Cyclades hotels & accommodations

My wife and I recently stayed at Caldera Villas in Oia. It was our last night in Santorini and our only night in Oia. The location is a bit tricky to find at first. As they explained to us, they meet most of their guests at their point of arrival and show them to their rooms. We arrived via car and just asked around and found it no problem. It was still very early in ...

We had a suite for a steal during fire sales. This hotel was one of the best hotel we stayed during our travel. The main bedroom was comfortable with nice bed and big balcony. One thing that puzzled me was the placement of the fridge cabinet, which was also the table for the LCD TV. It was placed behind the door to the bedroom in such a way that the door cannot open fu...

We've chosen the president suite at the hotel. It was really big and it's for 4 people. We are only 2, and we have 2 King size beds and 2 showers and 4 toilets. The hotel arranged airport pick up and drop off service. The driver is a kind interesting old man, he introduced the island on the way to hotel. The staff helped us carried the luggages and gave us a detailed i...

so we took the buses from the ferry terminal to oia. we went to the information centre for direction, but was instead advised that our hotel booking is waiting for us and that someone will help us with our luggage :) wow! i could not stop omg-ing when i arrived at the hotel and was given a tour from the reception area to our room by elena (1 of the 2 very nice staf...

Actually we have previous booking for another hotel 2 month before the trip, but Agoda cancelled my booking just 1 week before the trip, because the room is over booked. I was super angry. During this last minutes change, most of the rooms are full in Santorini and the prices are increased. I have not choice but book Manos small world, which is near my previous booki...

The only part of the hotel better than the view and location was the friendly and helpful staff. They're available right after booking - throughout the trip and booked excursions, provided restaurant recommendations and made the stay that much more enjoyable. Could not give higher marks! Thanks!

This is the second time we are in Santorini. We stayed at the honeymoon suite which has an amazing view over Thira. The hotel and suite is located at the top of the cliff so it simply has the best over Thira I guarantee. The altitude is also the highest among every other hotel in Thira. There may be other hotels with fancier pool, but this hotel is just the best becaus...

I stayed in 3 hotels during my stay in Santorini. And Tholos Resort is by far the best among these three. Pro: 1. You ordered the breakfast the night before. And it would be served to you at your balcony next morning. Having the tasty breakfast at your balcony with the great view of the caldera! 2. Room is spacious. The washroom is also spacious. I like the room very...

My girlfriend and I booked this trip within a month of our planned travels. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were treated with such kindness. The staff, from the front desk to the servers to the cleaning people, were always smiling and willing to help. Amazing hospitality. The front desk assisted us with booking cabs, making resverations, and also providing ...

I had the best time at Exclusive plan suites in Santorini!. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. one of best view you will get offered from the spa bath that just amazing!! My room was very clean and a big bath room that 2 basins and 2 shower together!. Handy location that little restaurants and mini marts. There are so many nice hotels in Santorini but I will defini...

Amazing friendly staff. Eleni was great and super helpful with getting us transportation, setting up ATVs, etc. breakfast was also amazing every morning, even though I’m sure we annoyed them with our late wake ups. Housekeeping was very responsive. Pool and views were amazing. Private hot tub was also sweet and had a great view. Had dinner there the last night which wa...

We arrived around dusk to the most spectacular sunset we could have imagined. The setting of this hotel is truly spectacular!!! Forget going elsewhere when you have the best view from your room! The staff here were all extremely friendly and accommodating, and even located us in a room right by the pool so that we could be close to our room when our baby was napping. ...

The hotel is perched up on a high hill near elia beach and has extremely beautiful views. The hotel itself is very well kept, clean, very friendly staff and has a great cozy bar and restaurant. Ideally you should rent a car as the hotel is tucked away on a beautiful but far side of mykonos. But that should not stop you from staying here as in my opinion, it's one of th...

Everything was PERFECT! This was one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed! Our resort was in the perfect location - gorgeous view, friendly staff, beautiful room with a hot tub, and delicious breakfast! We would highly recommend this property!

