We booked this resort so far thought Agoda -about 330 days before depart for get early booking discout about 20%. Take a express boat about 15 minutes will go there. It has a private beach, On day a lot of boat shedule round trip depart from island to port and back from 6 a.m. They got all staff's training from Best Western group. Only thing made we disapointed was they checked in so slowly because we arrived at around 8.30 a.m but we can not get a room unstill 2 p.m. On islands has a lot of coconut trees and so beautifull beach. We love their beach very much. We stayed in 2105 room with the best Nha Trang bay view. It located on 2 floor - the bungalow with higher than 1 floor. With a large bathroom outside bungalow which make you feel that take a bath in garden. We love Hon Tam resort so much and will come back again.

Overall, it's very pleasant stay. The buffet is great. My problem is I have to book 2 rooms for my family with 2 young kids. They didn't allow us to pay for extra beds & foods for 1 room. I'm more concerned about safety than money. I feel better if they stay with us. The check-in process is extremely inefficient. We have to spend 30 minutes check-in on land and another 1 hour check-in/waiting on the island. I don't include the time it takes for the speedboat to carry us from land to the island. I stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world. None of them took almost 2 hours to check in. There were no line. I just had to wait for them to complete the paper works.

As a travel lover I found Fusion is the best place for couple and family time. What elses they have: few minutes ride from airport. Friendly green resort. Super friendly staffs. Private long beach comes around with trees and greenlands. Amazing pool view. Front beach Villa with private pool is awesome. Love in room facilities. You must request Herbal bath. Bath tub suits for couple. Spa service is good. Try steam room before taking massage. Totally relaxed and satisfied with spa service here. Free airport transfers also shuttle to city. Seems they improved restaurant menu. Overall, totally satisfied, everything were gone well, more than I expected. Thank you so much to every staff you guys made me feel like a Star. Will back here again

I stayed Vinpearl long beach for 3 nights with my whole family(6 adults and 3 children) Everything was perfect except for the distance to the Nha Trang City. It took almost 40 minutes to the downtown and it could be a significant disadvantage. However, we all loved our resort. Clean and safe facilities, kind and gentle employees, great views and landscape. There was nothing to complain. Especially I'd like to praise Korean female worker. Her name is Su-Jeong, Huh. She helped me so much that I could handle small problems in there. On the second day, my pool's lights went out. So I asked to fix them. Two male workers came to my pool and tried to fix 3 lights but only two lights turned on. They said sorry. I didn't know what to say because I saw them doing their best to fix the problem. I was so moved by their attitude. To me, Vinpearl long beach was very close to heaven.

We stayed in 2 room family villa for 3 days after exploring Nha Trang city. The memorable experiences have been: 1) super friendly and polite staff, always smile and greeted us whenever we met 2) Christmas gala dinner was included during our stay; the resort had done well on that 3) my daughter received surprise birthday cake was very nice gesture from the resort, thank you for that! Tips: nearby Chinese sea restraunt "Hai San Hoa Nhan An Quan" offers almost authentic Chinese cooking, with great food. Taxi cost 60,000 to the nearest one. If you like sea food, I recommend Chinese over Vietnamese style. Improvement: Breakfast does offer many varieties, my personnel opinion is that chef's cooking skill can be improved.

Facility beyond expectation, much better than pictures shown. Four bedroom villa has private bathroom all 4 rooms with an additional half bathroom for general use. Hotel paid attention to small detail when it comes to making guests feel comfortable. Little things such as extra cleaning services every evening, providing variety of different types of tea and having outdoor shower next to pool make our stay more enjoyable. Staff is helpful and kind. Hotel includes medical staff to provide guests with minor treatments free of charge. They even administer saline through IV for grandma when she was dehydrated and couldn’t hold down water. The general manager called the next morning to check on her and see if we need them to send medical staff to our room. Altogether, this resort is truly 5 stars!

