The hotel is just located next to Mito Station. The staff speaks fluent English. Bottled water is free of charge in both on the table and in the fridge. Room price is out of expectedly cheap with nice room and breakfast. Recommendation is a must.
Location is good, room is compact. Staff is friendly and able to speak English. One thing to mention that the hotel parking is not free(1000Yen/night) which is not state in the hotel detail.
Very roomy and the indoor swimming pool was a huge plus. Staffs were very nice and allowed me to check out later than 11am stated. Facility overall needs updates probably.

The room comes with a small balcony, and the room is quite spacious, probably because it is not in an urban district. They have a hotspring for free. The space was small but good enough to fit if you're travelling solo. A good 8-10 minute walk from the station with a 711 nearby so the location is pretty good. Had no problems with the room and thought it's pretty good given its price. Staff are very nice and try their best to communicate in English.

One of my best hotel experience so far! The staff members are very polite and well-mannered. Food was nice and everything was great! The only drawback is that it's not very accessible to the metro/train station and there are no shuttle services to the nearby train station. Before you come to Oarai, make sure you research on the travelling arrangements!

Our family stay here while visiting Hitachi seaside park. This hotel is new, clean and cozy. Even the room is small as same as others business hotel in Japan but it’s comfort and clean. Our kids love bunk bed room here and I was surprised that they can offer free breakfast with this affordable room rate.

This place is a little off the beaten track. However, if you're just stopping over you'll have only a two minute walk from station and fast access to grocery stores etc. Can't complain about services provided in the hotel either. Laundry downstairs, internet cable in room and decent t.v.

My husband preferred to use the bathroom in the room but I used the big one on the ground floor where I found a huge choice of shampoos, conditionings and body soaps!! Breakfast was great!!!!

The room is small but cozy. It seems not very far from the train station, but it's not easy to find and there is a slope. Good value for money if you don't have heavy luggage.

Very difficult to explain and my room was live open all day , everybody can go in and was possible to see all my stuff, very disappointed, hobbligate to leave the key in the hostel I do not no way If you don’t have other choices ok but better to avoid specially because it’s very expensive
Arrived after 11:00, able to change to a nonsmoking room easily. Con: no breakfast info was available in the room or easy to see if I missed it. No outlet plugs near the bed.

The hotel, services, staff, ....etc were excellent. The only draw back was that hotel Cancelled the Free Shuttle Bus to down town. So either you walk 25 minutes or take taxi for 820 yen.

This hotel is not exactly placed in the middle of the action, it was quite isolated, with only the Prefecture offices nearby, but there was a convenience store and a few good ramen bars in the nearby streets.
