Where to stay in Argolis
Argolis hotels & accommodations
Nafplia Palace Hotel is the perfect place to stay to escape the busy hustling and crowded island locations. You feel like you're in your own private villa with amazing views of Nafpio and within 2 minutes you can be standing in the main Nafplio Town Square via the hotel lift. The team at the hotel were all wonderful and made you feel like the hotel was your own home. ...
Amazing view with the best location. Staff was very attentive and great breakfast. Rooms lacked though details such as headboards for bed and television was almost non-existent. (Very small ) and lastly in bathroom there was no place to hang bath towels or robes.
Ideal for a peaceful stop in an out of the way spot. A very good boatyard is nearby and when laying up or launching is about 1 mile away. Staff are very helpful and the gardens well kept.
Great Location. Small hotel, like a serviced apartment. But highly recommended.
Tasos went out of his way to welcome us and ensure an easy check in. He rang us while we were driving to the hotel and waited for our arrival. Took time to explain all facets of our rooms and gave us advice on where to eat. Rooms exceptional, views spectacular. Please eat at Maria's Restaurant and Bar, exceptional in all areas. Maria is gorgeous.
The hotel is conveniently located in the old city, so it was easy to walk everywhere, while still being hidden away from the hustle and bustle. (Of note...Its up on a hill with a lot of stairs, so if you have knee problems, this may not be he spot for you). We had a great view of the town from the balcony of our room. The room was small but clean and the bed was...
This is not a grumpy review but to clarify what does not appear when you book the family studio : room is in the basement (with 2 windows at street pavement level), ventilation in the bathroom + toilet system are more noisy than an Airbus at takeoff, there is hardly enough cuttlery for breakfast and any guest from the pension using the staircase above the room will w...
Excellent location at the center of it all, excellent view of Palamidi from your private small balcony, historic building renovated yet true to the original, located exactly across from the spot of the infamous assassination of distinguished statesman Ioannis Kapodistrias. Room has all amenities, AC, minibar, etc. but not particularly luxurious - but you won't want to ...
The hotel is situated in an old style Greco-Venetian building. There is no lift so I suggest packing lightly and leaving the rest in the car. Place was safe. The room had a little kitchen but didn't have view. The view was on the opposite balcony which I believe other hotel members can use. The furniture was simple and at that price one can not complain much. The staff...
Naflpio is a city rich of history with great views on every turn. Beach, bars, restaurants are all in reach and as a person who has travelled most of Greece i strongly really recommend it. The hotel was really impressive...modern rooms, friendly and warm staff, ample parking available and just a 5 minute walk into the centre with lots of authentic food options along th...
Lovely hotel. Kind staff. Breakfast a little bland but not a big problem
Location 10/10 Beautuful room, all new, amazing bed and linens. The only drawback was the small bathroom in our room, but nevertheless it was very clean. All staff was was welcoming and really kind with us, even gave us a little gift when we left. This pension is a no brainer!
The hotel is right smack in the middle of the shopping area & it's easy to get around without a vehicle. It's easy to head out for meals and attractions.
Great stay, excellent value, staff was friendly and location was great (right by the bus stop)
It was really very nice stay!!!
Nicely located, with retro style charm hotel. Very good value for money. Warm and flexible customer service. Good accomodation, near the sea, it gives choices for adults and children such as swimming pool with bar, small child area park with inflattable toys, football playground etc. Satisfying breakfast for different tastes.
This was a great location right on the main street and near the water. We walked to shops and historic sites within 5 minutes. Nafplio is beautiful and the Acronafplia right in the middle of town. The owners were very responsive and friendly. The town had shut off a main water line by accident, the owners were quick to learn the situation give realistic timelines a...
Comfortable & friendly family managed hotel positioned well in the heart of Tolo. We come for 1 night and decided to stay one more night as the hotel gave us everything we needed. The room was nice with comfortable double bed, balcony with a view of the sea (3rd floor), free Wi-Fi, a big desk for my computer. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The stuff was v...
Pension Isabo is a quaint old house with a cottage like interior in the heart of old town Napflio in an excellent location. It has a well stocked kitchenette with a sink, kettle, and coffee makers but no cooking facilities. You can help yourself to tea, coffee (instant, Greek and filter), cakes, biscuits, fruit, and crisp bread with spreads and cheese for breakfast o...
Our stay was perfect ... Helpfull staff and managment,a great place to stay in Greece.
Ok
The hotel just need some maintenance. The shower drain was clogged, the blinds did go up or down, it was not quite clean, the curtain were falling down...but the staff were so good. They made sure our car didn't get ticketed, recommended great restaurants, etc. good place for Argos. But our expectations were of a cute boutique hotel, not a slightly old two star.
I'll get the negative out of the way first: I stayed in the single, so it's the only one I can comment on (others might be different). But the room is quite small, and the shower is so tiny that it is barely able to contain even a smallish person like myself. But I rate it highly because the location is perfect, it is quaint and has an old (in a good way) vibe to it. T...
Pension Dafni has a homely feel to it. We were impressed by the chambermaid - pleasant and hardworking madame. We liked the fact that it's tucked away in a quiet lane away from the main thoroughfares of Nafplio, yet it was less than a minute's walk away from the bus station. It would be nice if a small kettle could be provided in every room, rather than guests havi...
Great service and personal care.
A little out of the way, and not much around the area, but a good place to stop if you are driving around Attica and back towards Athens or exploringvte area around Argos and Mycenea
At first we were amazed at the steps which we had to climb to get to the hotel. Beautiful paintings adorn the walls of the reception area and the rooms, giving the place vibrant vibes. The breakfast is great too. It is really a refreshing place to stay.
Globally okay, near to restaurants and just below the palamidi fortress which is truly convenient
From the moment we walked in the door we loved the Klymeni house. We visited at Christmas time and felt right at home with a Christmas tree next to the fireplace. We had everything we needed equipt with kitchen, living room, & bathroom downstairs. Upstairs had 2 bedrooms, another bathroom, and the best balcony with beautiful views of the area. The host helped us o...

