Northern Ireland County hotels & accommodations

We stayed in Ten Square Hotel during a break to Northern Ireland. The Hotel is in a central location and all attractions are easily accessable and within walking distance. The staff at reception are very friendly. However, I do feel a daily charge of £12.00 for car parking is very expensive give the cost of the accomodation. We stayed in room which is at the rear of th...

A good place to stay, conveniently located to most city attractions. Thumbs down for the extra euros required to use hotel wifi.Wireless WiFi. I thought this was excessive considering we didn't find any other accommodation anywhere in Ireland who charged for this necessary service. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

Stayed for 1 night for a concert in town. Check in very quick and efficient staff (1 hr later queued solid with about 30 people). Room was on 5th floor and was spotless. Beds extremely comfortable only thing that let it down was the old flat feather pillows. Had a quick drink and sharing meat platter in piano bar which was very nice and staff again very pleasant. Deci...

I have stayed in Radisson Hotels all over the world and was confident of the standard I would receive. Sadly the Radisson Blu Belfast fell way below that you would expect. I had a number of little but annoying things wrong with my room when I arrived. I reported them all on day one and every day there after and they were still an issue when I left 3 days later - very p...

The Park Inn in Belfast, Northern Ireland is a very attractive, bright and modern hotel, close to the centre of Belfast and it's many attractions. The rooms are an adequate size, nicely decorated with a high standard of bathroom fixtures (no bath but an excellent double shower). The breakfast and dining facility is very attractive and the food is very good. Service...

Ibis is centrally located in the city. Unfortunately we unknowingly booked during for the 12 July (if you want to travel around the region - don't do that as it is during the marching period). Everything about the hotel though was great - very comfortable rooms, a bathroom that looks like a space shuttle, comfy bed, air conditioning - all the good stuff. They also have...

By far the best Hilton Hotel i have ever visited so far !! Great location, not far from the airport, can take the bus straight from the airport, and the room was nice, clean and comfortable !!!! Also, its not far from the department store nor some of the best restaurants in Belfast !!! Most importantly, enjoy the waterfront while take a walk to the Titanic Experience !...

Convenient location close to great restaurants and bars, with secure car parking. If one does not wish to prepare breakfast, two excellent providers are only a short walk from the location. **It is important to note that car parking is limited, so book a car park space with Dream Apartments as soon as your Agoda confirmation is received. The 2 bed apartment was supe...

I stayed at Malone Lodge for two nights with my Mum for her birthday. Got the hotel for a very reasonable price. Room was very nice, we had asked for a quiet room and it was indeed quiet. When we arrived at the hotel we asked about doing a City Sightseeing bus tour. the receptionist booked the tour for us for the next day and also organized for a shuttle bus to pick us...

We were staying in Belfast to visit friends for the weekend, it is the second time staying in this hotel and both times it was great. Location was perfect for everything, it's a short walk to anywhere really. Bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean and it was very easy to check in and out.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel,we ate at the bar in the evening a and enjoyed the food and the service. The bedrooms were lovely and spacious and overlooked the golf course. I would have liked free Internet in the room unfortunately It was only free in the lounge/ foyer area. Our stay was somewhat marred by the awful service at breakfast the next morning w...

We spent the past two weeks traveling around Ireland and this was our favorite stay of all. The hotel and grounds are spotless and well maintained. The food in the restaurant was superb! The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in, including my own at home, and I am "Princess and the Pea" when it comes to sleep comfort. I wish I didn't have to fly 19 hours...

I arrived at the hotel a bit earlier, and the front desk staff did their best to find me an available room to be able to check in earlier than usual. I appreciated that very, very much especially because I was very tired from my trip. The room was spacious and clean, and I had a good sleep. My room didn't have a remote control for the TV but after calling, the staff ca...

Everything about our weeknd stay at the Malmaison ,Belfast was very enjoyable. All the staff made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to help if we had a question ,issue(which we did not) . The location in the centre of Belfast is superb being so close to shops and other facilities. Probably the best aspect of the hotel was the food,we had 2 excellent evenin...

the appartments were on the lisbon road which is only a short walk into the city centre, we found them to be decorated to a very high standard, the kitchen area was very well equiped with every appliance you would need, the beds were very comfortable and the bedding was spotlessly clean. the security made us feel very safe, and nothing was to much trouble for the staff...

The quality of rooms is 5 star. The only thing that holds it back from being a true 5 star hotel is some of the small things you would expect, such as turn-down service, etc. That said, the staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The food is good, but not true gourmet- but then again, you are in Ireland. Highly recommended.

Spacious room, very clean, free parking, nice small touches for a leisurely stay and breakfast was served by along with a buffet at no extra cost. Didn't expect so much for the price. Staff were very friendly, as were the people in Northern Ireland.

We had a pleasant stay on our trip in Belfast and the location is great as it is located not far from the city centre. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets within the area to purchase groceries. Tourist attraction is about 20-30 minutes walk from the apartment. Do note that only stairs are provided to transport luggages if you are staying on the 2nd ...

