Excellent location - 10 mins walk to old town. Modern reception area. Large clean modern room with tea/coffee making facilities. For my wife, the hairdryer was the best in any hotel she has been in. (Its the little things that help to make it). Parking on the street or secure underground parking for 10 euro - ideal for my motorbike. Pleasant helpful staff.

The address is 33 Rue de Ponsardin, that's the back door and bloody impossible to get in try the Boulevard de Paix it is an easy access into a great little place. Very clean very tidy staff are great and helpful, but the only drawback is the Wi-fi internet, it isn't free hard to connect to and logs you out often

Easy to find. Clean rooms. We did book this hotel for the secure parking. We emailed ahead of time and was told we didn't need to book but when we arrived the car park was full. As it turned out there are lots of parking around the hotel, free overnight until 9am so handy for one night stay.

This is not the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at, but the locations proximity to visiting champagne caves is perfect. Intact what makes this hotel so heat is the staff! We stayed there for one night on our way back home from a ski holiday. It was busy but quiet at night, the room was very nice, the bed very comfortable and I just loved the shower jets. Definitely a plus after a long day driving! The restaurant had a nice menu for dinner and breakfast offered plenty of choice for all of us.

Simple and basic, but clean and comfortable, this hotel is no more than a minute’s drive off the main autoroute driving from south back to Calais. We stayed on 16/2/2019 and were very impressed. We have not stayed here for some time as it had got very dated, but we were very pleased to see that it has had a facelift. I would especially like to mention Alex, who was very helpful, approachable and came across as lovinhis job. We will definitely stay here in the future.

The location is good and the staff are excellent. The room itself was awful. There was a fan/air con unit in the room but this only blew out hot air making a nights sleep impossible during the current heatwave. I should have paid the extra for alternative accommodation and will never stay in this standard of hotel again.

We were warmly welcomed on arrival and all was explained. The rooms all face the sun, but during our stay the tempersture was over 30°C, even over 35°C during daylight. Overall great value for money, little bit out of the main town ~4kms apart from that for what you pay I couldn't fault it

The hotel made me a really bad impression from the first moment. Everything looks and actually is very cheap. Only reserve here if you just want to sleep for the night otherwise go somewhere else

We enjoyed our stay, as the bed was comfortable and the French windows allowed plenty of light and, if one looked out over the balcony to the left one could see the west facade of the Cathedral. We decided to go elsewhere for breakfast, but were later told that we had missed a good one in the hotel (albeit in a very small room) at a reasonable price.

Staff were very friendly,, on all three shifts, so I can't understand complaints as they were really helpful with directions etc. Rooms- cheap and cheerful, think IBIS standard, enjoyable stay in a lovely town

its so easy to find from the train station, the reception is friendly. this is one of the few hotel who provide kettle in the room. its so useful as i am travelling with an infant. even they can speak english fluently, they will try their best to help you.

Set in a beautiful old French Chateau, this hotel is visually stunning. The restaurant, whilst expensive, serves amazing quality food in a very formal environment. Excellent. Good value. Restful and peaceful after the busy-ness of the puppetry festival.

Easy to find and in a quiet location. Most things about the room were fair for a budget hotel but the room had a dozen blood filled mosquitoes present on our arrival. After finding and destroying all of these no more arrived during our stay. I feel that they should not have been present.

Once the car was parked, we could explore this beautiful city. The hotel is perfectly located in the foodie district and all attractions are walking distance.

The hotel was easy to find with sat nav, has private parking that was full but could park outside on the quiet road. The rooms were spacious, clean and tastes fully decorated. The only downside to our stay was the air conditioning, which wasn’t working but the large fan did help on the very hot night that we stayed. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

This hotel let you only check-in between 7 and 9 PM. Outside these times you are unable to check-in!!!

This hotel is smacked right in the city centre (with parking if you're driving) and conveniently located to all shops and restaurants.
