Idaho hotels & accommodations
Due to a very late check in due to our grand childs birth - the front desk person was totally frazzled even though we had a reservation. Bluntly stating - he was rude. He said if we "had checked in 15 mintues earlier there would not have been such confusion". Hmmm - I felt he was way out of line. And I asked if there were any vending machines & he stated he was too bus...
We love the location of this hotel! It is centrally located and easy to get around the area. Staff is awesome! We love the Boise River outside our back door! We will always stay here when we travel to Idaho.
Great location. Wonderful staff. Alice was a delight. Clean, nicely furnished rooms. We will be booking again.
Really enjoyed this hotel. Great location--near shopping, restaurants, and movie theater. Excellent hot breakfast, comfortable beds, clean rooms, and staff is friendly and professional.
The shower had brownish rusty gunk around the door and rims inside and out. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. Dirty windows. Vacuuming in the hall at 8:00 woke me.
Very nice place to stay, friendly staff. Definitely would stay there again
Stayed twice in one week, rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed was a little hard in one room but no other issues. The restaurant (Mulligans) has really good food.
No cons all pros: excellent location, the staff was great, the swimming pool view is beautiful, and you're able to enjoy it all your long instead of in the summertime
The Best Western Kentwood will never disappoint! From arriving in the parking lot, being greeted by the front desk, settling in a room, to check out, all aspects of your stay will be beyond outstanding! I do not stay anywhere else!
Very clean and great breakfast, too.
We had a great stay at Riverside on both sides of a week long private raft trip on the Salmon River. The location is convenient to the airport, Greenway bike path and downtown (they even rent bikes), the food at the outdoor/poolside Sandbar is excellent (with lots of GF options on the menu) and breakfast buffet had lots of good food to offer, the staff were very helpfu...
We were moving my stepdaughter back home. It was a four day/three night trip. The staff were very courteous and flexible with our "late arrival" as, due to weather, we were later than we anticipated to every stop. They also accommodated her dog (only allowed in the rooms, nowhere else inside the property). We got a good nights sleep and a filling breakfast. I wou...
We booked non-refundable room, so our debit card is charged already. But when we check in, front staff use our debit card to charge us again. And we known it later after we r travelling to another city. Lucky that we have check it in mobile application. When we call to hotel, staff there cant do anything to help us. Only transfer our line to Baymont Assitant and nobod...
The Boise Comfort Inn was very nice. The bed was just right. The breakfast was hot and started at 6:00am. When your traveling and you want to leave early.
I was pleasantly surprised by this motel! While I was driving back from Seattle my husband made the reservation for me. the rooms were clean and very modern. The bed and pillows were so comfortable I could have stayed another night.... Breakfast was complete with waffles..
Everything was superb, appearance, staff, cleanliness, value, location. Our best hotel in 4 days of travel.
I'm originally from Idaho Falls so I know the area well. I knew Lindsay Blvd. had all the older hotels. But this place did a 'fantastic' remodel. Everything is very modern, spacious, handicap accessible and they used top material like marble and cultured stone. This is now a top rate hotel for Idaho Falls.
Pros: nice clean pool and sauna, friendly staff, computer and printer available for use, descent hot breakfast and rooms were clean. Cons: strange stale oder in lobby area, both on main floor and second floor. A dingy kinda feel but once your in room or outside its great.
Location was a bit bizarre to drive into but then everything else just fine. Pool looked lovely but didn't have time to use it. Breakfast was terrific - waffles, pancakes, eggs, bacon, etc. Room was very comfy and big screen TV. definitely would return.
Stayed here many times over the years. This was the best one ever. Great, helpful, friendly manager and housekeeping made this stay outstanding! Absolutely will be back.
the rooms were clean but the property itself was rundown. The lobby smelled of chlorine when we arrived at night and the smell lingered when we arrived for breakfast the next morning. The breakfast did not have much variety to choose from. The signage was poor throughout the complex and directions to our room were not adequate.
Excellent stay in every way. Room was very clean, comfortable and affordable. Staff was friendly, courteous and professional. Breakfast was very good and area was very well organized. I would not only recommend this place but will stay there again if I travel in that area.
Clean, comfortable bed, pool, sauna, hot tub, breakfast and very friendly, helpful staff! Great stay!
The stay is excellent. Bed is comfortable & breakfast is good. Wide variety of hot breakfast to choose from. The indoor spa gives hotel customers a good form of relaxation after a long day of travel or shopping. Will be back again.
Everything about our stay was great! Newly remodeled facility, great customer service, comfortable beds and an omelet bar! Make sure to take some cash to breakfast because you will want to tip the cook for your yummy omlet! Enjoyed it so much the first night we booked a room for our return trip two days later!
I had the pleasure of staying at the Peppertree Nampa Civic Center. I had a holiday party and planned on not driving after. The event was at the Civic Center across the parking lot from the Peppertree. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and I would definitely recommend. I will keep this in mind for future getaways.
This is the only hotel we stayed in on our trip that didn't include breakfast but was also the most expensive room. The hotel had a nice room for breakfast but wanted an extra $13 per person to eat. Cracker Barrel is across the street though so we did find breakfast.
B est priced motel we could find. Fidge, Microwave were there. Breakfast eggs & sausage were the best of many dozens of free hotel breakfasts we have had. Juice and yogurt had good selections and high quality.
This is an older hotel along the river in Idaho Falls. I had stayed here some years ago and enjoyed the stay, so I booked again for this conference. Upon checking into my room it looked clean and good, but when starting to take a shower, I grabbed the floor mat towel off of the tub to find it saturated with water from no discernable location. There was an old coffee fi...