I must say that the staff in the everglades were terrific.. sadly when I arrived there I discovered that this company agoda had not even booked my room.. I would stay again in the everglade but would never book third party through agoda again.. the receptionist had moved heaven and earth and was so understanding ensuring that I got a room...

Even though we were given the wrong type of room I didn't complain as hotel is lovely and I would stay there again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to my friends travelling to Belfast. Grill Bar serves lovely meals at very good prices which is evident from the volume of people that pass through. Thanks again

Don’t know how to start with but overall it has been a great experience staying at Tara Lodge. Great property great location. Best part is that staff at reception is really helpful and caring. I booked GOT tour with some travel company and they were supposed to pick me and my wife from reception at 8:30AM. We were waiting for tour company to pick us but they came and ...
Cheap places to stay in Northern Ireland County

Best things about staying at Arnies were that it had a very comfortable feel to the place. The staff, besides Arnie the proprietor, were young travellers who were easy to talk to. I arrived late on the first night, and Arnie answered the door and offered me a cup of tea/coffee since I had travelled straight from Dublin! The second night I convinced the other staff t...

There were four of us, two couples. We had the double downstairs, room 3, I think. Our friends had the twin upstairs. Not for anyone who is tall as the ceiling is low. That room was very neat but still adequate with a nice bright ensuite. The double was a bit bigger but had a smaller ensuite. The view from our room was amazing. Tea and coffee making facilities ...

We arrived early at 10.30 a.m. and the host allows us to keep the room key while they clean up the room. We left our luggage and parked our car at the guesthouse. It took us a leisurely 15 min walk to reach the tunnel that leads to the Gisnt's Causeway. We returned after a good 3 hours' later to a nice cosy room for three persons. Breakfast was a good with bread, cold ...

We loved our stay in the chimney corner. We stayed in the family room which was immaculate and stunningly decorated. It was very spacious and the beds were soo comfortable. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was huge and delicious. I can not fault the hotel or staff and I would gladly stay there again. I would give 5 stars and recommend the hote...

Finn MacCools is a public house with guest rooms upstairs. Firstly I think it is really good value for money in a famous tourist area. The rooms although small are perfectly comfortable for a short stay and the breakfast is freshly cooked for you at a time of your choice, they are more than sufficient and of good quality. Please be aware that the bar downstairs does no...

At first, I tried to confirm my booking directly with the hotel, but the phone number was unobtainable and they claim that they didn't receive my confirmation email (which I sent twice). I had to call Agoda HQ and after contacting the hotel on a mobile number, were successful in confirming our room. Anyway, the hotel was very nice, good clean and comfortable room wit...

Ken-Mar is the type of lodging a traveler prays for, but rarely finds. Kenny and Mary are wonderful hosts, and have a well-maintained, well-provisioned, clean and comfortable B&B, perfect as a "basecamp" for day trips to the many surrounding scenic and tourist location in the area. The WiFi is good, off-street, private parking is available behind the house, the locat...

The Holiday is exactly what it advertised. Very new, modern and clean, the room was really impeccable with a great WiFi, television, coffee making facilities and the bathroom was exceptional for the price. The breakfast buffet was really well spread out and it’s an amazing way to start the day. Location is central enough for walking to major points and landmarks in th...

Very smart foyer, bar area and dining room. Rooms large and clean - as expected from a 4 star hotel. Only issue with the room was that while tea and coffee making facilities were available, would expect bottled water, or at least a fridge, to be available too (small point I know but have stayed in a few 3 star hotels and found complementary bottled water and romm fridg...

The Stormont Hotel, Upper Newtownards Road, Belfast is truly one of the best hotels I have stayed in. As a seasoned traveller I have come to expect value for money and excellent service combined with attention to detail from where ever I stay. The Stormont ticks all the boxes and then some! Being made welcome by every member of staff I came in contact with, nothing ...

We had a very pleasant stay everyone was very helpfull and we enjoyed the food. The only problen we had, is that they were digging up the road outside the hotel at night. There was nothing the Hotel could do and now finished We would reconmend this Hotel and we will be returning later in the year

Really enjoyed our stay here, would definitely stay again if we return to Belfast. The breakfast selection was great especially being able to get eggs cooked how you like and the selection of herbal teas. The only thing we found a bit disappointing was the pool area. We choose this hotel mainly for its central location and pool. The walk from the changing rooms to the ...

I felt there was a welcoming atmosphere. The food itself was to a good standard however additional pastries/croissants etc ran out and were not replenished with 45 mins to go at breakfast. A hotel that boasts these standards should concern themselves more with shortages than surplus at meal times. Despite this the rooms provides were comfortable and very clean. This w...

this b&b is near the so-called causeway coast (about 5 mins drive), very close to giants' causeway and the bushmill's distillery. this is a very new b&b in an equally new building (i think the landlady said it was built 2 years ago), which means that you won't get creaky beds or bathrooms that look like out of a museum. in fact, everything is very new and of a very hig...

This B&B is hands-down the best I've stayed at, ever. The family members are friendly, knowledgeable, and really care that we had a quality stay with them. The breakfast is outstanding. the location in Portstewart was exactly what we wanted to be able to explore the entire northern coast attractions by car. Next time I'm in Northern Ireland I will stay here again!