This hotel is in a great location across for park and surf. Staff are wonderful from the desk staff to all the staff that played billiards with hubby and taught him Vietnamese, to the cleaning staff and guys t at the door . Nice pool area . Only disappointed was breakfast on 27th floor looked scrappy and not like picture advertised on Agoda . We had 1 juice, 1 cereal , no cheese, no yogurt, tray s of dirty dishes left near tables , bins in the toilet over flowing . We stopped going . For a 5 star hotel very poor , after complaining to management told we could eat with the Chinese people in the Qui restaurant (part of their hotel), which looked just like the the advertised picture. So ask for the restaurant .on ground floor. Two completely different standards of breakfast depending on your nationality as to where you were allowed to eat . They have a great gym , laundry on site, kids centre . We would go back again . Big thanks to all the staff .

we did nah trang for 10 days, first half of the trip we stayed in town, last half we stayed at the mia. from the moment we arrived we knew we made a great choice. at first i was a little concerned with how far from town we were, but the shuttle service is great, and we had hired a moped as well. the 20 minute trip is quite scenic anyway. the staff at mia are just beautiful, they speak english very well, and are always up for a laugh and a chat. the pick of the accomodation are the cliff villas. where else can you wake up in your big comfy bed and look out your french doors to see the sun rising over the ocean *sigh* day 1 - we did not leave our room, not once! we lounged on the comfy deck chairs, swam in our private pool (so clean and perfect temp), order room service and dined alfreso in our private dining area, had a shower in our outdoor shower, just cos we could! the breakfast was buffet style, really good. fresh crepes on order, local vietnamese options, eggs benedict, bacon and eggs you name it, they got it. mojitos was a cute little bar on site, happy hour ever night 5.30-7pm best mojitops i've ever tasted (lemongrass one was the pick). i could keep writing a whole essay but i might go to point form.... *cooking class - fun, inexpensive, and you get a recipe book to keep, and get to eat the 3 course meal you've just created *saturday night yoga - lit by lanterns on the beach as the sun goes down, beautiful * day spa - by far the best massages, pampering i've ever expereienced, foot reflexology massage is a must summing up, we will come here again no doubt, perfect for a honeymoon, anniversary or just romantic getaway. thank you mia for the best end to our holiday

A fantastic accommodation ever in Nha Trang. Among those 5 starts which I have chances to stay, Intercontinental never let me down. December 2013, I stayed in Intercontinental Ho Chi Minh and that is the reason for I choose Intercontinental in Nha Trang this summer. And this is a briliant choice ever in my vacation this summer. I have informed the hotel for my early arrival as my flight in Nha Trang at 8AM, and they have room ready for me at 10AM. A nice treatment. Booking information in Agoda is matched with every detail: high floor, extra bed, early checking ... Even my room has extra bed for my younger sister, it is still large for 3 of us. very peaceful view from my balcony, modern design in every detail room's decoration, bath room is beautiful and sexy on its ways. Facilities are incredible with speaker, LED tivi ... Only 2 not good things are wifi and bluetooth connection for the speaker, however the manager come to my room himself for apologise in late responding in wifi. It is nice. One of the best is swimming pool, it is modern decoration - large - jacuzzi inside, my family has great time there. Staffs are very helpfull everytime we need helps. Beach is large and has the security to guard you from the hotel to the beach (as we have cross the Tran Phu street) Believe me, it becomes the best 5 starts hotel nowadays in Nha Trang.

Having travelled in Vietnam many times, staying in many different types of accomodation, as far as Resort accomodation goes we found this to be surely one of the best. Removed as it is from the ramshackle busyness of Nha Trang, The Anam provides a place of peaceful respite and relaxation. From the architecture and layout of the buildings and villas, the well-tended and green open spaces and gardens, the tasteful, elegant decor and attention to detail everywhere you look, it is beautiful in every respect. The villas have been planned and planted with surrounding gardens to ensure privacy and garden/lawn views down to the ocean. The private area of beach is excellent, with gentle waves, water just the perfect temperature and amazingly clean, safe and peaceful, with absolutely no buzzing or biting insects or pedlars to disturb the tranquility. Choice of three pools are all lovely, and there's an abundance of shade while meandering the various paths and buildings.

this is the only resort on tran phu street. if you dont mind staying far from the downtown nha trang area then diamond is great. sheraton nhatrang is the best for buffet and is the newest ans poshest hotel on tran phu street. my husband and i traveled with my sister's family (including 2 young children) and my mother who is 61 years old. although the swanky sheraton is so ideal for me and my husband, it is not ideal for my mom. going all the way to the islands around nhatrang is a little troublesome . so, there is the perfect place for everyone. evanson anamanda . best location! right on the tran phu street, which means that you can go out to enjoy the local's nightlife, visit the nearby ruins/temples/church , early morning market etc...mom and the kids could enjoy and get everything they needed right at their door steps! meals were delish but expensive (i expected it! ) breakfast selection is the best ! very nice pancakes and crepes. the lady in charge of the breakfast area even gave me a recipe upon check-out. such a thoughtful manner! this is a padi resort and they have packages for your diving needs. you can also escape to the sister resort (hideaway - in ninh van bay) for your romance and private time. then come back to have some fun with the fam. best of both world!!! overall, this is an awesome place for my whole family: us, as a newly wed couple, my sister's family with young kids, and an older mother. i highly recommend it!

