Best hotels & accommodations in Canary Islands Autonomous Community

It was a very good stay, the kitchen is well equipped, views were nice and the apartment is very well maintained and spacious as for the price. In a very good location, near Fanabe, La Pinta and not far from el Duque if you like beach life. The only problem was terrible smell in our bedroom and bathroom over the last 2 days of our stay which was probably caused by the ...

We were pleasantly surprised by the facilities and friendliness of this hotel. I would not recomend for anyone with walking difficulties as its situated in a very hilly area. The restaurant was amazing in both quality and price and would highly recommend. Only downside is the fact that there was no cleaning done or towel changes during the week we were there. This ha...

Liked the free shuttle to the beaches and has a good choice of pools and gym / activities area. Great location for the Yumbo centre at night. Hotel building is a bit dated but rooms are nice inside and modern. Food selection at the buffet was just average with nothing special. And we got a great price for half board for Winter Pride week really so can't complain.

We stayed here for a week in first week of November. It was a lovely stay - not necessarily just due to the hotel but the weather was great and we had some lovely day trips including excellent hikes in Mt Teide. Hotel Covid Measures were excellent, buffet was quite good and the best of all the pools. Loved the hotel location and the way it is arranged overlooking the s...

Booked this Hotel as a last minute break over the Easter Holidays, and upon arrival was greeted by a very pleasant friendly receptionist called Loreta. We had booked a Superior Studio and upon check in we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom pool view apartment which set the holiday off to a great start. The apartments are spotless and very spacious and the views of the Large ...

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Balcony overlooked the sea. The staff were very friendly. The only drawback was the big hill to walk up, however there is a courtesy that runs daily to the beach and differents places. Overall the Neptuno is good value for money and we will be returning. Also very quiet.

This hotel is spotlessly clean and the Staff are so helpful and friendly! It is situated just off the promenade between Costa Adeje and Playa de Americas - perfect! We received champagne and strawberries for our wedding anniversary! Will definitely be back!

Beautiful resort with clean, spacious accomodation and fantastic location. All staff super friendly and bar options of food and drink perfect. Unfortunately there is renovation work around the pool at the moment for the pool bar and this is noisy and does detract from this lovely place. Would highly recommend but not until the work is completed. Was not made aware of t...

Aesthetically, this is a very nicely designed resort and one of the most beautiful we saw during our month in the Canaries. Staff were great and friendly, from the front desk people right down to the chambermaids. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but advise that guests avoid taking a room on the east corner of the complex near the water because of the stench that freque...

The hotel is just off the las canteras beach promenade. Although I had booked an interior apartment, I didn't rue it as the weather was very windy and cloudy during my stay( I visited in January). I would however recommend a sea facing apartment during a more sunnier time. The apartment itself was clean, fully equipped and well maintained. We were surprised by the att...

I spent a week in Lanzarote staying at Casa Tomaren. It is located away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist traps yet only 15 minutes drive to Arrecife the capital, and only 15 euros by taxi if you like me don't drive. Most of the other guests had hired a car. I'd say it was the perfect combination of tranquillity and easy access to amenities. The room was beauti...

Just a couple of minus points, 1 The price for use of the safe in the room was over two euros per day, I thought I must be buying it. 2 At breakfast time there was the constant noise of the crockery being handled behind the screens in the restaurant. 3 Information about the Star club was not clearly displayed or understood without asking one of the Star club personnel....

All the staff were delightful from the reception to the waiters and the bar staff at the pool bar and the clubhouse. The complex is very clean and the pools are very nice. Our one bedroom apartment was a little dated as far as the decor goes, but very comfortable with a good bathroom and shower, great beds and a huge patio with table, chairs and a parasol as well as ...

Great hotel, really comfortable rooms , 3 heated swimming pools Down side music played rather loud at every pool , could do with a quiet area , plenty of sun beds and Brolleys No drinking water provided in our room Little bit out of the way but there is a nice walk way with a few bars and restaurant s outside

I have visited many hotels around the world and Jardin Tropical will be in my Top 5. The hotel has beautiful design and decor, very elegant and modern with Caribbean vibe. I felt more like in Cancun than Tenerife. Gorgeous pools at the hotel and the other pool just beside the ocean. Smoothie bar, cocktail bars, great restaurants with healthy and modern delicious menus....

