Pros: modern, clean hotel relatively close to everything Nizhny Novgorod has to offer (a 5-minute taxi ride gets you almost anywhere from here too) Cons: nothing extra is included in the price, but it's a cheap 3-star hotel, so these things aren't expected in the first place Great stay overall!
Great rooms! Looks a bit run down from the outside, but the rooms are special, extremely cozy. Actually the best we had while traveling in Russia.
Boutique hotel is located at a very nice food/ shop boutiques lane. Safe to stay, rooms are clean & well built, have daily room cleanings but you need to tell the front desk for it. Only let down is, if you try to get an advanced cab transfer from airport or railway station, they probably forget about you by the time you arrived. So... just yandex for a cab, saves you ...
We were there for fifa world cup 2018. And the hotel is next to the stadium. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and cozy.

The hostel is located near to the kremlin. The facilities were good as pictured.
Clean room, free WiFi is available. Water was yellow when filled bathtub. Speaking English is fine at front desk, not at the restaurant. It was no problem.
Pros: English speaking person at reception, VERY helpful and patient, taking time to explain how to get to a specific place (even drawing a map). Rich and good breakfast. Very good location (on pedestrian road). Cons: too bad they don't have a decent map of the city in Roman alphabet.
