This hotel is 3star only in name rooms have lovely views of Atlantic Ocean, restaurant food lovely, and the best breakfast in Bundorm. A big mention about the owners and staff John , Marion and jerry could not do enough to make your visit a a enjoyable experience.

I did a last minute booking for my Mum and myself -what a treat-the Reception staff were excellent especially when we asked for a twin having been allocated a double which was an absolutely gorgeous room. Mc Gettigans (hotel bar/restaurant) was lively with really friendly, efficient staff -food was varied and good value. The location is great for touring Donegal-defini...

The stay was fine. I booked a double room and single room as my mother was travelling with us. The only gripe I would have is that in the single room, the mirror had detached from the wall and was propped up. Out of courtesy, it would have been good to have informed us of this beforehand. The view from our double room overlooked a corrugated roof but for the amount...

I have already advised your Reception but the one thing that lets this hotel down is the banging of doors. I had a really long journey & just wanted to get my head down for an hour or 2 but this was impossible due to the constant door banging every 5 seconds. (I counted). Such a shame as every thing else is fine. Clean room, pleasant staff and after having 2 breakfas...

We really enjoyed our two nights in this hotel notwithstanding the "cons" above. It is of a very good 3 star standard and was excellent value for money at the price. The staff are very concerned at the problem they had with drunk people and I am confident remedial action will happen. It is a great base for touring Donegal.

My wife and i stayed in this guest house for two nights and absolutely loved it. We felt extremely welcome by the hosts and we're very well looked after. The food was delicious we would recommend to pancakes, bacon and maple syrup! The location was perfect for us because it was peaceful and quiet but only a quick drive into donegal town. We will definitely be back to s...

No problem finding it as on main street and free parking at rear. Rooms and beds were large and nicely decorated. Bath was long for a good soak. Meals were good value and all came with a smiling genuine big donegal service. Breakfast was extra early for workers and sportsmen and was fresh fried and tea brewed in front of you, of course with a greata morning smile.

I generally enjoyed my stay a carlton redcastle, the hotel grounds were very peaceful and relaxing. The receptionist erin didnt smile the whole time we stayd there and wasnt very helful when we arrived and our booking wasnt on their system like it was our fault, the other receptionist asling was very helpful and apologised for our say beginning so bad.our room was very...

We went to the hotel for a family wedding. Lived up to expectations. Really good rooms and excellent food. Great location.Difficult to find any faults. A superb hotel for a function or a few days away.Certainly not cheap but well worth the extra cost for a really good stay. This is a place to go back to.

The owner were wonderful hosts, offering recommendations of places to eat & sightsee. We ate at Lough Eske Castle hotel (as recommended) and it was very good. The house and bedroom were beautifully decorated and has a clear view of the lake. Breakfast was delicious with freshly baked blueberry muffins and bread, choice of hot breakfast & the fruit & berries selection w...

I could not recommend this hotel more highly. I would like to thank the staff and management for being so supportive and helpful when I needed them during a crisis. Everyone was helpful but Patricia in particular was exceptionally kind. The views of Lough S willy and the golf course were spectacular, a friendly hotel, that acts as a true Gateway to the beautiful Inis...

We had a family room, with good wifi, good friendly service and a beautiful hot breakfast every morning. The hotel bar and restaurants food and cocktail menu was superb. Bus stops right outside the hotel for travelling to letterkenny & Derrry. Staff are egar to help. I also fully recommend crana stables.

Stayed two nights, got a newly refurbished room, nice and modern, staff were great! Breakfast was ok location is excellent. The hallways, dining area, and lounge were all really dated and smelt old carpet and furniture would have been new back in 1970. All in all a great place to stay if you get a newly refurbished room as reception mentioned that not all rooms have be...

I booked this very last minute but had no problems with checking in. The Augusta is very well maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable and although there was not a lot of choice for breakfast the full Irish cooked breakfast was very tasty and well cooked.

We chose the Milford Inn because of the central location in North Donegal convenient for sightseeing and visiting beaches etc. During our short stay we had to make an unexpected trip to Glasgow because of family illness. We were not charged for the night when we didn't stay. We found that the hotel was only 1 hour from Derry airport. Food and service in the Inn were...
