Lorraine Region hotels & accommodations

No air-conditioning when the temperature reached 26 degrees. I was told that it was the hotel policy for no a/c until May. Very unbearable when the weather getting warmer earlier than May. Ensure that there is a/c available during your time of staying before you book.

Campanile is the best choice could ever have in Nancy. It's very close to the railway station and the city center, but quiet enough not to get disturbed by the noise at all. My room was spacious and quiet, and very clean, incl. a great bathroom. The staff spoke great English and was very helpful with directions. I will definitely come back should I have the chance to ...

As holiday travellers this was not located near the Metz centre for tourism, but was well placed in a business park and near s golf course. Much better value than many of the hotels we had encountered in our trip around France/Switzerland/Germany. Friendly, helpful staff. Very modern (in 2018) and clean. Good facilities including pool, and free parking area in front...

Only stayed one night, but this hotel is perfect for stays of any length. The hotel is located very close to the main part of town, and borders a public square thats quite active even in winter. The staff are more than friendly, and will help you find anything you need in the city. The only hard thing was actually finding the place (you must be on the lookout for the...

Very dirty the carpets got big marks of cigarette burn marks, on the beds the same.the beds and the floor wasn't clean.on the floor was a dirty used cigar filter and a top of a beer bottle.the toilette stinks and leak water to the floor.the shower really dirty.basically everything was discussed for me to have my family never again.that say Premiere Classe the truth for...

We stayed 2 nights in this new aparthotel. no keys provided, only access codes. Staff not there past 10 PM. The location is centrally located, quiet. You can easily walk to the city center and the Place de Stanislaus in 5 mins. Hotel parking expensive, but no one the street parking available. Everything is new and perfectly clean, but rooms was fairly basic. It has fre...

Really great service. Something went wrong with my reservation and we arrived a day later then booked. It was no problem at all to change the dates in high season without any charge. Also they gave us a more spacious room so we had more place for the baby bed. Parking is under the hotel, which is perfect and all the great places of Metz are within 15min walking distanc...

We were put off by the first room being offered as it had been left by the previous customer in a disgusting state. It is a pity we can't put pictures on here. In the hotels defence they cannot be held responsible for what their customers do in the rooms. However they were responsible for assigning that disgusting room to us . It's really the last thing you expect to s...

Beautiful historic building located right in the heart of the old town. Well appointed rooms and the most comfortable hotel bed I can remember - slept like a baby. Friendly obliging staff who couldn’t do enough to help. Fantastic breakfast. Only minor downside was the lack of a standing shower.

When we arrived the distributor of keys didn't work ...called the emergency number and waited outside for someone to give us key ...the location is weird and dangerous there were a lot of guys right outside the gate (we dont know what they were doing there like trafficking) Then in the room was ugly and dirty with hairs everywhere...anyways this place is to avoid at a...

Central location opposite station so noisy with traffic with windows open. Parking around hotel if available free after 7pm till 9am otherwise 7 euros in multi story. Room is compact but has tea/coffee making hair dryer and wifi. Very welcoming and helpful staff ( and this is France!!) Lifts big buffet breakfast room. Perfect for quick overnighter.

The reception was closed, so there were a bookingmachine outside. We had prepaid so we were to get the keycard from the machine. But it was out of order. So we did not get in that night and needed to find a new hotel Next morning we went back to get a refund but the receptionist refused to believe us, i has filmed that the machine did not work, then he said that we...

Pleasant and reasonably priced hotel with secured parking and restaurant offering variety of dishes. Rooms small but everything you need for overnight stay. Superb to have kettle and beverage choice in room. Access to and from motorway easy snd quick. Good choice....

This hotel was the perfect budget option for a short weekend in Nancy. The room and bathroom were small but very clean and modern looking. Not a lot of extra amenities, but we only stayed in the room to sleep and enjoyed most of the day walking around Nancy. The hotel is less than a 10 minute walk from Stanislas Place and everything else worth seeing in the city. Conve...

This is a nice boutique hotel in Nancy that is situated not far from most attraction. Although conversation was tough as we dont speak French, the lady was kind to use all possible ways to explain things to us. As it was family run, it does give a nice warm feel. Just like home. Good one and do give them a try

Our stay in the hotel was the worst possible. When we arrived it was difficult to get information how to get into. The check in is by an ATM machine. We paid in advance for the breakfast for 4 persons that was supposed to go to 10 am, we arrived at 9:55 and were informed that the service was closed and that we had lost our money. At 9:00 am a woman entered the room say...

Stayed at this hotel as an overnight stop and there was practically nowhere to eat. The staff were really friendly and helpful though and the hotel was what you expect for an Ibis Budget. Private car park and close to the border with Germany. There is a nice bar that was open in town that is worth visiting, but they do not serve food. If you want a nice, easy...

We asked for a non smoking room but the room still smelled like smoke. The smell was even in the curtains and the bedlinen. When I said something about it to the receptionist she did not believe me and said that there has never been smoked in that room. Strange reaction if you ask me.

Wi Fi can't use in the room like you advertise with Booking.Com and on the day that I had checked out the elevator breakdown , I carried my luggages from the second floor by myself pass the stair, it's very tired and the officer did't had any announcement. I had to walk through the stair to asked about the elevator at ground floor, how amazing.

I came there with my wife on the way to Paris to relax. We arrived late but the reception staff was very friendly and was speaking english very well (which surprised me in France).