Excellent Location. Beach is on your doorstep. Bars and restaraunts are 5mins walk away. The hotel only has a few small bars outside so its fairly quiet at night so ideal for small children sleeping at night. The hotel is spotless. Rooms cleaned daily. Towels refreshed daily if you want. Always clearing the tables and plates in the restaraunt. Staff, especially recep...

We both were extremely happy with our stay in the hotel. Will start with the things that need to be improved : Ordered a Greek yogurt from the room-service menu. It was a very nice bombastic description... Best option in this area with everything you might need within walking distance (although hilly). There are bars cafes restaurants supermarkets cash machines money exchanges taxis and buses. The pool bar serves a good selection of snacks. There's not a lot to amuse older kids - best for older couples or families with young children. The apartments are spacious and clea...

The hotel is situated on the head land at the top of the resort so it was a bit windy some days, but itwas February. It is about 10-15 mins walk into resort centre depending on route you take. The pool bar is cheap and does good snackes and breakfasts. All the staff are friendly and can give good advice about the island.

This hotel is showing its age and very tired in places - however to be fair the management are aware of this and there is a refurbishment programme planned. Budget hotel, situated in a narrow street, close to the port, shopping zones, bars, restaurants, tram lines and bus routes 910 & 914. Best for guests who are using public transport, as car owners would have difficulty in securing a parking spot. Staff are very friendly & helpful. I would stay here again if I were to return to Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

We stay there only a few days and we was fed up of all the Noise the whole time. The spacious double Bed Room was very close to the busy and loud Street. Sleeping without earplugs was not possible. Many Times i felt like in a Disco cause of the loud music. Normaly after 10 a clock it was quiet time. But nobody cares. Drunken people in the night smashing the doors. If...

Telde may be a little sleepy but this hostel is very central, extremely quiet and a good alternative to noisy Las Palmas. Several bars/cafes very close by. Parking nearby is very challenging and you most likely need to park on edge of the central city area. Good for people looking for a quiet night to sleep.

Bus from Airport: No 90 stops Vecindario Atlántico, then taxi to Pozo Windsurf 5 euro. Or Bus No 1 stops Supermercado Doctoral then taxi 5 euro. (google map has timetable) Positive: 1. Hostel staff very friendly and helpful 2. Hostel very clean, has a pool, kitchen, fridges, lockers 3. Very quiet and peaceful. You hear the waves all day. Notice: (but not the hos...

The hostel is building other facilities it means that you have much noise at day and a lot of dust everywhere (floor and walls). Moreover the people responsible for the cleaning are not professionnals but foreigner students and you can tell it's not their job. The cleaning was average, not made everyday. Also Employees were putting clean sheets and covers on the floor ...

i stayed 2 nights, staff was very helpful. room were quite tidy and cosy. i went to walk in town, were a lot of to see. you can walk alond the beach and coastline. i could not swim as the water cold, the ocean was very unsettled and beach was rocky. it is is ideal for peaople who likes shopping and sightseeing.

The staff are really friendly and helpful and it's good to be able to cook and use the kitchen when you need. I'd recommend the airport transfer service because the taxi drivers in las palmas are a#*holes and this guy is polite and it's cheaper! Las palmas is great for a more authentic Spanish holiday, we loved it. The only down side is our bed was very soft so It sor...

Not a bad stay at all,but at times a noisy one. Surrounding swimming pools with pool bar and hotel staff across the road managed to produce a fair amount of noise at all times. On top of that, the road, just about 15 meters from the hotel, has a lot of traffic. We also experienced a Spanish twelve-men stag party, but then that could happen in any place. Check-in was als...

i stayed a long time back... al i remember is the room was quite dark as it had no windows, but it served the purpose for one night..! The shower took a bit of getting used to but was ok too. I did not have food there but there was plenty choice in nearby streets... Great spot for one night if getting the ferry out... thanks..

Stayed here for one night. Never again! I had a twin room and we had to be asked to be moved as the dust was so bad it was setting off my asthma. Very old looking which I don’t mind, but the smell in the hostel of dirt and smoke. We paid more for a triple room which was a bit better. The staff were so strange and had no customer service at all! When we arrived to the r...

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure to meet Carmen and stay in her beautiful, elegant house. We were so grateful for her warmth, and friendliness. She sat us down to give her recommendations for dining and touring. Her house is easy to find, very close to public transit, and dead center of a great location. The bathrooms and showers were only a brief walk from our ...

