Our stay at The Lalit was amazing! The moment our taxi stopped at the entrance to the moment we left, we were treated like family by each member of staff we came into contact with during our 5 day stay. There was not 1 person without a smile, or hello how are you, can we help.... and the list is endless. The Lalit has won our hearts after staying at many 5 star hotels in Delhi, we have finally decided to call The Lalit our home whenever we travel to Delhi. The location is also excellent right in the centre and therefore close to wherever you wish to get to. The rooms are above standard for this class of hotel and all your needs are catered for. the personal amenities are excellent. In the foyer there is a table whereupon is placed a fresh flower and a card with the Vedic explanation for the day of the week. So as you walk in for your extravagant breakfast you can take a fresh flower the card and WOW your day is off to a flying start full of positivity and good vibes. Well done to the management and staff of The Lalit; travellers ....you do not need to look anywhere else. Cheers.

This has got to be the most secure, luxurious, welcoming, quiet, and spacious hotel I’ve ever stayed at at any price. It’s no wonder it has the highest rating of any hotel in Delhi. (If you play your cards right you can sometimes book a room here at little more than you might pay for a small hole in the wall hotel on the streets of downtown Delhi!) Roseate House is located near the Holiday Inn in AeroCity, almost four kilometers from Terminal 2/3. It is where most luxurious hotels are located in a very nice, VERY secure area in Delhi. And if you prefer to venture to the more everyday life in Delhi, the local restaurants and small shops are about a ten minute walk from the hotel.

Staying in this hotel is always a pleasure, the location is good for central Delhi, and the rooms are clean and spacious. I have stayed in various hotels in Delhi this one has some excellently trained and helpful staff. The only downside would be the fact that there's only one restaurant, although the food is varied and quite tasty, the restaurant staff are quite slow especially if your table doesn't have any one loud or shouty, so clear your throat, as quiet tables are ignored.

We stayed in for three nights. It was an excellent decision booking the rome in Atrio Boutique hotel. It’s 5 km from IG Delhi airport, great connection to the city with Airport Express Metro. The hotel is nicely decorated the room is spacious, comfortable beds, rain shower in the bathroom, delicious breakfast and a restaurant with good cooking. It also has an outdoor pool.

Before arriving at the Claridges, I'd spend two days at the Shangri-la. And, of course, the Shangri-la was, as you'd expect, absolutely splendid. So I didn't know what to expect when I followed on my stay at the Claridges. It could have been a let -down. It wasn't. Far, far from it. Rather, my stay there was simply perfect and wholly exquisite. The attention to detail, the courtesy service, the colonial-era atmosphere was transformative, and a pleasure that echoes in my mind until even today. So if you're looking for an atmospheric, idyllic alternative to all those other gilded hotels in Delhi, I can't recommend Claridges enough. In a word, it's elegant, and then again has nothing but style. A grand hotel in the intimate tradition of grand old hotels. Of note, of course, is the ubitquitous manager who seems to be there just when you need him, each and every time. He makes the place purr. So when in Delhi, stay at Claridges. It's a grand old hotel that won't let you down. Not once.

A really beautiful hotel with great staff. All staff spoke English and were very courteous and helpful. Great restaurant with great service. Great view of six story atrium with a really large indoor water feature. Really excellent and comfortable beds and a large beautiful bathroom. Overall a really great hotel about 30 minutes from the sights in old Delhi. I will definitely stay again when I return to Delhi.

The Ashok is a beautiful old hotel in a lovely peaceful area of the city. The hotel is grand and beautiful, though in need of some updates - renovations appear to be ongoing currently. The facilities are great. Their gym is incredible and the pool is as well. Something needs to be done with the houseflies at the pool though. It is impossible to lay down and relax because dozens of houseflies will land on you constantly. This happened to myself and my colleagues every time over the course of a week and is really uncomfortable because you cannot relax. The hotel's food was good and the restaurants were good as well. The staff were helpful and friendly. The biggest downside to this hotel for me was the internet - I've stayed in a dozen different hotels in Delhi at 3-5 stars and the wireless at the Ashok is among the very worst. It cuts out constantly, it sometimes works great and then other times not at all, and sometimes it will say you are online but you are unable to do anything. Come with a data package or you'll regret it. Otherwise, a really enjoyable stay and would stay again.