Left at 5am but we’re still able to grab a bagel, juice, coffee, cereal, fruit, yogurt etc. for breakfast.
Cheap places to stay in Idaho
Wonderful place to stay with a really cool owner. Felt like I was at home in my mom’s kitchen on cold autumn evenings. Definitely coming back!
Basic motel room but very clean, comfortable bed, and quiet.. Can't ask for much more when just needing a place to sleep.
Stayed here for one night on a road trip from Seattle to Colorado. The room was clean and filled the need of needing a place to crash after a long day on the road. We had shampoo, etc in the room as opposed to some other travelers who have stayed here previously. Note: The reservation actually shows up under Booking.com and you will be charged for the room when ...
What a refreshing bed and breakfast! Amazingly furnished and decorated and so unique. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Delicious breakfast. It was like escaping to Camelot! It was the start of our road trip so after staying here all the other hotels seemed somewhat inadequate!
Was charged for a room safe I didn't ask for, but it was only like a couple of dollars... The hotel is under construction right now so the smell of paint was strong, but again we were just there for one night and it was great.
Great quiet spot. Needed a few hours to sleep. Hot shower, cables (every channel), fridge and a microwave and my morning coffee pot Friendly staff. Didn't get to breakfast. Early departure.
I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about your hotel just one concern and It may just be the room we were in 114 right by the stairs ice & vending machines plus the back door for guest to exit and enter... and just a concern not a complaint (I would gladly stay again as well as recommend it to others) My husband suggested installation or sound dampening due to t...
Pros: comfortable bed, friendly staff Cons: thin walls (could hear neighbor TV the entire night)
Its the IDEAL place for BASE jumpers who come to the bridge and want to save on everything else. Nice and cheap big room. Internet is crap though. No indoor place to pack but heaps of grass to pack just check for dog before hand!
We were exhausted after traveling from Yellowstone and this hotel was a perfect place to relax and recover. We stayed an extra night. Very friendly and comfortable all round. Good pool and spa. Very comfortable rooms and bed. Big shower. Great breakfast. The falls are well worth the visit and stop over.
not bad. location really great. reception needs improved
I got this one at a fairly low price so had low expectations, but this Econo lodge was still a disappointment. The guy at check in was new and needed to call support to check me in. No working TV in my room. It was mid-winter and snowing outside but I could not run the heater in the room because it was too loud - would have kept the city of Idaho Falls up all night....
I was a bit hesitant in booking this hotel because it was so cheap. I decided to trust the reviews and booked it for one night stay. Well, I was pleasantly surprised! It is very clean & comfortable. Big room with decent size bathroom. Quiet area. Continental breakfast basic but ok. I would recommend this to anyone. Do not go to the Family Restaurant near by for meal. I...
We have stayed at the Inn America 4 different times for a total of 10 nights and I can only tell you how great the service, staff, and value we have experienced. We look forward to our trips to Boise to visit our son at Boise State but also to stay at such a friendly and clean hotel. I guess you can gather that from us continuing to choose Inn America every time wit...
Everything was superb, appearance, staff, cleanliness, value, location. Our best hotel in 4 days of travel.
Ok for the money these days, I guess. Old motel. Needs filthy carpet replaced. Be sure to wear socks or slippers!
Red Lion Inn and Suites, Post Falls is doing some exciting a beautiful renovations. We can hardly wait to see the finished outcome when we come back again. Such a comfortable room with great appointments (microwave and mini fridge, hairdryer) and a HUGE 55" TV. The complimentary breakfast was superb--with make-your-own waffles, hard boiled eggs, fresh-cooked sausages...
Old and needs renovation. Room was old, and needed updating. Glad it was only one night.
I stayed on two occasions while house hunting. The staff was so incredibly helpful and friendly. They even remembered me six weeks later when I returned to occupy my new home.
Stayed in the back to the 50’s room. Later heard they convert the room to a regular room. This would be a huge mistake. When you have something memorable leave it along. We would come back to this room not just this hotel.
We love the location of this hotel! It is centrally located and easy to get around the area. Staff is awesome! We love the Boise River outside our back door! We will always stay here when we travel to Idaho.
Comfortable overnight stay, convenient location, clean, fridge and micro, helpful staff.
Rooms very clean and staff was awesome during check in and out. Had an issue with my room key but they fixed it right away with no hassle or wait. If you don’t need a big fancy room, this is your best bet.
Left at 5am but we’re still able to grab a bagel, juice, coffee, cereal, fruit, yogurt etc. for breakfast.
No cons all pros: excellent location, the staff was great, the swimming pool view is beautiful, and you're able to enjoy it all your long instead of in the summertime
Nice quality hotel for a quick stopover for us really enjoyed it
We were in town for the Magic Valley Exotic Pet Expo and have a few reptiles with us to do reptile education at the event, and we had gotten into town too late to be able to leave them at the fairgrounds building. the staff was amazingly accommodating and got our rooms switched to a pet friendly version of the one we had originally booked! and in a very convenient loca...
My wife and I had a relaxing weekend!
For the price at the time I stayed, it was very good. Plumbing needs a bit of attention since the sink and bathtub were not draining well.
Shiloh in was offering rooms with two beds for the price nearby hotels were offering rooms with one bed. I was happy to see online that they had not just a pool, but a sauna and fitness room as well. The pool lived up to my expectations. Very nice, clean and well maintained pool. I was so disappointed to find the sauna out of order. The fitnes room barely had any fre...
