Missouri hotels & accommodations

The facility was nice. The room view was nice. The location is great and a lot of things are walking distance. We went during the 4th of July weekend and it was so busy with the fair and weddings. We couldn't get an elevator to or from out room a lot of the time, especially in the late evening (8-10om). Once we waited about 20 minutes for an elevator to go up to o...

Great Concert Location a couple blocks to Enterprise Center - Some wear and tear (missing closet handle and loose door security chain/bar lock). One of two key cards didn't work and had to walk back to the desk. Historic parts of the hotel are awesome. The modern add-on part of the hotel under the Union Station awning has shorter ceiling, long maze with only one set o...

The staff (especially Nina & Roxie) were the BEST! They were so accommodating, nice & funny. They hooked us up to whatever we needed anytime we needed it & always with a smile on their face. I had a problem with my room & Nina put me in another room that was really nice. The rooms were clean & spacious. The breakfast was freshly made & good. We enjoyed the Tavern every...

I stayed here 2 seperate nights, first night room had a broken clock, toilet that barely flushed, busted outlet, and last and most important the shower was broke and did not provide hot water, coldest shower in my life but I had to use it because scheduled plans. Second night though was given to us at a discount price along with a complementary breakfast buffet due to ...

The best part of this hotel is the staff - from the front desk to the restaurant to the cleaning crews - they make this hotel. Everyone was a consummate professional, friendly and accommodating. The rooms was furnished in the standard way and was clean. The garage parking was convenient. The breakfast was great (although bacon on the buffet would have been nice bec...

Good deal if booked here at a discount and you need to be in Hazelwood or Florissant. No airport shuttle, though there is a city bus on the corner to the airport and downtown train station. Clean, but heaters/air conditioners were not working good., they leak outside air in. Breakfast is OK, but they dont let you bring to the room, a real pain if not everyone wants to...

Hotel room was clean and room was comfortable. Very well worth the money spent. They offered a shuttle bus to and from the game. Coming back is a longer wait than it is to go to the stadium. But after a Colts win we decided to take a victory walk! But honestly the walk was not even bad. We only stayed one night and didn't hang out at the hotel much but the staff we ran...

My husband and I stayed here during our anniversary. Unfortunately, there was a mix up in our room, but fortunately, we were able to get it fixed and get the room that we booked. The staff was really friendly, the place was really nice, and the rooms were very cleanly. Also, the hotel is near many shops and restaurants.

Awesome place, great food and room. Best sunsets in Missouri. Felt rushed by front desk person at the spa. Steam room and sauna were shutoff 30 minutes before closing so I was not able to use them. For the $ we spent we felt the facilities should be available until closing.

Bed looked clean. It was comfortable enough. Floor had dirt and what looked like food bits around the edges like they vacuumed the main floor and didn't think anyone would lose a shoe under the bedskirt. The ice bucket still had remnants of the previous guests in it and the front desks answer was "I can have housekeeping come by tomorrow" if it hadn't been 11pm and I h...

I recently stayed at the BW in Kirkwood, while attending my daughter's NCAA Bowling Championship. I booked from Wed to Sun as I was hoping that my daughter's team would make it to the Championship. However, they were eliminated a day early, so I wanted to amend my Period of Stay to one day LESS. I ended up leaving a day early because I had a 21-hr drive back home, ...

The location for the motel was fantastic, and they offer drop off and pick up to Country Club plaza. It was a straight shot to the shopping areas on the Kansas side and an easy drive to Arrowhead Stadium. The front desk staff (same guy all weekend) was very friendly and helpful. One small issue. It took long time for hot water to travel to the third floor, beyond that...

somehow Agoda sent them my reservation as a king instead of a king with Jacuzzi. the first night i ended up in the wrong room due to them booking all of the correct rooms already. so i was only able to spend 1 night from 3pm to 11am checkout in the correct room that i paid for. crystal dewayne and alice made sure everything was corrected for me and for my significant o...

Phillips KC has wonderful decor with much attention to detail. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with any requests. Great shuttle service around town. Very clean and comfortable bed. Water in the room would have been welcome and the vending machine needs to be filled. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for your KC stay.

Amenities were great. Only issue I had was the bed had a hole in the mattress and springs poking through. My mom actually stayed there (I booked the room for her) but didn’t say anything until checkout. The people at the front desk said they would make it right but I have not heard from them yet.

I paid for two reservations through Agoda. I verified, at check in for the first night, that both reservations were paid for. I gave the staff member my credit card for any additional charges. I had to check out and back in after the first night and before the next two nights. Unfortunately, Karen was at the front desk. She was very unfriendly. She asked for my c...

I recently spent two lovely days in Wildwood, MIssouri. This is a somewhat small town outside of St. Louis. Wildwood has a small area of shops and a few restaurants with an absolutely amazing boutique hotel which is "The Wildwood Hotel." Who would know it was there unless you had an event close by or it was recommended by a friend. I have been lucky enough to stay at 5...

This hotel is adorable. It was a great price and in a great neighborhood. Couple of little shops and restaurants around the area in walking distance. The staff were nice, if not a little bit unprofessional, not towards me or other guests. Just in conversations you could hear between them. The hotel is a little dated but I think that is the charm of the place. Adorable ...
Cheap places to stay in Missouri

It's definitely an older hotel but if all your doing is sleeping there it's perfect! The front desk people are very kind and the room we stayed in was just right for us, love the fact that the room stays very cool!! Would definitely stay here again, it's very close to everything!!

Close to many restaurants and shows on the strip, The Victorian Inn was perfect for us. Very clean, the room had all the amenities we needed - hair dryer, mini frig, microwave. The staff was more than willing to help, and the breakfast was delicious with fresh, hot biscuits and gravy. Enjoyed the stay.

