We were so unfortunate to encounter luggage's pad lock issues. Unable to open our pad lock after trying for 30mins. Call to front desk for helps. They sent their engineer to our room. The buffet area is too noisy with many local newly rich chinese. We ordered from menu and the food was good. The spring spa is very relaxing. However the light and spa inject in the area were not working. I was tried to read in the area but couldn't.

The room was a bit old style European but overall but it didn't deter me. I understand the design is based on a Chinese idea of what hotel luxury should be so can see why they made the room in that way. But I think it could have been improved.
This is the best 5 stars hotel in Chongqing I ever lived in. Very business style, convenient to go to central areal and the price I got from agoda is very good. I will definitely book this hotel next time.
Stayed here for Chongqing Marathon 2019. About 2 km to the start point/end point. My room has a beautiful view of the Yangtze river and its bridges. Not close to MRT but taxis are relatively cheap. Limited dining options in the area but the Japanese restaurant served decent food. Staff were courteous. Room facilities were top-notched.
Only two minor recommendations. A small desk lamp is need at the desk in the room. The ceiling light is insufficient when working at the desk. The second recommendation is to put salt and pepper in the dispensers at the tables in the dining room. Otherwise, this is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at.
Great location that located at Line 1 Exit 4 Jiaochangkou. Not too worry about this hotel are in a Muslim Building, just do not bring any non halal food, but people still smoke. This is a terrible place, very hard to find, office is on 26th floor. We booked 2 rooms, they put us on different floors but due to key security for lifts we could not visit one another. Big room and good facilities in the room, but I never see the fridge is locked, you need to contact the front desk if needed. There are lots of people here to attend a meeting, poor room insulation makes me not sleep till 12 o'clock. It will spend 20 minutes from the hotel to the airport, the hotel provides free airport transfer, which is quite convenient.
