Hi, I am vervy angry. My credit card is my charged for 270 euro for the room. Also the hotel asked me to pay the room at 254 Euro. So double paid. Your rate is higher as actual rate. Please correct immediately and reverse highest rate immediately!

For one night in Klagenfurt this hotel is perfect. I arrived late with the train and continued early the day after. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Rooms quiet and comfortable.

Very nice hotel with nice central location. The parking is not big, but the staff is polite and they will find a place for the car, even you may need to leave the key. Nice breakfast.

Nice family run hotel with perhaps no more than 6 to 7 rooms. With a family of four and tons of baggage, we were reserved a sizable room on G/F which was a God sent saving us the ordeal of lugging all the bags upstairs. 15 minutes walk from the main station, so it is a bit far with heavy luggage... The city's transportation is somewhat strange, with all bus lines running counterclockwise. Any bus line does not reach from the main station to the hostel, but only a few intercity buses make the first stop around the hostel.

we just stayed in the casino hotel velden for one night, the girls at the reception were very friendy and we were able to check in a few hours earlier as we thought. the modern rooms in this hotel are very stylish with a big bathroom, the balcony is very small by the way. the included breakfast is very good and the waitresses are also very friendly

i completely enjoyed my stay in lindner, the hotel is very modern, the stuff very helpful and nice. i would definetely go there again, and would strongly recommend people to stay. it is not close to the city center, but there are buses passing near by. very close to the lake and the europa park.

We both enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly, helpful and very attentive, almost a bit too much for our tastes. Breakfast was very diverse and of good quality, only the negative thing were the two or three flies flying around - they were permanently spoiling our appetite. Good spa area and nice swimming pool.

it was good experience....internet was very slow or not working in the room, but in lobby areas was fine.... english speaking skills of the staff needs to be improved....over all..good hotel to stay...but very far from public transport system and city attractions....

Because of hotel clerk's warmhearted welcome and delicious food, it was so comfortable and relax during my stay in Austria I really appreciate for having a chance to enjoy and feel the Austria's spirit

Great location. Very quirky touches throughout. Great facilities. Very helpful hosts. Even had mountain bikes available, at no charge, for us to ride around the lake. Lovely views of the lake from our suite although our friends were on a lower level and the view was partially blocked by pther buildings. Try and get a room as high as possible to maximise the view.

Our visit was a pleasant change from big hotels, and much more like visiting friends.