Had a fantastic stay here. Although it is called a Hostel, you get your own room. At the same time, the shared kitchen, lounge area and balcony means that you get to hang out with fellow travelers (if you want to), chat and exchange tips. Alfredo, the owner, is a really lovely and helpful person who speaks German, English and Spanish and comes every day to clean the ba...

When we arrived at the hotel and announced we had reservation, the reception man said the hotel was fully booked. This was a surprise for us as that evening we booked the room(ca 2 hours before arrival) the hotel own webpage, Booking and Agoda offered 4 rooms of the type we chose. Apparently, the hotel manager forgot to remove this offer on time. After showing the rese...

I would just like to say a big thank you to all the staff at the Sol Tenerife. The hotel is very well looked after and the position is great. Pool area is kept nice and clean and rooms cleaned daily with very friendly maids. A big thank you too everyone!!!

Our stay was extremely peaceful and all of our needs were met. The pool is large and lovely and there weren't many people around. This is definitely a spot to go with your loved one. You will need a car or to take cabs up and down the mountain as there really isn't anything at the top near the hotel. You can walk down but the walk up might be considered more of a h...

Was slightly concerned after reading some reviews and nearly changed my booking but so pleased I didn't. We all just loved it here. Food great and plentiful even on half board, very clean, staff friendly. Spa was a bonus and very enjoyable. Would have liked music around the pool area but we played our own quietly to add to our holiday experience. Entertainment crew j...

Very impressed with this hotel. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were very helpful. It is a all-inclusive hotel but we were just bed and breakfast. We were offered to change our board status but they were very accommodating for non all-inclusive guests. You can't buy food in the hotel during the day if you are not all-inclusive but offer frui...

If you are looking for a good quality (adult only)hotel (4 star), with air conditioning throughout then the Neptuno is well recommended. Brought my girlfriend here for her birthday weekend and the hotel didn't disappoint. It's in a nice location on the coast and best of all its quiet. I hired a car to drive around for the weekend so that we didn't have to rely on the bus if we wanted to go somewhere livelier. The neighbourhood contains mostly holiday and local apartments but there are plenty of litle ...

This was our first visit to Lanzerote, we chose this hotel for the following reasons: proximity to lovely walks and the beaches of Papagayo which are stunning, our preference was for a quiet two week break so we were keen to look for an adults only hotel. The hotel exceeded our expectations-it was immaculately looked after, with excellent service from all the staff wh...

Busy period, some days lines to get into the breakfaast and dinner area, but good food, and variation of it. Spa-area nice, even if the pools where to cold. For the pool-area, there where no sun-beds left in the sun after 9 am, all "pre-booked"even if that was not permitted (-). We where unlucky with a brooken refrigirator the first night of arrival, even the next day ...

Las Dallias was in a great central location and the staff were very friendly and helpful..bit like being on an episode of 'Benidorm',but we didnt use pool area etc so no problem.Very efficient, early checkin no problem, breakfast buffet was fab.Not a swanky hotel but very clean and tidy-Really close to shopping and Siam Park which was a big plus..Lots of Brits and many s...

Very nice staff, genuinely helpful, nicely designed hotel, good vibes. The only thing I would add is that maybe they could've added some candles on the tables, just a few small details to make it even more homely. But apart from that, it was a great choice!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The staff were very helpful, the room spotlessly clean and had a good view of the city and the coast from the 6th floor. The elevators travel on the outside of the building giving a splendid view of your surrounds through glasss backed windows. One item I would like to se added to the room is coffee and tea facility in the room! This I...

We enjoyed our stay. We had a nice room with nice views. We had problems with our hot water on our last day but we were given access to another bathroom to shower. Food can be repetitive but there are plenty of restaurants around the area to eat at.

Stayed here with my wife for three nights while attending The Scorpions concert in the city. I honestly cannot fault any aspect of the Iberia, it is very clean, quiet and there are plenty of restaurants to cater for all tastes a short walk away. Would definately stay here again.

I've stayed here a few times on my way in and out of work. Recommend booking a sea view terrace room as these overlook Las Canteras beach and the terraces are a great spot to chill out with a drink or two. Rooms are pretty decent with comfortable beds and good wifi. The breakfasts here aren't bad either. There's a taxi rank just outside so no issues getting one to g...

We really enjoyed the range of food and tried all sorts of foods we had never eaten before including goat. There were lots of casserole type meats which we enjoyed but there was a good variety of steaks. breakfast catered for all tastes but the bacon was very fatty and smoked but everything else was excellent. The hotel room we had was a bit tired but was very clean an...