My husband and I stayed at Sunrise after my previous stay in 2012. We were not disappointed. Vi was absolutely fabulous and went to great lengths to ensure that our stay was perfect - thank you Vi. Other staff that are definitely worth mentioning are Trang, Diem Hoa, and Nhen - thank you all of you for your attention and good humour. I was disappointed that the pool was out of action but I am sure it will be even better next time.

I booked 2 bedroom villas for 4 . This resort is located at Hon Tre Island but transportation is not an issue. It was provided from mainland - island - mainland, within resort until you check out (included in your room booking fees). I love the good hospitality of their staff...from d super helpfull friendly supervisor K.Trung until housekeeping & kitchen crews, conceirge, maintainence...they are all very nice n polite... I love the villa with private pool so much n will come back again with fren & family... it's furnished with fine nice quality furnitures , spacious, clean & comfortable surrounded with well maintain beautiful plants & flowers.

Pros: 1. Very nice interior and surrounding area. We feel like trapped in a forest and hearing all kinds of birds singing everyday. Each villa has 1 pool, 2 in-door showers including 1 bath-tub, and 1 out-door shower which you can try being real nature around the nature. 2. The Indonesian chef is superb. They don't have wide range of buffet but the choices of bread are incredible, and it's free for breakfast as well as dinner. He made a crocodile shape out of bread for decoration only. It's absolutely one of the best breads I have ever tasted. The offer me a free cake for our honeymoon. We oder food on the first night and didn't finish it, so we reserve for next night. The Chef tried it and thought it's not good enough and made a whole new dish. 3. Try the bike riding around the area to explore the scene. You will see an organic garden and animals running around. Visit the yoga room to feel like you are standing on top of the trees. 4. Friendly, supportive, and innocent staffs. 5. Wide range of TV entertainment for free. They ask your favorite music genre and play it for you before going to bed. 6. Clean and always provide insect repellent spray. 7. Shuttle bus with finger foods and water to city everyday from 8.30 - 14.30 requires advanced booking. 8. If you feel car sick or sea sick, the sweet gingers are always available for your request. Cons: 1. Far from the city: 24km away from Sailing Club. Make sure to tell the taxi diver to An Lam not Six Senses, or contact the staff to provide direction to An Lam lounge. It's easy to find but some drivers don't know the difference between An Lam & Six Senses. We are dropped off at Six Sense and waited for 1 hour to be picked up by a taxi with a high price although it's just 5km away. 2. No key, no camera. So be careful with your stuffs.

This is a first class resort, I have not stayed in a better hotel. The staff were friendly & professional. I can't wait to stay here again. There is everything you look for & the rooms, grounds & facilities were in excellent condition. This place is the epitome of 6 star luxury accommodation. I was astounded with every facet of this resort & cannot find a single fault. The breakfast was the best I have ever experienced, the range & quality was fantastic. It deserves its 6 star rating.

This is one of the best hotel that I ever stayed. We stayed at 3617, the room is super nice and big with ocean view and city view. Bf is very good, good location, staff is very friendly and helpful, except houseskeeping need to improve to make up the room more clean. Overal is excellent. Highly recommended. Definitely will be back again on my next trip! ❤️ Thao Hoang.

Spent 1 night there and was really enjoyed it. Excellent value for money and reception staff are really helpful and kind. However, we got offered a free foot massage by the hotel which looked great on paper. I have to say though that the massage was not performed properly and my right foot hurt for the remainder of the holidays. Not the best way to start a holiday... Pool area and pool bar have nothing special too and would benefit from some TLC. However, all in all, despite the massage, this hotel deserves 5 stars so thank you!

