Thank you kindly for a very warm reception by Hotel Staff. My Wife and I stayed overnight on our way to Johannesburg. We enjoyed a lovely evening meal and breakfast the following morning. No noise policy around 30 plus students staying all over made noise till 3:30am then continued from 5:00am again, no consideration for other guests. No action taken after midnight by the resort
Great location. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean and mordenised rooms. Very comfortable and wide enough bed. Secure parking. Close to a shopping mall and banks. Mediclinic also just across the road. I do wish the rooms can be fitted with a bar fridge. Overall, the place is great. I will definately consider booking there in the future.

The Hotel is about 50km from Bloemfontein. If you are looking for a relaxed break away from the buzz, this is it. The best part of the hotel is the food, very tasty, and a wide variety.
The stay was pleasant. The decor and details I would say are not quite in line with the 4 stars this hotel was awarded. I have stayed in 4 star hotels with better decor, design and service. I would say it is more like a 3 star hotel. The location is fantastic and the breakfast great.
We stayed over in Zebra. Comfortable cottage with a beautiful view over the Free state landscape.
Perfect pet friendly destination for us! We travel a lot with our Golden Retriever and this was one of the best destinations. Also very amicable when we needed to upgrade to a unit with an aircon. Very helpful staff.
Something has to be done to the road. Older people travelling and the road from the highway to the resort is unacceptable, plus minus 20km.

This is the best Self Catering Unit in Bloemfontein. I am going to be a regular.

During my booking failed to mention my wife is unable to climb stairs. The rooms are on top of the hotel and there's no lift. The receptionist, on her own accord, took swift action and gave as another room - bungalow actually next to the hotel. We highly appreciated this action and even though we only stayed for one night the effort was made. Kudos to the staff and hot...
I will most certainly recommend Bloem B&B. Especially because of the location near Universitas Hospital. Just love the place.
From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the Hostess with the mostess with coffee and cake whilst another couple was taken to their room and we signed in. The room is minimalistic and tasteful with everything you could possibly need whilst the surrounding garden is all indigenous, beautiful and tranquil. Well located beautiful small hotel with the necessary amenities. Undercover, safe parking available. Rooms large with comfortable bed and good quality bedding. Good breakfast, but pricey at R190. Rather opt for in-room breakfast at R70 to R110.

Lovely from home from home. Excellent breakfast after a great night's sleep in a very comfy bed. This place is a treasure with the warmest host that you are every likely to meet.
My wife and I stopped over on a road trip to the Eastern Cape and again on the return trip to Johannesburg. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. A real gem and great value for money. We booked using Agoda.com, such a cleaver app. I love it.

It was an excellent stay. The area is fantastic and the hotel room was perfect for my family. The only problem I had was there was not enough hot water to have a tub bath.

We did like the place, because it is run by nice people. We had a bit rustic but very comfortable house. Nice view, good bed, a lot of room, nice kitchen. We only missed WiFi. You have to ask earlier to get WIFI ready in your room (Sic!)

Run by a lovely man who gave us some great information. Right in the centre of town as well. However the rooms were very old fashioned and need an update as it felt like staying at your grandparent's house. No stand alone shower was frustrating

We stayed at this guesthouse for one night while driving from Johannesburg to Cape Town. It was the perfect stopover. The room was very clean and had all the necessities. The woman who manages the property was very nice. All in all, great value.

DSTV was not working in our room. When complained about it to the owner, we were told if we did not like it, we could leave but we had already paid in full. After an argument, we were then only offered another room the next day, which was smaller and basically meaningless to us. Will not go back there again!

Dawn is an amazing host, and the apartment was beautiful - electric blankets, really nothing was missing!
I stayed one night here while traveling from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg. The room is well-equipped but needs refurbishing - the shower door has to be lifted up to close. They also need to upgrade security in that the vehicle entrance is open to the public & there are no security gates on the entrance door or windows.

It was an excellent stay. The area is fantastic and the hotel room was perfect for my family. The only problem I had was there was not enough hot water to have a tub bath.
We've stayed at a few places, but since staying at Adelante, we've been back a few times. The most comfortable beds in Bloemfontein and everything else you need. Will definitely continue to stay there

Hotel lived up to and beyond it's 4 star rating. Room was clean and well prepared and all the staff that we encountered were helpful.
It is a nice hotel, where everything works fine. Rooms are a bit small though. Pool is even tinier! However it is nice sipping a drink and watch the animals from the zoo as the hotel sits right at the fringe of zoo. It is close to a shopping mall, and to a fabulous restaurant New York, with some of the best food and service to be found in all of South Africa