We stayed at the H10 Las Palmeras Hotel in Playa de las Americas, Tenerife, for a 5 night break during Feb half term (two adults one child). The weather was fantastic, around 22 C. The hotel is lovely - one of the very best in the resort. The room also had plenty of cupboard space & a fridge plus an easy-to-use electronic safety deposit box. Take a kettle to make your ...

We were here at our honeymoon and there was some mistake with the reservation, so we had the longest check-in... The hotel was lovely. Staff were very helpful. I found the food in the restaurant was of a high standard. There was more choice of food in the afternoon. Some nights the selection of food wasn't the best. There was a Chinese night on Tuesday and the food was excellent. The deserts were beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. You had a good choice of hot or cold food. ...

We spent a couple of days at Hotel Catalonia and where pleased with the standard of the room (superiour ocean view) as well as the hotels location near the old downtown area of Puerto de la Cruz. Black beach is within walking distance, large sea-waterpool facilities just across the street and the hotel has its own garden-surounded pool as well

Anthelia has a commanding location, huge and well kept communal area, excellent dining facilities. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Two things, though, prevent me from recommending this hotel. One is ridicules, if irritating: doors to shower and toilet are very badly designed. The shower door lets a lot of water into the main area, even if you try hard to avo...

Facilities are genuinely 5 star, in particular the pools and sun lounging areas. Staff attitide is excellent. Poolside food and drinks could be improved on but it would not put us off going back to this hotel. Al la carte restaurant is excellent Best location if you want to avoid the tacky side of Las Americas.

Great hotel to enjoy swimming pools, especially the biggest infinity pool in Europe. Red Level option will give you more privacy and assurance you will not spend your vacations surrounded by children, which we enjoyed. Hotel rooms are comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Staff is attentive and friendly. Hotel also offers various activities and its choice of facilit...

Coming in Tenerife in february was an initial shock having the sensation of arriving in a ghetto of senior people (90% of tourists in the island?) but the hotel soon made us feel comfortable because it provides ample place to be alone with the person you care for. We were not fans of the common areas's design (lack of subtlety) but the rooms where extremely convenient ...

The hotel is beautiful clean and friendly staff . We stayed in a prestige apartment with a patio and sun beds directly out onto the pools . This part of the hotel is quiet and peaceful an ideal relaxing getaway . There are also family areas in the hotel with fun pools and activities . Plenty for everyone . The beach a very short walk away is lovely to swim in and safe...

Excelant Hotel , The lack of English Television, B B C was a disappointment. The international language is English, we host teachers from all over the world ( Including the Canary Islands)to learn English. There were six German T V channels Also Internet was a problem.. We will returne

The hotel was well located on the beach and near restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent with a very comfortable bed. We stayed on the ground floor which was very convenient due to having pool access through the front of the room. The hotel has been recently renovated and is highly recommended for Tenerife.

We stayed at this hotel on a bed and breakfast basis for a week in September. The room was spacious and comfortable and kept spotlessly clean. The breakfast was first class every day. We stayed for a week over Christmas - both enjoyed despite having very different requirements for winter holiday (I like sun and sea, my partner prefers to read in a shady place). You walk in and it’s a five star hotel , beautiful reception attentive staff . Then the hike to the junior suite, what a disappointment. Everything you would want apart from wardrobe space. And very minimalistic. Great Nespresso coffee machine pity it didn’t reach the plug socket so had to make coffee on the floor!! Breakfast buffet vast choice but with 100 s of other...

Hotel and facilities are 5*. If you want relaxation and wellness than this is the only place to stay in Corralejo. The hotel is definitely catered to a much older guest. Myself and my partner (both under 35) felt at times made to feel very unwelcomed by other guests, we just put this down to incorrect presumptions being made on their part, assuming we were there to par...

Whilst a nice hotel with charming staff, it seems designed for only those who are retired. The dining rooms in the hotel are expensive and not of a good quality for what you are paying. The gardens are beautiful as is the spa but there is limited availability on anything you may want and the gym is sparse at best.

Two adults with one toddler, we had a great time, the staff were really nice, the hotel was perfect for our needs. Swimming pool and a playground and an indoor softplay/creche absolutely amazing for young children, buffet food was a good standard (the a la carte restaurant menu looked really good too), a small minimart in the hotel for the essentials, and a short walk ...
