Traveling to Myanmar? Find Chin Division hotels

We stayed in one of the bungalows which is actually really nice as it provides couples with the privacy they need. there is also a main building which is connected to the dining room which could be noisy in the mornings. note that if you book with agoda, you need to call the hotel to confirm and follow up on your booking as there is no internet access up there in Kanpetlet so the hotel would not be notified on your agoda booking. The location of the bungalows were amazing and the views from the rooms were stunning, especially in the mornings and evenings during sunrise and sunset. Food is prepared by the hotel and it costs 6000 kyats per person for dinner. Note that it could get incredibly cold up there in the mountains and there is no heating anywhere so dress warm. It is about an hour's drive to the base camp of Mount Victoria depending on the road conditions on that day. The hotel is located about an hour's walk to Kanpetlet town.

Stayed in one of the bungalows, which was very clean and comfortable. Water pressure was a bit low and the floor drainage was a bit slow, but that didn't really bother me much.There's an MPT cell tower right behind the hotel, hence the strong network signal. The staff was more than helpful and assisted me as best they could. Best to speak to the manager directly who speaks good English. Meals had generous servings of fresh Myanmar dishes. They only have set meals but the variety of dishes won't leave you wanting. I was traveling alone and instead of booking a tour to Mt. Victoria the manager arranged for me to tag along with another group staying at the hotel that already had their own van and tour guide. Additionally, he arranged for me to join a family going to Bagan so I wouldn't have to hire a separate driver for myself. Would definitely stay here again if I go back, and I will go back if only to see the scenery up on Mt. Victoria again.

This is a fantastic area and base for going visiting Mount Victoria. The small cabins with a balcony and lovely view are well equipped and very clean. Extra blankets are provided for the cooler nights. Electricity is provided by generator morning and evening. We were welcomed by the very friendly staff with a cup of tea which was much appreciated. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of offerings. There is a restaurant which has a good menu and open all day. There are a lot of steps down to the cabins not so easy for people with mobility problems.
