Hi , it was a short trip to Bangalore .I booked Elanza hotel by seeing the ratings however it was wonderful experience staying at this property. 1: Neat and clean rooms .Well maintained four star standards 2: Customer centric front office and restaurant team.Always one step ahead to ensure our needs are met 3: All toiletries are meeting the standards of 5star property. 4: Well behaved staff and proper response to your request over the phone. 5: Excellent pricing of rooms and food tariff is very low compared to other four star hotels.Quality of food and water is very good. I would say this property is well maintained .This is a reflection of good management. All the best ,lot of growth opportunities Check in 22/May/2013 to 24/May/2013

After my tiring drive directly from Mumbai to Mysore, it was a heaven for me to check-in extremely comfortable hotel. Staff spoke English and Hindi fluently which you rarely get in South of India. They were quick and soft spoken. We reached at 11pm when their kitchen closes but still in room service they served good hot biryani and I retired well on their soft beds well after a drive. My daughter 3 yrs old was just over excited at this clean and bright shining hotel. Wide variety of breakfast. I have stayed in Carlson Group Hotels at Indore and Pattaya as well. Always had good experience but Mysore one ranks best in my view till now. Must stay for Business Class and Family as well. They were just good at everything.

Everything about this hotel is Big and Grand.The Swimming Pool is mentioned at the worlds largest swimming pool.The SPA and Health club is real big , and there are all equipments in the gym in perfect working condition. Its the biggest GYM i have ever seen. The rooms are big and the best thing is there is a fantastic aroma in room , toileteries and towels etc. Very Very neat and clean. The place is real big and its te biggest resort i have seen though very expensive. But for all the fun we had its worth it. Our package included Sauna and Steam bath , but the management was generous to offer us jacuzzi as well. Our room price included complimentary breakfast , but since it was a christmas night they also provided good dinner with Turkey roast. Overall a very good experience unlimited welcome and farewell drinks provided. Thousand of palm and cocounut trees make you feel that you are truly in a palm island.

The hotel is located at the heart of the city in Brigade road. This was one of the best hotel stay we had. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious. Facilities in room was great. Staffs were very cordial and always ready to help. They helped us to book a cab while it was raining heavily and we were late for an invitation. So many nearby eateries. MG Road metro station is less than a KM. Couple of improvement points. For extra bed if possible to provide a bed instead of roll on mattress. Considering it named s b business hotel to add office pick up and drop at a nominal price.office pick up

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had when it came to customer service. The team at the hotel received us very well. I just couldn’t have asked for more. It was me & my wife who were their guests and they were generous enough to upgrade us to the best room they have since it was our anniversary. The room service was excellent as well. The staff were very supportive who were lead by Dolly (I believe she is the manager) and she endured our stay was better than what we could have imagined. We were treated with a bottle of wine and a nice cake in our room as well. Dolly ensured either she or her staff were fully enabled to make my experience the best. Priya from Sales too ensured our breakfast was pleasant. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely come back again. Thank you Dolly & Priya. Much appreciated.

It was the best stay I ever had in Bangalore! I stayed in Oberoi, Taj, and Kempinski (Leela) in Blore during my previous trips and I can state that Adarsh Hamilton was by far the best value for money. Huge specious room with 5-* amenities, very friendly and courteous staff and a breakfast buffet that was indeed out of this world. I will stay again in this hotel just for that! It was a pity that I had to hurry on both days due to my early appointments! There were so many varieties (and each of them tasted heavenly) that one can easily spend more than an hour in the breakfast room! Highly recommended will be an understatement for this hotel!