Staff were friendly well informed and warm. Outdoor pool area is fabulous and the restaurant offers great service and value for money. Our bedroom and bathroom were spotless and lovely touches like the percale linen and pristine thick toweling we loved!

Its always everyone's ask that they get best value for their money in terms of experience, facilities, location etc., What made our stay amazing here is the attention to detail of the team in Bella Santorini. They take their time to personalize things for you, go the extra mile in their recommendations that help you save money and are always on the look out to make our...

Had a wonderful time! Maria the manager was super nice and helpful with alot of information ! Sophia the cleaning lady was so wonderful, knew everything we needed and was so lovely, bless her soul ! Overall really happy with this hotel, the view is absolutely to die for! Thankyou Maria for a special time here, hope to see you again in the near future! xx

The hotel offers stunning views from most of the rooms and common areas. Sunsets are gorgeous and it feels like the hotel is in the ideal place. We ended up buying bottle of wine with cheese/meat plate and having dinners on the balcony watching sunset. Rooms are not big, but very clean and well equipped. Very comfortable bed, nice shower, small touches like good qualit...

these guys were great from my girlfriend and i walking into the hotel the man on the desk took our bags to our room, (which he promptly upgraded because they had one free) then helped show us where the closest things were that we wanted to do, gave us maps! my friend was sick on the first night so they helped us get delivery food from a restaurant for me!! in the morn...

It seemed hard to find it but it truly is centrally located in Fira/Thira. Very close to bus station and restaurants. Great point to get out and find tour operators around, lots of shopping too. The staff is very friendly and kind. I enjoyed every part of it. I was also very surprised how large my room was and I paid for the least expensive. The bed was very large too ...

This hotel is near the airport so we use it as a base and travel to other islands from it. For us , the location is excellent because it is very, very close to the airport -you can see and hear the planes land. This might be a problem for other users but like the fact that the area is otherwise very quiet. A lot of Santorini has been ruined because it is s touristy and...

We had 12 people in our group, and we used five rooms at the hotel. Everyone had a wonderful experience. The rooms were extremely clean, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant several times and the food was always great, especially the breakfasts!! The pool service was lovely, too. We would definitely stay here again. ...

Location The hotel is location in Ornos area of Mykonos right in front of the beach. On a windy day you will have the treat of seeing wind surfers on the waves. One quick bus ride to town (station is 5 min walk) Hotel Very clean, with parking and beautiful pool with a view. Our room was a suite and it has a great view of the pool and the beach and the room itself was v...

It’s on my favorite part of the island and so close to such an amazing view of the Caldera with an equally great view of the rest of the island. The best part was the hospitality extended by Panos. I had never visited Greece before but can’t wait to return because of the great experience I had at Villa Libertad. The breakfast (and view) was great and the room much bigg...

I have to be honest and say that I was quite disappointed. The hotel is beautiful and well staffed. However the only staff who impressed me was the porter. We booked junior suite with CALDERA VIEW. When we checked in and were brought to our suite (it was a loft), we were quite shocked to see that the suite did not have any windows (except a tiny one at the upstairs of ...

Booked the 2 bed apartment on the bottom floor. Massive living room with old charm. Kitchen and 2nd bathroom was separate opposite the terrace. Hot tub was heated and was lovely. There were quite a number of mosquitoes, but dionysis was very helpful and immediately bought us insect repellent. Overall he was attentive to all our needs. Wonderful stay.
Cheap places to stay in Cyclades

What a fantastic stay in Sunday studios. I was greeted by early check in, an upgraded room and fresh cheese pastries! So sweet. Next day I came home with the room cleaned and apple cake in the fridge. Great location between Agia Anna and prokopios, 1 min walk to the beach. Would recommend!

I stayed at Chrisanthi Studios mid-June 2019 and thought it was great value for money. The rooms were basic, but had a big balcony and were cleaned every day. The hosts were friendly and nice. The area was quiet (which I liked), but still close to plenty of places to eat and drink. Also a supermarket and a laundry were nearby. I would definitely recommend.

