You go to Ninh Binh city to get out of Ninh Binh city. Thuy Anh hotel is located in the middle of the town, such as it is, but the real advantage is that it's a clean, comfortable, nicely appointed hotel that can set up tours of the surrounding countryside. I spend 2 days here. This place locates by mountains with few people living around so it's very quiet. It's around with mountains and rice field so the air is exceptional fresh. Service is good too.