The hotel was great, the food excellent, but the staff was especially friendly. My husband was very ill and had to be taken to hospital and they extended all their help and resources in the best possible way. I especially wish to extend my thanks and appreciation to the management and housekeeping staff of the hotel for their help and consideration during these difficult moments.

we arrived late night, had booked rooms for our team via internet. hotel staff at the airport was excellent even at midnight. made arrangements for us to get to the hotel. once there the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. restaurant was still open for some late night early morning chai (at this point it is after 1am) the morning breakfast buffet was very good. the rooms very clean and accommodating. staff again made sure that we got to airport with enough time to catch our domestic connection. will most definitely use this hotel again as i frequent india often. only draw back is the distance of the hotel to the airport however, with the new highway from airport to city central the 1.5hr trip should take about 20-30 minutes.

after almost 2 weeks traveling all over india for our honeymoon, my husband & i were ready for some civilization & relaxation. the staff at movenpick hotel & spa in bangalore gave us so much more than we ever expected. for every single negative thing we had experienced up to that point(which was a lot!) the staff at movenpick more than made up for it! from the moment we walked through the door, they treated us like complete royalty! the hotel is beautiful & modern in design with an impeccable cleaning staff! the breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious! delicious food with both indian and american food. with 3 restaurants inside the hotel and a swiss bakery, there is more than enough variety right at your fingertips. we tried all 3 restaurants, each outstanding. loved our daily visit to the swiss bakery for a pistachio macaroon. the hotel has a wonderful spa offering all types of treatments including my favorite traditional, ayurvedic massages. salon offering all the hair/nail treatments us ladies love and an actual gym!(not 2 treadmills & some weights that claim to be a gym). we especially enjoyed the in-house library offering a small, but great selection of books for rent at no charge. the entire staff was so on-point. they would not let us do a single thing ourselves, literally treating us like a king and queen. the concierge, went above & beyond helping us with anything & everything we needed. i cannot say enough about our stay at movenpick. it is a 10 minute drive or so from downtown, but it is absolutely worth it! i hope this hotel continues to keep their prices in this great range so that we can come back for many years to come. i loved that everything was there.(spa, salon, restaurants, roof top deck for reading/sunbathing, pool, library, gym, etc.) we initially booked one night and after the first day, booked the next 7 nights. movenpick is what all other hotels should be. period.

I had a king room, it was in a quiet corridor - most of the hotel was quiet on Friday night. The price was just right through Agoda (just over RS 5000, incl taxes, wifi and breakfast). Room was very good, a bit dated but maintained very well. Bathroom was spotless and bright. The room service food was excellent, but prices a bit frightful but consistent with hotel's star rating. Staff were wonderful - Needhi, Tagendra and Santhosh. Check in and out was breezy. If you can digest the f&b costs, this hotel is very highly recommended.

By far the best hotel in Mysore not only in therms of service & food but even the rooms were brilliant. We visit Mysore once every quarter on work and have stayed at most of the other hotels in the same category but none have come close to the experience we had at Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel. The business class rooms were heavenly and complete value for money. The check-in was handled really well by Bopanna and team. The dinner was excellent, definitely the best butter chicken I've had in Mysore. The room service was great and so was the housekeeping. Abin did a great job setting up our room. Our only disappointment was that we didn't get to spend more time at the hotel. Would have loved to try out the spa and relax a little longer. Hopefully next time!

Amazing location right in the middle of rain forest with coffee plantations and hills all around. Positives: ----------- * Spacious rooms with nice sit outs / balconies * Amazing events with nice facilities for kids - play area, various video games, fun zone, adventure zone * Regular entertainment events in evenings - DJ, champ shows, cricket tournaments etc. * Great Food at Green Cardamom restaurant - Wide selection (we tried Breakfast, lunch & dinner), Nice live music by Franco the violinist (mornings & evenings), staff courtesy (KD, Allan and others. Must not forget the chefs present during services to accommodate special request of my 3 year old). * Morning & evening strolls around the property * Housekeeping staff was very good. Guy who cleaned the room was very fast and courteous. Our set top box stopped working in middle of a world cup football game. It was immediately attended to and fixed. Negatives ------------ * Cold welcome at the property almost as if saying why did you turn up here. * Poor mattress, poor lighting in the room * Electrical fittings were misplaced right in the middle of the bed head board. It was hidden under the pillow. Slightly risky as my 3 year old kid was sleeping there with electrical sockets right above her head. * Bathrooms were average with no toiletries. With this price you expect better amenities being provided to you. * Almirahs lacked the lockers which would have been good for people staying there for long time. * Despite such poor facilities cost was exorbitantly high with each meal being Rs. 850 plus taxes * Main focus was turning the guests into club mahindra members. Come on someone has come on vacation, please leave them alone at least there.