If you are looking for a value for money place in Naxos, Depis is definitely the place to go. With good facilities and kind staff you will feel like at home. The place is also conveniently located only 5 minutes away from the main hub in front of the port where you can find amenities of all kind.

I was welcomed at the pier although I did not inform from where and when I would have arrived. There were possibilities by ferry southbound or by bus. The room was new with modern facilities and a balcony. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices. The only thing I wanted the pension to improve was the bread and the cake pre-cut. The staff was friendly, thou...

Pension Irini-Vicky is a lovely place and Vicky and her family are very warming and friendly people. However, iOS is not an Island for those searching for peace, quiet and a tranquil way of life. If you are the party type then I would certainly recommend Irini-Vicky. Be cautious that some of the rooms are very small, outdated and come with a shared communal area. The ...

The studio is lovely, good size, terrace with sea view and really clean. It's also in a good position, dryos is a very small village but you can easily reach naousa and parikia within 20/30 min by motorcycle. The lady is really nice and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here and I would suggest this place to everyone!

We booked a big kinda apt, They had a washing machine dryer 3 rooms kitchen hall. Everything was clean. Big Bath. The only down fall is that there is no reception. The keys were at the door when we arrived around midnight. We left our luggage and went out for a day. No problem. It just a straight road to get to the town. When you guys reach the town there is lots of trav...

Well.. when we arrived the owner was quite patronizing and went into small pointless details about the property eg, closing the curtains at night, hand towels vs body towels etc. He treated my friend and I as if we were children. The facilities were extremely lacking and/or broken. The shower did not work effectively as it did not have a wall mount and it sprayed every...

Family Run hotel - I can't compliment enough the friendlinesss and helpfulness of staff. Christina and her brother were both wonderful hosts throughout my stay. I had a slight problem ( my issue) at time of settling my bill and Christina brother facilitated me even though it meant administrative problems for them at their end. Lovely people, I will definitely for sur...

John offered to pick us up when we arrived late at night which was very nice of him. The room was very nice with an outdoor patio with a table and two chairs. The cooking area is very tight and you need to wash dishes in the bathroom. It is not really designed for doing a lot of cooking. The water was not hot when we used the shower.

Perfect location. Close to everything including the beach. Rooms very clean. Amazing couple who manage property. Picked us up from ferry port. Showed us how get around. My Ferry was cancelled because of a strike and i needed to stay longer. they helped out a great deal, allowing me stay extra day and when hotel got full found me another close hotel for same rate. Goi...

I used hotel as a place to start visit of island Naxos which i warmly suggest as largely underrated. The room is big, spacious and equipped with everything you may need (even hairddryer!).Room Furniture may be relatively old but perfectly work and, very important, air conditioning is perfectly working without any noise (better than sone 4 star hotels...). There's no li...

This is a very comfortable place to stay. It is only a few minutes walk to everything so you are near but not stuck in the chaos. There is a large supermarket nearby which was much cheaper for water and snacks than anywhere in town. There is a small kitchen and balcony so it’s nice to have a coffee or wine before going out. The family that runs the place speaks no E...

We had a great stay here! The lady who owned it was so helpful - told us all the best beaches, places to see, restaurants and anything else we asked. For the price the rooms were fine, the bathroom floods every time you turn the shower on though. Air conditioning worked really well, wifi was ok in the rooms but worked great in the lobby area. The location is great! Wal...

I was greeted by Nikos at the ferry port and he picked me up to the hotel. He assisted me with my check in and make sure everything is well taken care of. The wifi is amazingly fast (probably I was the only one in the hotel), the view is magnificent, room is clean and comfy. everything is great!

Stayed here for 2.5 days, property is half way up a hill and is about 10 min walk into town. Being up on the hill gives you a spectacular view of old town, old port and the windmill, especially when you sit by the infinite pool, that’s really a million dollar view. The rooms are cleaned, comes with 2 bottles of complimentary water. Recommend room 123 which is corner...