Warm welcome, lots of great info, parking pass for free parking anywhere around the hotel, room had that beautiful view onto church and square, very comfy beds and pillows, spotless clean and fantastic breakfast buffet! Great shopping and lots of restaurants all around hotel. Great area to be in!
The hotel owner served with heart.
Friendly staff and very interestingly designed and clean appartments. Perfect and clean swimming pool with surrounding palm trees
it is a bit far from the center of town, but a good value for the price

This is not actually a 4 star place, but gets 4 stars for effort. It is very clean studio. Small kitchen area. Bathroom that has an exhaust fan! The only one we have seen in over 6 weeks so far in Greece. The host/manager George is there morning till night and helps with info on various places etc. George makes breakfast, coffees and pizzas if you want. Also serves at ...
Really liked the hotel, the owners were very helpfull. So close to all the village life and restaurants....and the harbour. Really lovelly.

Service was great, owner of B&B was helpful and kind. The place was easy to find, very close to the ferry terminal

Apartments are new well appointed and spacious. Bigger than a studio with a separate bedroom , kitchen and spacious balconies on hill with views over Nafplio and the fortress. The owners responded quickly to any requests. Well located for getting out to Mycenae etc. not really walking distance into the old city. It helped to have a car.

Marie is excellent owner. Her recommendation & arrangement for visit outside Nafplio is good. Hotel is very clean and 1 street parallel to ktea bus terminal. Hotel is in old town which is a charming and lovely place to be in.

I love how this hotel embraces the environment around it. You really feel like you’re in Nafplio. quaint, lovely colors. Even the staff are just so adorable and jolly! One thing maybe they should update or clean more the shower. It’s kinda dingy. But the rest is perfect! Breakfast is great too!

We had wonderful a stay at Ippoliti Hotel. Nice spacious elegantly decorated room, very helpful and accommodating guest services, and best of all it is within walking distance to all attractions in Nafplio. It was definitely value for money.