I arrived very early (around 8.00am) after an overnight flight from Europe, so was very pleased that I could occupy my room immediately. The room was large (around 50 sq.m.) with floor to ceiling picture window allowing in lots of natural light. The room lacked for nothing (with the possible exception of an adaptor to allow me to use my iPhone5 in the iPhone 4 socket on the music system). Throughout my stay I found the service levels exceptional: attentive while never obtrusive, and very helpful. The hotel is chock-full of world-class restaurants, I ate at the Indian food restaurant, Jamavar, where the food was good if not exceptional. All in all, a great experience, and surely The Leela Palace is the best hotel in Delhi.

pros: 1. great facilities incl. rooftop pool, gym, spa, massage, 24h restaurant, free wifi. high class sound and tv system in the room. luxerious room, bathroom plus your own kitchen incl. fridge and oven. whatever - and more - than i expected from a 5-star hotel. 2. very friendly and attentative staff but without being persistent. 3. found this a great and luxury place for completing our sightseeing tour in delhi/agra/jaipur. 4. very good price rate for what you get. international service but on half the price you would pay in any other capital for the same service. 5. the food in the restaurant was excellent. and open 24 hours which i found exceptional. con: 1. location is a bit outside of delhi citycenter in a new development (20 min. drive to city centre). consider the rushhours if you go to the airport and dont want to miss the flight (30-60 min. depends on the traffic). 2. the appartment and all facilities were clean, anyhow the bathroom lacked the 5% of cleanliness in the corners that would be expected on the perfect 5-star house. anyhow, this was a very minor issue only and i considered the hotel as generally very clean.

all the staff are very well trained in customer service. we had booked a car to collect us from delhi airport and it was not there. this we rectified and upon arrival we were told we would receive complimentary breakfasts for the duration of our stay. although a large hotel, the staff all seem to know what had happened and were all apologizing. a very enjoyable stay,the second time we have used the hyatt in delhi and would definitely return.l

I needed a hotel close to the airport for a trip to and from Varanasi, before flying home to Canada. The hotel is about 7or 8 km. From Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi - a prepaid taxi from the airport costs 250Rs, and in a regular taxi, they shouldn't charge more than 500Rs. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and modern. The beds were comfortable and the marble bathroom looked great and had every amenity I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were able to store my large suitcase for the few days I was in Varanasi, so that I didn't have to lug it there and back, before going on my international flight back home. The food in the restaurant was good and the internet worked. Great choice for an airport hotel!

This location is excellent, a few kms away from the international airport. So, its a good hotel to stay if you want to avoid the Delhi traffic when you try to catch for a morning flight. It is also walking distance away from the Aerocity Metro. Food was great, the staff especially the one who entertained us in the reception area was very accommodating. The room was neat and clean. It is located in the aerocity area, where the Worldmark is located. You can enjoy, chill and relax at night time and walk back to your hotel once you feel sleepy. :) By the way, thanks to the Lemon Tree security guard who recommended us to visit the area, he too was helpful when we ask for direction going to certain places in Delhi.

I procrastinated for days looking for a hotel in Delhi, with so many claims being made that frequently did not match up to the reality. Hotel City Star had constantly good reviews, so I booked in. We are so glad we did, because the reviews were right! It was clean and modern, everything worked, the aircon is fabulous when outside is so hot, and the staff so keen to please. I saw some criticism about its location, and yes, its not like Kansas, its like the old quarter of Delhi, full of life and street food and squalor and restaurants and factories and so on, but we got far less hassled here than in up market Connaught Place. And when you've had enough, you step back into City Star, another world from outside, and we loved it. The door men will step out and arrange your tuktuks and haggle the price for you, making it all so easy to get around Delhi. Their 4 stars are deserved, and we would not hesitate to return there.

we chose this hotel as it is only 20 min drive fr the airport and we arrived at delhi at 2am. thus, our main aim was to reach the hotel and collapse as soon as possible. upon arrival, we were greeted by the hotel manager and a driver at the airport. the hotel manager has even performed an in house check in for us, which allows us to head straight to the room. that was just superb. the buffet spread for breakfast is one of the best, it has the widest selection among all the hotels we stayed in india for the week. (including a 5 star hotel in connaught place in delhi). overall, we are exceptionally pleased with the choice of hotel.