This villa has an incredible sunset view. We were all in awe as we watch the sun slowly disappear in the horizon. The staffs are amazing, especially Demitris the manager, who is very hospitable and never fails to attend to our needs. We can’t wait to be back!

Me and my wife spent two nights in this lovely hotel, the room we pick is honeymoon. we did made the best choice as this room is located on the very front roll of the mountain, which mean nothing is blocking your beautiful view. a very nice spa is located in the balcony which is the best spot for you and your partner to enjoy the view. Athina suits went above and beyond to make my birthday stay here a very special and memorable one!. The rooms are exceptionally clean, luxurious and the view is the best on the island. The staff were so kind, helpful and accommodating I honestly could not ask for more. The restaurant had beautiful food, the daily breakfast was perfection and the cocktails an amazing bo...

This was our honeymoon trip. I believe that everyone will have the same trouble when booking an expensive resort. Is it good? Is it as it shows in the photos? What if we arrive and is not what we expect? and so on keep checking and comparing so many other resorts. My wife and I we are very frequent travellers but still it took us 2 weeks to finally decide on our honeym...

porto mykonos hotel located in a centralized area and walking distance to mykonos town or chora. you can easily walk to the town and explore from point to point of the city. the guest service experience we had also very satisfying. breakfast was good. but rooms are too small and the bathroom is not very nice. bed and pillows are terrible, we can feel the spiral in th...

This hotel is very new and I couldnt ask for anything more. The staffs are all warm and friendly. They were so kind to give us a free upgrade to a Jacuzzi Room. The rooms are immaculately clean, and the Guy Laroche towels and linens are AMAZING! Nice view from the rooms and great room service food. Our stay here was perfect because of the very accommodating and awesome...

We had a very pleasant there. Firstly we were offered a free upgrade that we moved into a room with a balcony right in front of the beach - feeling so closed to the blue (sea) and just a few miles from the numberless shining stars at night. The balcony view is indeed awesome! The hotel restaurant was very nice. The waiters are friendly and making you feel like home. We...

Ducato di Oia is a small but perfectly formed piece of paradise. We booked the Pariis suite which has 2 bedrooms, we used 1 as a dressing room. It was comfortable and we had ample storage. The main reason to book this suite though is the private plunge pool. It had by far the best position and views of the caldera. It was simply breath taking it by far exceeded my expe...

Beautiful boutique hotel with an amazing staff of people! Room was comfortable, clean, fluffy towels and nice linens. Breakfast selection is HOMEMADE, local specialties and unbelievable! Exceptional service. Excellent breakfast with so many choices. We booked a Seaview room but got upgraded to a Deluxe room on the ground level which had sea glimpses. Next time I would book a higher level room with views from the balcony. Rooms are spacious and clean. Set high above the old town, it is an easy walk provided you have walking shoes. Recommend ge...

Booked a Junior Suite, as seen on the Hotels website, only found out on leaving by visiting our friends room which was only a standard room and identical to ours 221, that I was obviously given a Standard room by mistake instead, asked the Hotel Manager for recompense but he refused by saying our room was a Junior Suite,! Lie! Thankyou Agoda for commiserating with us ...

Wonderful staff picking us up to/from the airport Everyday we were greeted by the staff whenever we see them. Everything you wanted or requested for, they present it gracefully. Had a great three nights here and the staff was very friendly. The room was beautiful, but our only issue was that we were given a room that is was said to be an "upgrade" without being asked first. It wasn't the room we booked originally and we didn't want it, as the indoor pool made it incredibly humid. Unfortunately, we were forced to stay there the first night befo...

Oia Castle is literally in the the BEST location for sunset viewing. The terraces are wonderful. Beautiful hotel with the perfect location. The room was very clean and the views were spectacular. One of the best hotels, if not the best I have ever stayed. It scores high on Agoda and Tripadvisor so the expectation was high and it didn't let me down anywhere. I booked a suite sea view The welcoming is great. the room is clean, Nice TV and coffee machine. The room is very small though. It can barely fit the bed (30m) .
