We flew overnight and had a 12 hour layover. Perfect for the price and it included breakfast and airport transportation. The hard part. You had to call for pickup when you arrived at the airport but my phone doesn’t work in Mexico. Fortunately a kind soul we met at the airport called for us. Another downside, the shuttle doesn’t identify as Hampton Inn. Look for the Ma...

One reason for choosing the Shearaton Ambassador Hotel & Towers was the hotel picture of the swimming pool which we thought would be nice to to use on a hot day in Monterrey. However the pool area was lacking parasols (in total 5 of which 3 were broken and completely useless). We complained to staff about this but they said there was nothing they could do about. Secon...

- Room Keys NEVER (not once) worked. Had to walk to the lobby (very far from my room) every time to have someone come and open the door for me. - They kept saying I hadn't payed the room even though I showed them multiple forms of proof. Treated me like I was steeling from them even when I showed them my bank statements, Agoda receipts that said PAID IN FULL, and more...

The only hotel at the airport so (of course) convenient. Would be nice if it was possible to check in slightly earlier then 3pm if rooms are available, so had to sit around for hours before being able to check in. Other then that, nice room, so overall an okay stay.

From the moment I went in the recepcionist was not polite at all, he never told me about breakfast times, check out times I had to ask him, never in my life i experience this in a hotel. There was no remote in the room I had to ask for it and he just said I'll find you one after asking him 3 times during the day of check in I gave up, he gave us one until the next day ...

Nice and clean hotel, right next to Fundidora Park. Just the park itself is an attraction on its own. Booked this hotel for a music festival happening in the park and was the best choice. Within 5 min walk you are already in the park. Safe zone and only 25 minutes from the airport, close to everyhing most Uber rides would take 15 minutes the most.

we choose Galeria for business trip, turned out to be a very good experience, service counter fluent english, working with enthusiasm, location nice, near hotel got nice restaurant Lucca, which is mostly recommended, would definitely stay here again, even room service doing really great and delicious

The hotel is great in good neighborhood, rooms are really big and comfortable. LCD with cable-tv is in the room, big bathtub for relaxation. Mexican breakfast with tortilla made on the spot and a lot of variety to choose from. There is a pool available although i didn't had time to check it. 100% great!

No bottled mineral water. No electric kettle to make hot water. Housekeeping does not clean well the room. Found hairs around the room. Carpet smells bad. Shower water is too slow!! No hangars in the closet. It doesn't looks like it is worthy with the price that I pay for.