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. We originally booked a garden supreme but we got bumped up to a villa when we arrived. When the bell-boy brought us down to our room in the golf cart and showed us our room we were delighted, but when he showed us the bathroom we had to contain ourselves until he had left before we started jumping around. The bathroom alone is bigger than a lot of hotel rooms we had stayed in before. It had an open shower area and a large jacuzzi sized bath built into the ground. Very luxurious looking (it's actually too big - not enough hot water to fill it - but the shower more than makes up for it). All the villas are named after the Miss Universe contestants that stayed in there during the contest and we were in Miss Venezuela's room - the eventual winner! The bed was very comfy and there are a good selection of English TV channels to choose from. The breakfast is very good, with a wide selection of western and vietnamese foods. The menu in the Universe restaurant is also quite varied and the food was pretty good. It is cheap by western standards but pricier than the restaurants in the town (nha trang is a bit of a dive though so just stay at the hotel!) The best part about this hotel though is the pool. It is easily the biggest pool i've ever seen and would probably need a couple of hundred people in it to make it seem busy. The loungers are very comfy and the staff are good at supplying and replacing towels. THe food you can order from the banana leaf bar is also good (burger + salad especially) We took the shuttle bus to the other beach (5 mins by golf cart - not the one by the pool) and while it was nice, we realised within 5 minutes that we were crazy to leave the pool area, so we got the next bus back. Overall we were delighted with the diamond bay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it is a very relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended!!

I should have stayed there for the whole time ; it's by far the best resort in all of Nha Trang - even better than the Sheraton because Havana has all of the same service and amenities but at a much lower cost !! The staff really go out of their way to make you happy and help with problems - even things outside like recommendations and advice where to eat , shop and go for tourist activities. Quihn , the concierge , is the man to talk to about pretty much anything - if you want it , he'll make it happen with a friendly smile ! If my budget wasn't devoted to diving as much it was then I would have definitely spent he extra money and stayed at The Havana for the whole trip and having moved into a 3 star ( The Dendro Hotel ) down the street in order to save money for diving is a real wake up call to just how nice the Havana really is. I went and looked at some other beach front resorts and I'm still convinced that the Havana is the best - and best out all of the others for the price by a mile !!!!

Five star hotel with great location. All rooms has sea view; however some far from the sea side with only 20% sea view. The full view rooms (they said) is for the suit type rooms. Just be careful if you booked sea view room you may get only 20% sea view (which is not clearly written in the room booking description). The hotel is right on the beach with many restaurants massage shops, and different ships around. Many people swim on the beach. In the night walking or sitting on the beach is amassing. The room is relatively small but has large bath room with bath tub and shower. Breakfast is excellent with many varieties. The staff is friendly and helpful. Two negatives: the first negative is when booking sea view room one expect to get full sea view not only 20% sea view. The other negative is the swimming pool was closed for Maintenance; however, they give free pass to the inter-continental, which is about 200 meters walking distance on the same beach road. I want to give this hotel 5/5 but for the two negatives it is 4/5.

Swandor Cam Ranh is an amazing place..... right from the location, rooms, service - overall hospitality...is amazing!! Food was excellent , buffet spread was very good and the preparations were just perfect. Rooms are well appointed, spacious. AC was supercool . The best part I liked about my stay in Swandor Cam Ranh was the service quality which differentiates it from the other luxury hotels in the same segment. Mr Cengiz Karaagac (GM) is an excellent leader who is running this place beautifully. He personally visited the restaurant during the breakfast, lunch and dinner hours and took personal feedback from the guests- epitome of customer service I would say. Housekeeping, Front Office , Restaurant staff - all of them had smiles on their faces all the time and were very courteous. Service levels are good and the waiting times for the in-room service are low. The Guest Relations team is doing a great job! I would definitely recommend this place to any travellers!

The best resort in Vietnam, I have a very pleasant stay here, the staff is super friendly and excellent service, including the butler and the manager, Food was excellent either in western or traditional Vietnam food, breakfast are include and is a la carte, different activities on the island including hiking and kayaking , the villa is huge and very comfee, I would definitely come again even the price is not cheap for one night, but is worth it.