I have had my fair share of stays in India, country inn marriot in gurgaon, Radisson Blu new delhi paschim vihar, fairmont in Jaipur, trident in Udaipur, Ranbanka palace in Jodhpur, as well as attending a wedding in Trident Gurgaon, I would say that this one is up to "international" standards. Most of the hotels outside of Delhi, though ranked as a 5 star, do not have staff that are competent enough to be considered as 5 star hotel stafffs. I understand this might be a cultural thing, but besides from trident Gurgaon and this hotel, none of the staffs were able to immediately understand our questions / requests, and provide relevant solutions or help. The buffet lounge was operated very well. Staff were attentive and constantly cleaning up plates, as oppose to some hotels having staff just walking around not really doing anything and dishes are piling up at tables. The only downside would be that it is a bit distant from most of the sightseeing spots within delhi city, and from the vibe of the hotel you can tell they mostly host business travelers, but then again it explains the efficiency of service provided by the hotel. I would love to stay at this hotel again if ever returning back to Delhi.

Every time I am in Delhi I visit this hotel because for what you get for the price, you just can't beat it. 1) Price - For 3 nights I paid less than 1 night in almost all hotels in and around Delhi airport. 2) Free transfer - Included in price you get a free pick from airport. Trust me if Delhi is your first stop in India you will need this. Delhi can be a bit of a shock to the system at first for most westerners so having someone pick you up from airport and drop you off to hotel takes away any potential problems at the beginning of your trip. 3) Beds - I have had some of my best night sleeps in this hotel. Mattresses are so comfy. 4) Restaurant - Breakfast isnt included but its INR 200 which is nothing for what you get. Its more of an Indian breakfast but kitchen will pretty much make you anything within reason (i.e. Pancakes, Omelette, boiled eggs etc). Also Delhi can be stressful so your hotel so having an outside terrace to have a drink at end of the day is a bonus.

After lot of research, I booked this hotel online & I must say I made right choice. The location of hotel in terms of proximity to airport is fantastic. Just about 8-10 mins drive to T3,IGI. The staff here is very polite & friendly. The Hotel manager,is very friendly & will be happy to help you even for minor things. There is free wi-fi in hotel & connectivity is very good. The restaurant in the hotel serves good food (I am pure veggie) & this was a plus point for me as I didn't wanted to waste time going to some other hotel as my schedule was jam packed. I flew abroad from Delhi & returned back when in India to same hotel & then proceeded to my domestic flight. I had some meetings in Delhi for which hotel arranged me a cab for reasonable price. They also offered airport drop for Rs.300/- which is reasonable. We just need to inform them 10 mins in advance for a cab. Last month, my friend had booked a premium hotel is Delhi but he got stuck in traffic & missed his flight despite starting early, so I was searching for something good & this was it. Overall, I am pleased with this hotel, its staff & food. The rooms are also clean & come with stuff like toothbrush & all, which was actually a surprise for me as I didn't expected it. If you want to catch early morning flight or need a hotel close to airport, this one is for you.

Overall, the Hans Hotel is a great place to stay. The location is quite central (near Connaught Place and the main New Delhi train station but away from the dreadful Paharganj Area), the facilities are clean, the staff is professional. The stay includes a nice breakfast buffet (try the fresh parathe (layered flaky flatbread) with mango chutney - you have to order these separately but at no extra charge). We also had a snack of pizza and beer in the Carmelo restaurant one evening - it's a pretty decent bar. We got the room on a discount through Agoda, making it a very good value for Delhi. Only one major complaint: Watch out for the EXORBITANT PHONE CHARGES!!! One short call to a non-local Indian cell phone cost RS 1400!!!

