.

I booked the hotel and was worried as it had a 2 star rating. From my experience having stayed at Sanderson London for 1 month and 7 months at W Hotel HK, I do know a bit about hotels. On arrival, I was well surprised, its not exactly 5 star of coz but is definitely not 2 star. Who gave them that rating which is grossly unfair. Maybe it has a no hen night nor stag do policy.

This hotel exceeded my expectations during our recent family vacation - two families traveling with children. The hotel is within walking distance to Train, Old Town and beach. The facilities are great for young and old - the pool is delightful, the spa area is a bonus. The rooms are wonderfully spacious, quiet and exceptionally clean. The location was close enough to walk to many parts of Malaga, including residential areas to eat a local restaurants. A special thanks to the staff who went out of their way to accommodate two families traveling together.

Clean hotel, good location, friendly staff. Pool on roof was small, cramped, with no staff on hand - so no possibility to get towels or any food. Would expect bar by the pool as a minimum! The room service food after midnight was REALLY BAD!!!! Very limited selection that was pre made- then microwaved. Night menu really not 5 star quality at all. However, apart from these 2 issues is still recommend the hotel- the bed was the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on! Special mention to the ladies at reception. They were all lovely. Only downside was that the man at reception called us a taxi and then didn’t accompany me to the car- just watched me drag my bags there- which was a bad ending to an otherwise great stay. This is not a 5 star. This is a 4 star hotel.

Booked double standard room & given option to upgrade to room with view for additional good reception, free parking. Comfortable bed & bar meals good. Excellent buffet breakfast, short walk to beach & casino on site. Cafes, restaurants & Saturday markets near by. Excellent day spa & indoor pool also. Take own flip flops for pool. Would stay at another H10 as good experience & we appreciate value for money as we holiday regularly. Gym was not open early enough in the morning.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel Room was excellent very clean and modern Pool was lovely small amount of sun beds but always managed to sit somewhere at the pool David the pool bar waiter was outstanding friendly helpful and nothing too much trouble Cons were drinks and food more expensive than eating outside But that's the price you pay for eating in a four star hotel I would Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for the perfect base to explore malaga or just to sit in the sun and look over the beautiful harbour

Location was excellent: on outskirts of Center/Old town(walkable to all restaurants and historic places) across river from Flamenco/Ceramica neighborhoods~ and next to bus terminal. Rooms nice enough, but lacking any real charm. Staff at front desk and housekeeping very helpful. Only drawback was that they tout themselves as 4 star property~ but are lacking: booked through 3rd party engine and our '2 person room' got converted to a '1 person room' somewhere in the booking process- and hotel wouldn't honor 2nd person for breakfast, and when we checked in, there was (literally) only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel in room. I've never stayed at a 4 star hotel that actually REMOVED linens based on occupancy. And though we were staying off season~ room was not inexpensive. Was a bad start to what ended up being a satisfactory stay.

The staff are amazing they could not do enough for you the food is outstanding but I feel there is not enough variety, Having said that though there is a children's menu which was a big help. The actual hotel is stunning although I feel the bathrooms are looking a bit tired! It is a very Child friendly hotel, having said that though the people that stay there the majority of them have quite snooty I did not appreciate young children running around. The other downside was that the pool bar was only open for a few days and then it stopped opening which was a great shame as you actually had to go back into the hotel to get any drinks. I appreciate we went out of season but surely you're still paying for a five star hotel facilities so that's what you should get. Although they have a shuttle to go to a few places, you really are stuck out in the middle of nowhere so I would recommend to hire a car especially if you want to go to restaurants in the evening.

we enjoyed our stay in NH Inglaterra. it was a little difficult to locate the hotel at first as we arrived by car and we missed the small street to the hotel entrance. but it all got compensated when we found out how convenient the location of the hotel is. we had breakfast, lunch, dinner in the restaurants and bars around the hotel. there are plenty of them. The room was comfortable and spacious. we were given a room with view of Al Hambra which is very nice, but it was located at the other wing that can only be reached by climbing 2 levels up as the lift can only bring us to the 3rd floor and the room was at the 5th. for us, it was perfectly fine, but it is not recommended if you are travelling with baby or elderly. also we could not receive the wifi from the hotel, and that's the only bad point. other than that, we totally enjoyed our stay.

Granada is a small town and the hotel is located on Via Colon (i.e. the main street of this city), you can assess the tourist information center by less than 5 min walk The hotel itself is great with 5-star standard, it offers very very good wifi services at the room. It also has separate shower and bathtub I will surely recommend this hotel to all ppls visiting Granada

This was a last minute booking for us on our honeymoon. Normally we stay in apartments with kitchens but we were traveling around and actually like the hotel so much we decided to stay a second night at the hotel rate (not Agoda's). The spa treatments are lovely, a great infinity pool and indoor massaging whirlpool and wellness facility. Rooms are all upgraded and very tastefully done in a modern sleek style. Our room had a beautiful terrace with a view over the mountains -- sunset was breathtaking. Easy access to older part of town and attractions. Parking on site is nice though pricey. Had massage and skin body treatments (chocolate body treatment was very relaxing). All in all the best place we stayed on the two week trip throughout Spain.

Fantastic quality hotel, location amazing across the road from the Alhambra Palace. Transport by local bus and tourist train outside the hotel. So extremely easy to get to the centre of the city without any need for taxis, although they are all available anyway. Or you can walk to the centre on a very pleasant downhill garden walkway, and it takes 10 minutes. The centre is nearer than it seems on maps. Breakfast in the hotel was one of the best, fantastic variety and top quality food.The only down side, was that you lacked views across the city, but not many hotels would have that anyway, but there are plenty of views and wonderful sites throughout the city. We travelled in by car, and the hotel was easy to find and get to with the help of google maps, you did not have to enter the city centre.