There are hotels and hotels and then there is Lemon Tree Premier. Situated centrally with ample parking and world class amenities. The staff are well trained and friendly, services offered are up to the mark. Small mistakes done can be forgiven because they compensate you quite well. Worth every penny spent. The in house restaurant and 24 hour coffee shop offer you the best of world cuisine without compromise in hygiene. Impeccable service at the front desk and rooms. The in house spa is splendid and offer you about 6 different types of massage and the swimming pool is the icing on the cake, located on the top most floor it offers you a splendid view of bangalore with utmost hygiene. There is a fitness centre adjacent to the pool which looked well equipped even though I didn't get a chance to use it due to time constraints. Lemon tree has earned a regular customer through me. A 24 hour check in/out would be great. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a luxury stay without burning the pockets.

Short 3 days stay at this hotel, the service in here just stunning, each and everyone at the hotel takes you to the best of the care. Starting with Naryan at the café, the receptionist, the security people. It was a outstanding service. Last day of my travel i was sick, had a fever. The whole crew was helping me to recover fast, a very special thanks to cleaning boy Saravanan who was always at my door trying to provide best of the service, also thanks to chef who was kind enough to prepare Peppery Rasam. The reception guys checking upon my health. Just had a amazing stay, will always stay with my fortune if I'm coming down to Bangalore.

Although essentially a business hotel, lacking some of the amenities of other 5 star hotels,I would recommend any tourist who was passing through Bangalore and wanted a little bit of luxury, combined with outstanding personal service,to stay at the Ista. The food and accomodation are great. The location is not quite central, but the new metro is 5 minutes walk away. I would happily have stayed several days and not ventured outside. On Sundays, the buffet lunch in the roof top restaurant is a huge family attraction.

so we arrived at the place around 6 pm the bell boy gave our driver directions to the car park so dat we would not incur charges for our two day stay... took the elevator up to the lobby level where we checked in without any hassle and the receptionist guided us to our room and breifed us of all the amenities in the room... we had booked the studio suite for our two night stay and the room lived up to our expectations in ters of size and features... the bathroom was pretty spacious too... the studio room was big enuff to accommodate our friends fr an evening of drinks and we cooked alittle for our guests and the (attached) kitchen was an absolute pleasur to use and well equipped with all one wuld need... the breakfast spread too was absolutely fab and had a good selection... the location is the absolute highlite as its located in ub city and sky bar is by far the best bar in town... loads of restaurants in ub city and around the area... and mg/brigade/commercial street are not very far either... all in all a great place to stay and will def go back and recommend it!!!

The hotel is brilliant, it is located right in the heart of Bangalore and across the road from the park area. The staff are so friendly and always willing to help. The lobby has everything and the lower floor gym, spa, sauna with health and welfare treatment is great. The rooms are clean and first rate. It would be the best 4 star hotel in Bangalore. I hear they are about the refurbish the whole hotel and possibly put in a pool, which would make it 5 star. I would most definitely stay at the Chancery Hotel again and again. Thank you

The staff performance was beyond anything I have ever experienced. Very quick responses and when I had a problem they solved it with the kind of professionalism I rarely see in India. Breakfast included in the room rate was almost worth half the cost of the room itself. Room was not very spacious but the bed was very comfortable and even the aircon was easy to adjust to get a good nights rest. Toilet was clean and equipped with the best shower and bath accessories - no bathtub (but I rarely use one in hotels due to hygiene issues) All in all a fantastic experience. Will always stay here if in Bangalore. Hope nothing changes - whoever is managing the staff and the hotel is doing a great job! Eric

I selected this hotel based on it's location and value for money. While it is a good hotel in all other respects, having a functioning gym/fitness centre is a key element of my hotel selection as I travel regularly for work and want to maintain my fitness. Despite having signage to a gym and adverising as such on the website, this hotel does not have a gym/fitness centre. Consequently, I do not see it fit to have five stars.