We stayed for 3 nights in the 3-bedroom apartment on the 19th floor, which is a special floor with the largest balconies, from all three bedrooms and the living room, all to the ocean. We love this so much. This is definitely the apartment with the best ocean view in Nha Trang. The beach is so close and wonderful. We did not know we were eligible for free lying beds on the beach till the second day. The comfortable beds, the large fridge, 4 stove with grill, rice cooker, cooking utensils, washing machine, are all great. Weakness 1: Breakfast is not buffet as expected. Agoda should describe this type of breakfast in more details to avoid over-expectation then disappointment. Luckily, the meals were big enough with a range of food and drinks, and all choices are very nice. Staffs are friendly and attentive. Weakness 2: 3 bedroom apartment (6 people) but we were only provided with only 2 keys and 2 cards just like 1 bedroom apartment. This is ridiculous and inconvenient but we managed to live with that. Weakness 3: The dining area does not have aircon and it's quite hot so we had to bring the dining table to the living room area where there's aircon to eat meals. Weakness 4 (biggest): Only 1 bedroom has built-in bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms share the 2nd bathroom. That's fine for us and we had expected that. For normal residential apartments, the number of bathrooms is the number of bedrooms minus 1, so that should be understandable. What we did not expect is the shared bathroom is quite small and there's almost no space around the sink to put the amenities. The built-in bathroom is a little bit better but still small and does not have a bath and is not as spacious as shown in the picture on agoda. Despite the weaknesses, this apartment was really a treasure and again, we love our stay so so much.

We love the rooms and all the facilities that provided. We have had the best time there even though it was raining most of the time, we enjoyed shopping, eating, massaging and relaxing. Pity that Lunar Lounge is under renovation so we missed out on sipping yummy cocktails, listening to the best Philippines Band and the Fire Dance Show from the Philippines. I hope that Lunar Lounge will be reopened very soon. And other problems are the noise of the builders are working at the opposite wing from morning till late afternoon. It would be better if it wasn't raining because we could go to the beach or do the outdoor activities. I hope that they will finish the renovation soon. I love to stay at the Diamond Bay Condotel and I won't hesitate to suggest my friends and family to stay there. My best wishes to The Diamond Bay Condotel and all the staffs that work there.

It was a sudden trip to Vietnam, booked flights and hotels just day before, I booked other hotel for 4nights near beach and one night in Cham to use its nice pool. The room has a room, a living room, a small balcony for smokers ; ) and a big refrigerator with freezer which is useful to freeze water bottles in Vietnamese hot weather. The swimming pool is big and not many people, clean toilet and shower rooms. That was the reason I choose this hotel. However, it close at 6 pm. And whatever you do, the boring staffs are watching you and stopping you. The only friendly staffs are at the front desk. Especially the restaurant staffs never smile even though I say thank you several times and smile at them, they only smile at each other. It feels very unwelcome. Some of the places at the Cham Oasis are still under construction so I expect it will be much better next year. Still it’s a place worth to go. I recommend itfor the family with oldies and kids.

I was a bit worried when I saw some of the reviews saying this hotel had some teething Issues but we booked it anyway as the location looked amazing. They have definitely smoothed out any issues as we had a perfect stay. We booked the cheapest room and ended up with a beach view which was a lovely surprise. The room was huge and modern. The pool was so nice and big and the gym was great also. The buffet breakfast was definitely one of the best we have had since being in Vietnam accommodating for everyone and changing it up a bit each morning. The staff went above and beyond to assist us one gentleman in particular was super nice and friendly his name was Khoa. He assisted us when we first arrived and coincidently when we checked out. He was lovely, friendly and helpful and spoke great English. The location is superb being on the beach front (not absolute as you have to cross a road but close enough) and walking distance to the shops and markets. We would definitely come back here and recommend to anyone coming to Nha Trang.

My daughter and I have returned to Perth Australia after spending 5 wonderful nights at the Champa Island Resort, by far the best hotel we have stayed in Vietnam. On arrival we were upgraded from a Deluxe Twin River room to a top floor room overlooking not only the river but the vast pool area which was fantastic. The hotel is perfectly situated on a small island of its own, away from the hectic traffic elsewhere in Nha Trang. Open electric cars are available to transport you within the island to various facilities if required. Our stay was made special by the excellent service and attention to detail by the receptionists. On our first day Ngoc Mai kindly printed out our Air Asia boarding passes that we would require from Saigon Airport. Later we were assisted by Mr Cuong and on several occasions by the lovely Miss Thoa. We appreciated their help very much and strongly recommend this hotel Edward Rowley
