Great location, good facilities overall, however... there's need to upgrade the room furniture - including the beds - as mine was extremely hard, in fact the hardest bed I have slept for a long time. Bathrooms need better plumbing as the toilet in my room was blocked in the second night of my stay, not a good look for a five star hotel. Other than that, the hotel and surrounding area offer a lot of activities for everyone, including wonderful scenic paths for anyone who likes jogging or just a good long walk with small hills along the coastline.

It s a good location, which combinate sea and swimming pool, very kind staff but the rooms are very old and have insects, which made our night very difficult. because of one insect, we couldn t sleep of its noise. The breakfast was good but one negative notice that the coffee that i want to drink i have to pay for it. Hotel is expensive in totally for that which offers but it can be better if it renovate its facilities

Amazing hotel, right on the beach! I was there with my husband for 6 night and we had the best time. Initially we planned to visit every day another beach on Kasandra, however when we saw how close and nice the private beach of the hotel was, we stayed entire time there. Sun beds are included in the price, so you do not need to pay extra. We had Breakfast and dinner included, and was perfect. Very good and lots of choices, every night was something else from where you can choose ( salats, chicken, pork, beef, fruits, pasta, sweets, etc). Rooms are big, with balcony, nice view and very clean. There is also spa, we had massage twice. Not the best, however I would recommend for relaxation. There is private parking, we left our car inside entire time. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the main area, where all the restaurants and bars are. Overall, the room, the private beach, the food variety, the pool were amazing and we would definitely recommend and will come back. 2 things that could be improved: - the prices are very high at the bar and restaurant, double for almost everything compared with the rest of bar, restaurants on Kasandra. Guys, if you want someone to order food and beer on the beach, cut the prices, you can ask 6 euros for a glass of house wine on the beach! - full of mosquitos in the room because there is no mosquito net. In the first night I was bitten 11 times!!!! and my husband the same. Unacceptable for a 4 start hotel.

My husband and I stayed for 3 days with our friends. Lovely greeting by the reception staff on our arrival who showed us around the hotel and invited us for a free cocktail. Pool and views are spectacular. Lots of variety for breakfast but glad we didn’t choose the all inclusive option as people we spoke to didn’t seem to rate it and there are so many good restaurants to choose from in the little village. Hotel put on a shuttle bus to the village which was fab but a taxi ride was only 5E. All in all a great trip!

The hotel is very nice, albeit that we travelling in off season and therefore, it was not at it's best. The outside pool was closed due to the season and there was lots of maintenance taking place. We were not disappointed however, as it is almost expected out of season. The spa is good. My only criticisms would be the following; The AC in the room is not user friendly. We suffered with the room being too hot and unfortunately the hotel staff were not helpful at all with getting this resolved. Not the receptionists fault as she was very attentive and arranged for engineer visits, but the engineers themselves were useless. My only other negative was the restaurant in the evening. The menu itself really needs to be changed. A ring binder with pieces of paper falling out is not whats expected of a 5* hotel. Being vegetarian, the options were also incredibly limited. We would recommend this hotel, it was generally a great standard and the staff on reception at the bar were faultless.

We happened to have stayed during the cyclone. The whole area lost power and water for two days. The hotel had no back up generator which would have alleviated this problem. Other hotels in the area were prepared. The only thing the hotel did was give us bottles of water and some small candles. At the end of checkout, no discount was offered for us going through this. Not good. It was a good thing that due to the storm, the temperature had fallen, which made sleeping possible otherwise it would have been a nightmare. We had to flush toilets with buckets of water from the pool.

I came to this resort with my pregnant wife. During our stay I wanted to get an upgrade to our room which we were not fascinated by. Eventually, the staff at the reception agreed to give us a better room but only starting from the day after. Later in the day, I went to the reception again to ask if moving to the better room was possible. The staff did not realise that I actually spoke when he called his colleague to who he said "palli afto to hasso" which translates into "again this idiot"... I do not comprehend what drove this person to react like this. It is the lowest behaviour I have encountered in my life. When I tell people back in Switzerland about this experience, they do not understand. Nobody can simply comprehend. Generally speaking, I believe the resort is terribly overpriced for what the customer receives. We found much better places in Greece (I am half Greek and my wife is Greek) and this was the worst place we stayed at from a price/value perspective.

We booked our stay at Secret paradise last minute. Therefore it was good value. The spa was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, however once we arrived we were told we could use the gym and pool in the coast but the use of the spa was an additional 10 euros each! Having chosen this hotel based on the spa we decided to pay the 10 euros each, however this was a big mistake. The Jacuzzi's were cold, the employees had to go and switch them on every time you wanted to use it. The steam room also had to be switched on if you wanted to use it therefore it did get a little steamy but it wasn't hot! The sauna was about the only good part! the staff also sat outside so had to wait for them to come back in to turn on anything you wanted to use! Was not worth the money for spa! We ordered chips in the restaurant along with drinks. The chips were very good!It made me look forward to our breakfast which was included in our price. However I wouldn't rate the breakfast I struggled to choose things I liked the Greek yogurt and honey was all I really ate, poor choice of food and wouldn't purchase breakfast here again. Our room was a good size and had a nice balcony, it was clean enough there was a shower curtain in the shower which was not very nice and didn't feel clean and the shower was tiny! Unfortunately we would not recommend this hotel to future travelers and will not return from our poor experience.

The first imrpression is good but unfortunately did not been followed but the rest. Sheets were a big issue as out of 4 sheets available in a double room, 3 of them had blood stains on them. So, we had to use just one of them. The bathrooms are in urgent need of remont as they are that old that even the door handle is hanging out on a screw. They have nod been renewed for more than 30 years if we exclude painting of the walls. And note that you HAVE to carry your own shampoo since the staff claimed that the only provide them for the suites (!!!) (finally they provided me with). Concluding, it s a shame for such a nice place with a nice pool and lobby, not to be taken that good care off. I would say that the price of 75 Euros/night is overpriced comparing with the price i am paying to other cosier places with better condiditions.

This was our second time at the hotel and it was just as good as the first (if not surprisingly busier). Even fully booked the resort is so large not to feel overcrowded with plenty of space in the restaurants, (many) pools and private beach. We had a private pool as part of our suite and the staff were so accommodating they reduced the amount of chlorine in our pool to help with my chlorine allergy! Above and beyond! The brought us back the second time and it didn’t disappoint with a wide fresh selection and a different cuisine featured each day. Overall, a great place to relax and unwind.

The hotel is situated on an amazingly beautiful beach. Turquoise waters and a luscious landscape. The hotel was very nice. The pool is good, although it's a shame it's not heated out of season. We stayed in a suite with outdoor Jacuzzi, the room was very modern, spacious and nice. The only downside to the room was having 2 single beds pushed together instead of a double mattress. The staff were very friendly and kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Being vegan is not easy when travelling to Greece as everything tends to have diary, however, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a delicious breakfast every morning and even purchased some Rice Milk especially for us. Amazing hospitality thank you! Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

This is a really nice hotel for people like us, off to visit Mt. Athos, or just for a vacation. It's new, it's really clean and well maintained, the pool is really nice, and the breakfast has an excellent array of fresh foods. They took us to the Mt. Athos office, and helped us with tickets to the ferry. Then, picked us up when we returned. We could not have been happier, and the price was also quite reasonable.