I liked the rooms as I got the chance to take a look at 3 different rooms when we requested for a room change. I booked a triple room, but they don't have 3 beds 'fixed' in a room rather come with a folding bed which is noisy and shaky so we wanted twin beds - one for my parents and one for me. We stayed for 2 nights at the hotel and the buffet was great with a variety of continental/western and Indian food (included free with the room). However I can't get over the fact that it's not exactly 5 star! It just seems ordinary with good features but not what you expect from a 5 star hotel as we've been in many and this is not it! But then I'm thinking is this how Indian hotels are - unless you go for 7 star?? Anyway the hotel staff were great, food was great and rooms were great as well. It was close to Brigade road, Capital and Garuda malls, and the Forum and Mantri malls were too far as we were repeatedly told by the auto guys outside the hotel. They were reluctant to go that far I guess. I would suggest you take a cab to anywhere because its so dusty! The airport is around 35km and we took the Mega cabs which we booked online and was at the entrance way before our requested time (thats a good thing). The airport drop cost us Rs.650 but they don't give change so we let him have Rs. 700 (it's fine considering the luggage he pulled down!). Overall it was such a pleasant stay at the hoel and we will definitely visit again.

Superb, Satisfying and awesome experience. Best part of stay is great location, ultra clean property (not just lobby and reception). Rooms are spacious, good quality linen, great bathroom (Im very serious with bathroom cleanliness) Fabulous food quality and taste. Breakfast is very tasty (Best dosa I ever had) Staff is courteous, polite and ready to help. They also look very happy to help. Another unique thing is one touch phone helpline. Whatever is need, its taken care by one touch. I had some issue with water leak on first day, they sort it out in no time and next day even I got up grated room. Overall Radisson Bangalore is at Great location, ultra clean, spacious, great food at both the restaurants with open kitchen and Value for money. If I ever come to Bangalore, I will only stay at Radisson. I cant find any fault at any level of service. Superb. Ravindra

I booked this on 19th of April for one night stay, While check in my girl forgot the ID proof to which we said we will submit it after one hour but the Receptionist said we need to follow the rules that this shit and all, After half an hour conversation we went and brought the ID. I have wasted one and half an hour of precious time and i paid 700 Rupees for the Cab, In my case it's okay what if you people get a customer from the other state???? Over all the Service was Awesome!!! Enjoyed alot, The pool was maintained well. Food was Okay. Anyway enjoyed alot, We'll check-in future. :)

We had an excellent stay. The hotel was excellent and the staff were fabulous and helped us several times. It was a good, safe hotel for single female travellers. A few of us were staying for a wedding and needed help draping our saris and two lovely women from the hotel came to help us. We were so grateful! The breakfast brunch was excellent too - we loved having breakfast together each morning and always had a good meal. The rooms were always clean and were well appointed.

Location: This is an excellent palace hotel in Bangalore located in the midst of the city. Check-in: Booked 2 rooms for 1 night. Rooms are quite expensive. Staff & Service: Service by staff at restaurant and at reception could be improved and they appeared to be little indifferent and rude to normal guests booking the hotel from many hotel websites at discounted rates. Could clearly see them honoring guests who booked with them directly. Food: The breakfast buffet served was excellent exceeding our expectations. Rooms: Rooms are well lit, spacious, maintained and clean with good beds. Washrooms: Washrooms are well lit, spacious, maintained and clean with good toiletries and towels. Checkout: No hassles but they were not keen on providing any checkout invoices. Ambiance: I liked the ambiance of the palace hotel, the rooms and the passage ways.

A friend of mine recommended St. Mark's to me prior to my arrival. I was choosing between two hotels in downtown Bengaluru and went with a good referral. I booked via agoda.com and didn't realize if there one-person occupancy room as most other hotels had max. 2-person occupancy. I arrived past mid-night and the shift manager informed me about such issue and said they would check the next day. Had good breakfast the next day and went and talked with the duty manager. Long story short, although there might have been some issues, the hotel management listened to my story and accommodated it to the best they can. Problem solved and I didn't even have to think about switching to another hotel nearby. My girlfriend and I stayed for 4 nights total and were impressed by all that we observed. If all hotels around the globe are managed like St. Marks, there will not be dissatisfied customers. Yes, I would stay at St. Marks again.