We ended up at this hotel due to a cancelled flight . rather than drive back into Delhi we stayed at this location in the Aero city . There is an Aerocity shuttle bus for a reasonable price that will drop you straight out the front. The hotel was modern and clean and the staff very friendly and attentive .With their help we were able to contact our next hotel and advise of cancelled flight so we did not appear as a no show . Breakfast choices were plentiful and tasty . The room was clean and big with a view over the swimming pool . The stay took our mind off the cancelled flight and we enjoyed the hotel facilities without the Delhi traffic again

The hotel was nice and close to the airport and offered a very reasonable and reliable airport transfer service. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, a little shabby around the edges, but it was very clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of different options. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant which was very nice, an excellent variety on the menu and very friendly staff. We were disappointed to discover that there was no bar, we just assumed there would be as we stayed in another sarovar hotel with several bars, perhaps we should have checked this because it was never advertised as having a bar.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. Hotels in Delhi can be very expensive and this place struck me as good value for money. The staff were friendly and the food from the restaurant was fantastic. I looked forward to breakfast every morning, which offered a wide selection. One of the best things about staying here was the beds, which were very soft and probably the most comfortable I've experienced in India. I actually came back to the hotel, so I have stayed in both their basic rooms and executive rooms. I would recommend paying the extra money for the executive rooms. They are a little more spacious and being on a higher level, are a little removed from the noise of the ground floors. I stayed on the ground floor during my first visit, which incurred two problems: one, the noise from outside the hotel was pretty loud; and two, there was a slight problem with mosquitoes (when I informed staff of this, however, they were quick to bring some mosquito repellent into the room). In both of the rooms I had some problems with the shower, which was never quite hot enough. This wasn't a big problem for me, but could be for other guests. The location is good, insofar as it is close to the centre of Delhi, but Paharganj itself is not the most pleasant place to stay. If you want to be removed from the noise and hustle of central Delhi, I'd suggest staying in some of the leafier suburbs to the South. All up, I would definitely recommend this hotel, simply because you are able to have a comfortable stay and enjoy great food at a reasonable price, without feeling like the staff are trying to rob you (a common experience in India!).

My stay at the Park Hotel in Delhi was an amazing one. Form the moment I walked into the hotel I could feel the warmth and kindness of the staff. Check in was fast and efficient.My room was just perfect, the bed was very comfortable. I liked the location, I felt safe walking out of the hotel. I also felt very secure, the gentleman at the first gate and the other security staff at the main entrance made me feel secure. The food: breakfast, lunch and dinner was varied but with a huge selection of fresh local and international dishes. The cheff was extremely kind and professional. The spa and workout facilities were very complete. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Park hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay in Delhi.

This must be one of the best hotel in New Delhi. If you plan to use trains from New Delhi station, this is the very best hotel!! Very very nice comforatble room, friendly staff, nice design, nice terrace and reasonable price. This is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Just 3minutes from New Delhi station and it is located the very first corner of Arakashan street. You can walk in from the station less than 5minutes (maybe 3min). Staff members are very friendly and give a nice adivice to questions we have, but not pushy at all. I absolutely will use this hotel again if I visit New Delhi again.

I had a an excellent stay in Country Inn and Suites in Delhi. It has all the things I need and nearby to all necessities. The hotel has an excellent vegetarian cuisine and the spread is so varied. There are non-vegetarian choices to those who choose it. The ambiance is excellent. The location is great. It is one of the best five star hotels in New Delhi. The hotel is a bit far from the airport, so plan accordingly when it comes to times. I recommend this hotel to all.

Older property that is well kept and run. I last stayed here in 2009 when it was the Hotel Intercontinental. Attentive staff. Good breakfast buffet. Solid rooms. Free WiFi Getting from airport was a challenge. Hotel does not have free airport transfers but can make arrangements at a nominal fee. Use Uber or do some research and get a prepaid cab. It’s ~45 minutes to the airport. Did not have a local Indian SIM card- govt stopped issuing free SIM cards at Delhi airport ~Nov 2017. I used the airport lounge WiFi to book my Uber but not clear where to meet-far 3rd row upon exit. Driver tried to call but he could not hear me. He cancelled after 2x. EST ~ 440RS. Cab quotes- 2900, 900, 700 & finally Govt Prepaid cab 480RS. Do your research. Watch for people who want to ‘help’. They will try to force you for a tip. If you are only staying overnight for transit, there is a new Aerocity nearby the Delhi airport that is much closer and brand new, high end hotels and shops