If one is looking for a base of operations for exploring Hannibal, this hotel will do nicely. Downtown Hannibal is a 10 to 15 minute drive. I booked my stay through Agoda.com and everything was in place and as expected. Check-in was a 3 minute process, the room was clean, the heater and shower and Wi-Fi worked. My only two complaints with the room were there were a...

I have stayed at this property many times over the last 8 years (starting back when it was AmazInn), has probably changed hands and/or management, but I have never been disappointed. Very comfortable pillow-top beds, nice hot breakfast, and friendly staff. Centrally located on Shepherd of the Hills Pkwy, off the very busy Branson 76 strip... close to good restaurants a...

Arrived around 1115 for an early morning event. Breezeway full of stale smoke. Not a good impression. Staff was great at check in. Room poorly showing signs of age. That is acceptable but hair in shower used towels in a night stand are not. I mentioned it to the desk on check out all I got was a half hearted appoligy. I was traveling with children. Glad I ...

Yes, it was labor day weekend. Yes, we were way overcharged for the quality of the room. Yes, we kept our shoes on at all times because the room felt that dirty. Yes, the non-smoking room smelled like a humid musty bar. Yes, we woke up with congestion from our stay. Yes, we felt like sleeping in our car would've been a better option. All in all, unless you are covered ...

Middle of moving and was with my service dog When I went down to pay for the second night they where fighting with me to pay a pet deposit I went and showed them the papers and they finally gave up on it I was wanting to pay for another night and called and told them it would be about 12 before I could make it up to pay the women owner said that would be fine the...

Stayed here and thoroughly loved the room. They were huge and clean. The bathroom was a little small but overall the rooms were awesome. The hotel its self is a little dated. The pool that's advertised does not exist. and is a little misleading. It was drained last year and was told by staff they doubt it will be reopened. This was disappointing as this was the r...

We called specifically and asked for a late check out the evening prior and was told by the night clerk 12pm would be fine to check out the following morning. We needed the later check out due to I did not rest well after visiting the hot tub and the chlorine fumes were so strong it took hours for me to breathe right again! The manager on duty the next morning advised ...

Stayed in a Deluxe King. Ok value, not great but not horrible. I did think that they were a little pricey in comparison to other hotels in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was big, the furniture and kitchens need to be updated. Hotel was fairly clean.

Details matter, and the owners of Rustic Motel in Rolla really go the extra mile. The office, home to many plants, is warm and welcoming, and the owners are very friendly and professional, making check-in pleasant and efficient. The place is in great condition, attractive, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The decor is very tasteful and the furnishings, microwav...

I reserved and paid for 2 rooms with a queen bed. When I got there, they didn't have my rooms and said I only paid for 1. They finally got me a room with 2 queen beds but it looked like it was on a floor that they weren't using as the hall and room weren't very clean. They never refunded my money or offered me anything for not having my rooms and in fact ignored my ema...

Beautiful hotel with a great staff, but Missouri really needs to join 2019 with a clean air act. Smoking is only allowed on second floor, however, I woke to the smell of cigarettes as strong as if someone in our room was smoking when we were on the EIGHTH floor. Casino has no ventilation and allows smoking throughout. Definitely wouldn't have stayed if we knew smoking ...

Not as nice as it was two years ago but still a good deal for the money, considering all of the other overpriced hotels downtown and on the Plaza. Room was sparse but roomy. Appeared clean at first but noticed the next morning that the comforter on the bed needed a washing and the shower head needs to be "de-mineralized". But a good breakfast and a free drink when we a...

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton St Louis Downtown at the Arch. It is an old but well maintained and clean building. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was included so we had it but we were disappointed that there was no vegetables (tomato, spinach etc..) on offer and one morning my partner had a sausage that tasted as though it had gone off...

Nicest hotel I have stayed at in St Louis, BUT they put a $10 hold on my card a day before I even checked in, they added $25 a day in advance for "incidentals" to the quoted price+tax, and then even though we didn't have car, they added $75 the first night for possible valet use. They would have added that for each day, but they stopped it at my request the next day. M...

Self parked in the nearby garage, Checked in was fast, easy and friendly--got my warm cookie, too! The room was comfortable and clean. I like that they really have a refrigerator to use (empty) --not the overstocked fridge with a bunch of over priced drinks. They have HBO and lots of channels available. The rooftop bar has really nice. We were on the 4th floor and did ...

The outside staff was exceptional when parking my car and opening doors for us. Found the hotel not to be user friendly like most hotels we use. Found information about the hotel practically non-existent pertaining to directions within. We used the pools, but found them difficult to maneuver without steps into the pools (had hanging stairs instead). Drinks were a b...

Very clean, nice comfy beds. Hate the dated carpets, belongs in the 80’s in a motel. Not in a 4-5 star hotel 2018. Not even in 3 star hotel :-) Very busy noisy lobby, full of people everywere, there were no place to sit with a cocktail and absorb some chilling vacay and just relax. Then we had to stay in the room. Loved the mornig staff at breakfast. ”The seat...

The Tiger Hotel was clean, centrally located in the middle of everything in Columbia. Walkable to the University/restaurants/bars... Be sure to call to verify reservation as they mentioned they have trouble with third party booking sites and NO information from our reservation! We had a paid reservation that was not showing in the system and thankfully I had a confir...

This was my first time here and the resort far exceeded my expectations!! From Dean at the front desk who went above and beyond to serve. My room is incredible! It is very clean and oh so inviting! I was here on business so I didn't get to enjoy the beautiful surroundings as much as I would have liked. I will be back to relax!! Kelly in the dining room was a gracious ...
